🔶泰式瀑布醃豬頸肉沙律
這個是傳統泰式菜都會有的生菜夾豬肉。可是這個菜式比較特別,不是用肉碎的,而是一塊塊豬頸肉😙肉碎容易弄到落枱都是肉碎粒,吃起上來比較狼狽,而這個豬頸肉不會有這個問題👍🏾而且肉碎的肉有機會是不新鮮的,更有機會是夾雜不同部位的肉,所以這個菜式的肉會比較新鮮和清楚看到一定是豬頸肉🤗老闆娘說這個是清邁的菜式,難怪與別不同💕

🔶金柚子蝦沙律
我們還點了這款沙律,是我的最愛🥰這個的柚子肉一點也不酸👏🏾甘甘甜甜的,非常之開胃,還加了些少椰汁😋非常美味!蝦還有不少啊🤪很快就給我吃光光了😂

盤子是魚的造型,切合海鮮主題😂除了賣相吸引之外,味道也非常之棒👍🏾這個是用新鮮的魷魚即時煮熟的,吃下去肉質異常地嫩滑😱而且非常之彈牙!一點腥味也沒有!與一般吃到的魷魚,有非常大的分別~醬汁帶有一點辣辣的,另魷魚的鮮味更加突出☺️的確是色香味俱全❤️

喺泰國菜,怎能少得海南雞呢~雖然我們點了半隻雞,可是份量也不少啊😃比起其他餐廳的半隻雞,份量還要多!雞肉嫩滑不在話下🤩還可以看到有一層薄薄的啫喱狀油脂,凝結在雞皮與雞肉之間😋有別於一般的脂肪,吃下去不會有油膩感🙌🏾非常好味😋

我點了杯龍眼冰,冰粒的份量不太多,不怕會飲料的味道會變淡~龍眼味超級濃🤪還要龍眼粒超級多啊☺️又大又圓,而且也很甜😋

老闆娘十分好人🥰送了甜品給我們吃❤️我本來以為是上錯了枱,原來是老闆娘請我們吃的😱她說有時候吃泰國菜沒有甜品好像不太完美,因此她有時會請客人吃甜品🤗真的非常窩心🥰而且甜品也非常之好吃!椰汁糕不太甜~令我感到驚喜的,是奶茶糕和阿華田椰汁糕😱第一次品嚐,奶茶味超重👍🏾而另一款的阿華田味都很濃👏🏾超好味😋

平時就一定會叫泰茶嘅🧋,但因為咁岩晏晝飲完奶茶所以就叫咗椰青🥥,點知成為咗我全晚最愛💕。唔知係我唔好彩定係真係難得🤨,無論喺泰國定係香港飲嘅椰青都係唔係好甜🥲,泰國嗰啲仲要成日都唔夠凍⛄️,今次終於飲到啲又清甜又夠凍的新鮮椰青😭。推薦大家如果有機會黎一定要試吓飲👍🏻,因為我哋兩個個椰青都好甜好正呀🤩。

天氣熱,我們選擇了一些清涼菜式,先來一碟泰菜必食的生蝦刺身,此店出品爽脆鮮甜,一食已食出不是普通貨色,配合酸辣醬汁,極之惹味!另外的「金柚子大蝦沙律」「豬頸肉瀑布沙律」也是開胃清怡的美味頭盤,極速掃清!再來一客「無國界蒜蓉包」,蒜味濃厚,麵包脆中帶軟,烤得其所!「蝦醬炒飯」和「泰式海鮮炒粉絲」,配料十足,色香味俱全,泰國廚師炒得落力,夠哂鑊氣!晚餐最後以「芒果糯米飯」作結,適逢夏天芒果當造,令這道世界聞名的泰式甜品更趨完美!

整體來說,這間泰國餐廳就是「舒服」兩個字!小鎮feel嘅清幽環境,具藝術感的裝潢,坐得舒服,適合成班friend嚟傾計慢慢享受人生,這樣的餐廳在香港其實很罕有,最重要收費合理,晚飯人均不過二佰蚊左右。

店主是愛貓之人,晚飯其間交流了不少養貓心得,臨走時還叮囑下次可以揸車入嚟,有免費車位,而且叫我哋一定一定一定要提早預訂佢哋嘅隱藏版招牌菜「咖喱龍蝦伴伊麵」。

The owner of 比比書屋 recommended this restaurant to us. Their food was absolutely delicious. The portion was generous. Loved the curry soft shell crab with garlic bread! Their tom yum soup with prawns was sick! It’s the most delicious tom yum soup I’ve ever had. Unfortunately, there were only two of us so we weren’t able to try a lot of dishes. I’ll definitely come back again. ❤️❤️❤️

海南雞肉浸得嫩滑, 雞肉入味, 鹹香, 相信浸雞前應該用調味料醃過,  就算雞胸肉都唔太嚡口, 有啲肉汁, 不错。

同家人行元朗紅磚屋,未行先肚餓,想搵間舒服啲既餐廳坐下,呢間雅閑泰外面有位,大門內原來都仲有唔少位,環境舒服。我地叫左無骨豬手飯、泰式炒金邊粉、黃咖喱牛肉飯、新鮮椰青、泰式奶茶。無骨豬手飯十分好味,份量都足!泰式金邊粉不過不失,起碼唔會似某些餐廳偏甜、肉質硬等問題。黃咖喱牛肉飯好香,牛肉量都夠,起碼我哋share 食都ok~至於不得不讚的是那個新鮮椰青,鮮甜到震!又勁多椰青水,正!我同仔仔都飲到勁滿足。家人叫左泰式奶茶,因為我地一坐低已經聞到個種獨有的茶香,果然無令我地失望,係好飲既~總括而言,值得去食,值得再試。
