泰式羊架黃咖喱 - 可能少人叫咖喱羊,臨時臨急用微波爐解涷,再煎兩煎,然後淋啲咖哩汁就上碟,我估一定係咁整,一定係,除非唔係!👎👎👎

蒜蓉牛油麵包 - 最好食😍,可惜咖哩汁唔太夠點。

泰式香葉炒肉碎 - 竟然完全無落香葉(金不換),一條都無,唯有打包留聽日自己落香葉兜兩兜,應該會似樣過佢。😆😆😆

泰式鹹肉炒椰菜 - 椰菜嘅纖維一定係好多,因為比較有咬口,要求唔高都算ok嘅。

狗狗爸爸之前試過呢度的炒飯、串燒等,不過佢最喜歡的午餐都係燒豬頸肉飯。有次我哋同一大班朋友嚟食晏,我哋人多,差唔多點曬餐廳的各款午餐,最後大家都不約而同地覺得呢個燒豬頸肉最好味

最後講下一凍一熱的泰式奶茶。呢度的奶茶係必飲,因為有獨特的香料味。凍飲的話,喺最近幾次嚟食嘢,我哋發覺餐廳特登雪咗啲由奶茶整成的玫瑰花型冰塊,將佢放喺每一杯凍奶茶度,令佢睇落更靚。有次凍奶茶送到,隔離檯的食客都話下次一定要點嚟試下。熱飲的話,我覺得一樣咁正,只係用嚟「打卡」就平凡啲。

要享受美食當然要付出小小代價.雖然路途比較難.但還是很值🔅第一次去建議坐西鐵線到錦上路站.在西鐵站對出會有小巴及的士站到**紅磚屋**在紅磚屋路口就已經可以見到雅閑泰的招牌

黑白糯米各一半 上枱嘅時候仲出緊煙 平時都係凍食比較多 出曬煙都係第一次 感覺新鮮蒸好嘅糯米更軟熟 熱食更香 重點係上面嘅綠豆脆脆 老闆娘話係用焗爐焗過 所以更有豆香 能夠一啖同時品嚐到軟糯同香脆嘅口感 加埋椰漿🥥同香甜多汁芒果🥭 層次更豐富 係一個完美嘅ending

緣份真奇妙,年初行錦田紅磚屋市集剛好經過呢間「小屋」當時冇細思亦未察覺「小屋」原來係餐廳前幾日朋友約食飯深入錦田𧙈堂村來到「小屋」門前先恍然大悟「乜原來係您啊陳生?」推門,內進餐廳好有泰國舊式飯店嘅感覺裝潢冇過份精緻嘅擺設好有家常小菜館嘅vibe店員好親切,仿佛自己係附近居民般熱情招呼/ 生蝦刺身可以話係喺香港暫時食過最最最最肥美嘅生蝦原隻開邊,肉質爽口彈牙口感都相當良好配上泰式生蝦汁,開胃至極!/ 椰汁海鮮湯係比預期中creamy椰汁味重,酸辣種度係bb級別相對起惹味,佢反而走温和路線而海鮮個人覺得可以再多料啲咁就perfect池!/ 原個南瓜黃咖喱海鮮兩個字,足料!賣相一流,好IGtable原個日本南瓜軟稔入味相當足料,不過咖喱就一般可以再重口味啲反而個蒜蓉包就出色唔Bread dip jeng!/ 泰式瀑布醃牛肉呢款個名同實物有啲令我不明所以細問下原來係泰北常見嘅開胃前菜-ม้ำตกเนื้อ醃過嘅牛肉再炭烤,再配沙律菜個人認為調味一般,冇想像中咁惹味反而似中式嘅蔥爆牛肉

餐廳好有泰國舊式飯店嘅感覺
裝潢冇過份精緻嘅擺設
好有家常小菜館嘅vibe
店員好親切,仿佛自己係附近居民般熱情招呼

/ 生蝦刺身
可以話係喺香港暫時食過
最最最最肥美嘅生蝦
原隻開邊,肉質爽口彈牙
口感都相當良好
配上泰式生蝦汁,開胃至極!

/ 椰汁海鮮湯
係比預期中creamy
椰汁味重,酸辣種度係bb級別
相對起惹味,佢反而走温和路線
而海鮮個人覺得可以再多料啲
咁就perfect池!

/ 原個南瓜黃咖喱海鮮
兩個字,足料!
賣相一流,好IGtable
原個日本南瓜軟稔入味
相當足料,不過咖喱就一般
可以再重口味啲
