我多次喺不同食評都提到我好鍾意銀鱈魚,而呢道菜係好友今晚嘅MVP,在場其他食客對呢個菜評價都好高。銀鱈魚外脆卜卜略帶油香,上面配上邪惡嘅鹹蛋黃醬,俘虜左在場食客嘅心。魚皮脆加鹹蛋黃本身就好食,銀鱈魚又有油香,加上肉嫩,似乎真係呢道嘅招牌!

鮑魚係我海產上嘅TOP 3最愛!鮑魚喺我叫左野食無耐以前上左枱,不過果陣仲識郁,我同佢溝通到最後一刻,師傅就手起刀落。坦白講,黑松露我本身麻麻起。但鮑魚味道本身好鮮,口味彈牙。特別佢會另上個鮑魚肝,我覺得呢個先係重點,十分香濃!

一間鐵板燒好唔好,其實好多時我都會睇個炒飯,所以大家見我食鐵板燒都一定叫炒飯。Ken哥都三番四次話呢炒飯佢拿手絕活,咁一定要試啦!粒粒分明好基本,個炒飯食材好豐富,特別係好多櫻花蝦,香之餘提供左一個脆嘅口感俾個炒飯。

最後上埋味噌湯同埋甜品俾我哋,朋友好開心因為甜品竟然係佢最愛嘅開心果雪糕。呢一份少少特別,就足證左餐廳有心機。細節一定加分!

接住落嚟就係到煮鮑魚,個鮑魚喺上鐵板之前仲生勾勾郁嚟郁去,冇理由唔新鮮啦,師傅一邊調味一邊烹調鮑魚,鮑魚食落仲有啲軟心嘅狀態,但係外層又好彈牙,配上黑松露醬嘅香濃,令人十分滿足

師傅話呢個鐵板炒飯係佢嘅拿手小菜,食得出粒粒分明而且炒得好乾爽,入面有好多食材,所以口感同埋個層次都好豐富,最最最鍾意就係佢有濃濃嘅櫻花蝦味,十分滿足

食完晒所有嘢之後,店員會奉上味噌湯同埋甜品俾我哋,最開心係個甜品係開心果雪糕嚟㗎😍奶味較重,而且食得得到開心果粒,為呢一餐畫上完美嘅句號😉

朋友生日賀一賀,當然要搵個好地方好環境,尖沙嘴想食鐵板燒,又有好去處,就係呢間特色日本鐵板燒餐廳———瀛鐵板燒🔥,有得邊睇鐵板燒表演,邊食美味鐵板燒,好正的體驗喔。今次餐選時令6道菜,包括前菜,主食,甜品:前菜有沙拉🥗,黑魚籽蒸蛋,呢個蒸蛋超級有特色,好得意的雞蛋擺設,面頭有黑魚籽好正。主食係海鮮,有蝦有鮑魚,有魚有牛肉豬肉,全部都做得好精緻,最有印象超鐘意一款鹹蛋黃燒魚,味道👅好食到難以形容。另外還有湯有炒飯,最後食埋個開心果雪糕🍧就perfect 啦,大約$800 一位,唔算便宜但有體驗有美食,朋友又食得開心,環境服務都好好,傾計也好舒適,食得滋味又有質素,呢餐生日飯算不錯安排喔。

最近加咗人工想食豪啲,去咗位於尖沙咀有專屬師傅即場烹調菜式嘅灜鐵板燒,師傅不時會介紹菜式嘅特色,職員嘅服務態度都好好~黑魚籽鵝肝蒸蛋好奢華嘅菜式,蒸蛋口感滑溜,鵝肝香濃而不膩,黑魚籽增添咗鹹香,三種口感同味道完美融合,每一口都是幸福嘅滋味鐵板瀨尿蝦皇瀨尿蝦皇大隻肥美,煎得金黃香脆,鮮甜多汁活鮑魚仔新鮮鮑魚切成一粒粒,肉質緊實而有嚼勁,搭配爆漿嘅三文魚籽,口感豐富和牛薄燒和牛肉質細嫩多汁,油花分佈均勻。廚師放咗香蔥及蒜粒喺和牛表面,再喺鐵板上快速煎熟。牛肉在嘴裡化開,散發出濃郁的牛油香氣灜の炒飯炒飯非常入味,飯粒乾爽飽滿,加入香脆可口嘅櫻花蝦,增加咗香氣和鮮味。香蒜辣汁花甲花甲新鮮又大粒,師傅再加埋香蒜同辣汁,令到成道菜更加惹味大啡菇大啡菇好厚身,香嫩多汁開心果雪糕啖啖都係開心果粒,充滿果仁香
