油麻地向來都是平民美食之地,跟旁邊的年輕人美食勝地:旺角完全迴異這家私房菜可說是比較實力派的一家,今年來到就是吃他們的火鍋老實說,很少見的超整齊火鍋MENU,哈哈!天麻川芎魚頭鍋$168,非常重味的一道鍋底,一個巨大魚頭分成兩邊,下面有適量藥材,湯底以咸香為主,輔以藥材味,還加了薑驅寒,一開始就可以喝,著實不錯手切肥牛$198 來自美國的手切肥牛,入口即溶,油花漂亮好吃,擺盤有水準,佳作水餃$58有點驚喜了,瘦肉,肥肉,菜的比例非常不錯,內餡飽滿豐富,外皮薄而不易爛,這肯定是自己包的吧!很好吃墨魚滑$68份量有夠大,比平日外面吃的多一倍!口感彈牙之餘亦不會有太多粉的感覺,好吃唐生菜$38份量不算多,但口感爽脆有水份,味道不會搶,跟湯底很配

成日食西餐,今日想食下中餐,搵左食德福海鮮私房菜做晚餐。我地6點半去到,已經有三四枱客人,都幾多客。呢度店長好Nice,推介下招牌菜,會同每枱客人傾計,了解菜式嘅滿意程度,感覺親民。我地叫左例牌鹽水鵝,小炒皇,估唔到中菜店都有生菜包,又試埋先。生菜包,唔會太辣或太重泰式香料味,反而用咗中式嘅方法烹調更岩我口味。小炒皇,裏面有配料十足,蝦、魷魚、腰果、蝦米,炒得好香好惹味。到壓軸出場鹽水鵝,鵝肉半肥瘦,鵝肉都滑嫩,呢種處理方法感覺唔會太油膩。搵到好餐廳真開心。
