This Mexican restaurant is located near my school so my colleagues and I went here for lunch. The decorations here are colourful and full of Mexican style. This little shop provides many kinds of Mexican dishes and are served by 2 employee (not very helpful and kind). Prices here not cheap for students, but reasonable if discounted through booking in open rice. This was my first time trying Mexican food in Hong Kong, quite a surprise that they were flavourful and looked stunning on plating!
Burritos, Nachos, Tacos are served with three little plates of tomato salsa, guacamole and sour cream. I love sour cream the most as it can help lighten the spices.
Seafood Ceviche $138
- spicy and sour salad which full of scallops, calamari, avocado, tomato, shrimps and cucumber. Lemon juice and the chilli making the salad so refreshing. Calamari were so fresh and sweet!
Cracking Chicken Burritos $88
- We chose plain soft tortilla and inside the burritos, there were chicken, fried beans, lettuce. This was the lightest among the dishes, better eat with tomato salsa.
Pulled Pork Nachos $118
- A dozen of homemade corn tortilla chips topping with USA pulled pork, cheddar cheese and jalapeno. The presentation was nice and photogenic! The melted cheese making the tortilla fulfilling. I love this dish the most as the pulled pork was very well seasoned. Highly recommended!
El Carnisada Tacos $78
- The wrapping made sharing difficult. Beef chilli con carne was hot and spicy. Eating with sour cream could reduce the level of spiciness and the heat.
