我一直以來吃酒店是吃一種服務!Edenfa比到我的係一種態度。我常常覺得酒店的食物質素有限!但今次真係另眼相看。今次係一個半自助形式的晚餐。前菜都是圍繞一般的沙律等的食物!我覺得味道都算是不錯!但真正令我驚喜的是澳洲肉眼牛仔扒。肉眼牛仔扒著重是膏肉相連!呢塊牛扒除左肉味濃郁!最重要係入口即溶!牛扒最怕老!一老即難以入口!但呢塊牛扒做到嫩滑可口!一咬下去!肉汁就充斥在口腔中!而且肉質相當幼嫩!極為可口!極為美味!真心值得同樣愛扒之人一試! 快來試試吧!

Provencale,台灣叫普羅旺斯烤羊架。

大廚把羊架外表烤得金黃酥脆,肉質細緻軟嫩又多汁!

普羅旺斯烤羊架,因為為上面的寶雲酥!

完全沒有羊騷味,因為羊架上面的脂肪都去掉了,切掉了。

醬汁先用法式的黃汁粉,加水調勻,加入紅酒,還有問了店員為何汁醬如此好吃。

原來加入了黑朱古力,天啊。

明天放假,我要回家試弄。

加上蒜碎和百里香,整道法式寶雲酥羊架,真的叫人驚喜。

七成熟的羊架,肉質鮮嫩,已封煎成的羊架,吃著麵包屑的寶雲酥,太好吃了。

我夾了一些Salad、凍肉、凍虾及澳洲青口做前菜。其中的有個泰式白雲鳳爪的Salad真是超辣,我是一個能食辣的人,但係第一啖食落口都覺得好辣,都要即刻飲水,但是辣的過癮同很開胃。

老老實實,我覺得除左牛油煎蟹腳係好食之外,其餘兩食我都覺得麻麻地!我的目光及嗅覺反而被朋友的法式保雲蘇烤焗羊扒吸引了過去。朋友好慨慷地分了少少俾我哋食,哇,真是很好吃。平時吃羊扒的時候,一夾到鼻子下面就可以聞到羊臊味。但是吃這個羊扒時,第一下聞到的味到的是焗面包糠的香味及甜甜地的香味。一啖咬落啲羊扒到,好嫩~~配埋嗰汁真係好好食。嗰汁食落水甜甜地的同埋有香草味,有烤汁的感覺,但又不完全是烤汁。我哋忍唔住就叫左侍應哥哥來問啲汁係用咩整的。

侍應哥哥話嗰汁係用Rosemary (迷迭香)、朱古力、薄荷調配而成的。羊扒先用迷迭香混合朱古力調配成的醬搽在表面燒一陣鎖住肉汁及辟臊,然後搽上麵包糠漿再放入焗爐焗,其它的我已經不記得了。我會因為呢個羊扒而對羊扒或羊架而有所改觀,同埋我會帶媽媽去食。

另外一個朋友仔叫左香煎智利深海軍曹魚,朋友話都唔錯!個皮煎得幾香脆,魚肉都幾結實,我自己對個綠色的汁有興趣,我又同另朋友"乞"左少少汁來試,原來係牛油果整成的汁,配番啲結實魚肉一齊食的,可以令魚肉滑啲但又不至於成口油。紫色的係紫薯蓉,甜甜地,又襯色,我都幾欣賞這個配搭!

芒果慕士細滑香甜,桂花糕則彈彈的,桂花花香濃郁帶甜,杞子不錯,整體味道清甜!

這夜媽媽很滿足,下次小妹也要帶媽媽到處吃吃!!

近來流行半自助餐,朋友話Edenfa環境清靜,想傾下計慢慢坐係好選擇。半自助餐即頭盤、沙律、湯同甜品以自助餐形式,而自己再選一樣主菜。先講講前菜啦,老老實實選擇就唔算多,不過又可以話係貴精不貴多。我去果日就有唔同既cold cut,味道幾好,應咸就咸,應淡就淡,配埋沙律一齊食就fit晒,感覺好fresh。另外仲有蜆同屝翠螺,兩樣都好新鮮,可以食到淡淡既海水味。另外不得不提就係個南瓜湯,係我食buffet入面飲過最好既湯之一,一個唔覺易飲左兩碗,佢勁多南瓜蓉又夠creamy,配埋蒜蓉包真係大fit。主菜就試左西班牙黑毛豬扒,厚切既豬扒煎到微焦,味道好好,多左一份普通豬扒冇既香味。而且夠晒厚,咬落去滿足感超大,好耐冇食過咁出色既豬扒啦!

先講講前菜啦,老老實實選擇就唔算多,不過又可以話係貴精不貴多。我去果日就有唔同既cold cut,味道幾好,應咸就咸,應淡就淡,配埋沙律一齊食就fit晒,感覺好fresh。另外仲有蜆同屝翠螺,兩樣都好新鮮,可以食到淡淡既海水味。另外不得不提就係個南瓜湯,係我食buffet入面飲過最好既湯之一,一個唔覺易飲左兩碗,佢勁多南瓜蓉又夠creamy,配埋蒜蓉包真係大fit。

時常去尖沙咀的我們,無意中發現這間在粵海酒店裡的西餐廳。我們就不妨上去看看,見到有salad bar,價錢也合理,又清清靜靜!所以,就給它一試吧![salad bar]不錯!有沙律、海鮮、小食、湯、甜品!當中最欣賞就係翡翠螺!非常大隻、鮮味十足!忍不住食多一碟!相反蜆就很一般!其他的都同出面既自助餐沒有什麼分別![法式焗白雪魚]絕對沒有叫錯!那白雪魚很滑!沒有over cooked! 加埋藍瓜薯容襯托!簡直是剛剛好!雖然份量不是很大,但食左salad bar 之就剛剛好喇!總結來說,幾滿意!不過,salad bar 食完第一轉之後就好似無再refill!

不錯!有沙律、海鮮、小食、湯、甜品!當中最欣賞就係翡翠螺!非常大隻、鮮味十足!忍不住食多一碟!相反蜆就很一般!其他的都同出面既自助餐沒有什麼分別!

[法式焗白雪魚]
絕對沒有叫錯!那白雪魚很滑!沒有over cooked! 加埋藍瓜薯容襯托!簡直是剛剛好!雖然份量不是很大,但食左salad bar 之就剛剛好喇!

總結來說,幾滿意!不過,salad bar 食完第一轉之後就好似無再refill!

晚上放工後朋友相約一起去edenfa吃半自助,可以先自選一個主菜,我選了炸蝦,墨魚飯,鵝肝一起的一個組合,名字忘了,先說鵝肝吧,鵝肝外焦裡嫩,濃郁的香味咬一口就會散發出來。炸蝦很驚喜,因為一開始並未留意到有加入大蒜和朝天椒的成分,吃到嘴裡才發現有大蒜香味。吃完主菜,也去試了幾個甜品和生果,菠蘿據說是有機的,雖然我不知道有機和無機有什麼分別,不過很甜就是。侍應在用餐期間給我們開了瓶紅酒和德國啤酒。名字都忘了,紅酒醇香,入口不澀,個人來說相比德國啤酒,我更加喜歡紅酒的口感,新鮮,香氣持久不散。
