這兩個星期天氣實在太熱了, 令人完全沒有煮食的意欲, 特別是我家廚房窗戶正對斜陽。今晚就跟媽咪去了旺角Ducas Laddas的這家小店, 應該算是居酒屋吧。我們看中是他們的串燒, 因為款式多而且可以一串串點, 那就算兩個人也可以試很多。我們這頓點了: 煙肉荔枝卷、芥末和風炸雞、鹽燒原條五花腩、鹽燒秋葵、川燒茄子、冰燒菠蘿、汁燒白鱔, 主食算了深宵冷烏冬。飲品就點了柚子茶和巨峰提子梳打。最喜歡他們的汁燒白鱔,肉質肥美彈牙。五花腩原條烤香,份量十足。怕膩可配冰燒菠蘿一起吃,非常清新。茄子原條上, 調味較重,但喜歡茄子的一定會喜歡。因為太熱,所以特別點了冷烏冬,果然入口冰涼清爽,吃完都唔會覺負擔。不要問我為何不點啤酒, 著實因為本週試著戒酒精,下次再戰吧!不過巨峰梳打味道夠濃,也很好喝。

一上台,以為係竹籤串住幾舊大蘿蔔,睇真啲先發覺係雞肶菇,足以見到究竟係有幾肥美先有咁嘅視覺效果,佢外皮烤到有啲乾,但係入面又極度多汁,係誇張到爆汁嘅程度,真係好鮮美,加埋上面嘅木魚花同特製汁食真係好惹味,我個friend係連碟底剩低嘅木魚花都唔放過,佢話啲汁撈木魚花都好好食~

照樣好貼心咁幫我地切成四舊,大啡菇上面釀滿芝士、三文魚塊同少少松露醬,食落好滿足,大啡菇嗰種脆脆地韌韌地嘅口感係一個好好嘅承載物,令到入面釀住嘅嘢變到更加惹味,仲增添咗啲菌類嘅鮮甜,好出色!

我本身就唔係幾飲得酒,所以覺得個酒味太重,但係我frd就話呢種聽落好黑暗嘅組合其實好夾,但係酒精濃度應該都有翻咁上下,佢飲到三分二就已經有啲wingwing地,大家都可以試下
