I was looking for a pizza takeaway and decided to try this place not far from work. The staff member advised me on choosing the ingredients myself on a Margherita base. I added anchovy, olives and pancetta. The crust is just as I like it thin and crusty. It is also quite rare to find anchovy around townTo make it simple : very good pizza and helpful, polite staffI gave them a tip since the bill is without service charge.

Just I have small stop to have snack and bit more. Good environment and nice welcome from the staff. No matter the position of this restaurant bar it’s very good! Finally we decide to try pizza, bresaola and ricotta.Pizza: classic Margherita. Sure they try to improve but I do believe they work with base already precooked. The result it’s less than average. The base is thin and chewy. Tomatoes sauce nothing special mozzarella less than average. Be honest restaurant in that position must do better

Emmer Pizzeria & Cafe係 Pp 真係咩好野都有得食，重點係有品質保證。周圍行來行去都未諗到食咩，貢上左 Pp II 附近既平台，見到開左呢間餐廳。係門口瞄到有個巨型薄餅烤爐，覺得可以試下。見到個薄餅烤爐當然食 Pizza，但係今日想食得清淡 d，所以叫左個最普通既 margherita。呢度好似點心咁，係即叫即做，等左十幾分鐘，就有得食啦。Pizza 有時候簡單就是美。有番茄同 mozzarella 芝士，唔需要好多配菜，都可以整得好好食。呢個 Pizza 就係一個例子，印象中係意大利食既 pizza 現有呢個效果。90 幾蚊一個 Pizza 係 Pp 又食飽你，算啦！

經常會突然好想吃某種食物，例如之前因為煲《迫降》，瘋狂想吃韓國炸雞，但在香港確實找不到好吃的，又例如逛超市看到新鮮士多啤梨，又會想把每個產地買回來試試看，再加上每晚睡前瀏覽各大飲食平台是我的個人興趣，導致突然想吃的食物多不勝數😀今次由於早排煲了viutv+黃秋生+Ricky的《究竟食咗乜》，再開始了netflix+David Chang的《Ugly Delicious》，而碌下某社交平台都可以見到Beams推介手飾都拎住塊Pizza，令想食pizza既慾望爆燈。最後，Pizza Project & Emmer 2選1，去了Emmer。睇睇餐牌，見到D.O.P認證水牛芝士，不就是秋生在意大利講嗰隻！呢個11吋pizza切開6塊，我可以食到4塊。。。當然食不完一整個啦😂圖1/ Diavola $148少辣脆邊夠chewy,top salami & tomoto sauce & D.O.P mozzarella，好吃！圖2/Parma Ham 普通圖3/很有格調的EmmerKhachapuri亦是另一人氣食品，但由於只存在於早餐餐牌上（直到3點），下次會點這個🥰

晚上接近7點晚飯時間，唔算太肚餓，又想輕輕鬆鬆食少少野，仲可以飲杯嘢，呢度的確係好地方😆餐廳喺平台位置，算係旺中帶靜嘅地方，可以好舒適咁休息下，幾鍾意呢種感覺🥰*提一提，原來佢哋外賣嘅蛋糕好好食😋坐低先叫左個sparkling water，因為帶住口罩😷真係水都飲少咗，坐低已經先飮左2杯😆Happy Hour梗係叫返杯Prosecco汽酒啦🥂Funghi 雜菌Pizza真係好好好好食😋😋😋上面以3-4種菇類➕芝士做料嘅Pizza，焗得剛剛好，散發陣陣菇香味，再配脆餅底👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻朱古力蛋糕，配類似吉士醬

依間啲薄餅好正宗薄薄地一片，好香口同香港食開嗰啲口口嘅麵粉底唔同，而且仲係人手拉皮再調一個傳統焗爐，所以哥吃的不只是美食還是濃濃的人情味，素菇薄餅好素， 充滿菇香，另外嗰個不解釋睇到都覺得好吃啦。

周末晚飯去咗金鐘 Emmer 試佢個好出名嘅 Khachapuri，本來只有午餐時先會有得食，但Waiter好好人，問吓廚師，即刻話可以整。跟著叫咗個四種芝士加 Anchovies 鯷魚，成個薄餅變得香噴噴及將啲芝士味帶哂出嚟。配杯紅酒，兩個人已食得飽飽。KhachapuriPizza Soup睇下面個價錢，真係超抵食。而且服務非常好，地方好乾淨，食夠$500可免費泊車，如果唔係飽得滯，一定食埋雪糕甜品。下次再幫襯。D.O.P. Emmer always caught my eye after it replaced Petit Cafe, and I was excited to try it for dinner. Fun fact: it’s by the same guys behind Beef & Liberty hamburger restaurant! Introducing this boat-shaped breakfast pizza from Emmer🎉This cheese and egg filled bread ~ known as khachapuri ~ is delectable with a doughy savory crust. The best way to enjoy it is to poke the yolk, rip off a bit of the crust and dip it in the cheese. The location is our favourite when this used to be The Petit Cafe with outdoor & indoor dining. The new restaurant now serves coffee, drinks including alcohol & pizza! I must say we had parma ham pizza & margherita & both are not bad at all! Definitely will return, love the new seatings & half service (you order at counter but pizza will be delivered at the table) which is very friendly.

以前黎開PP都想上黎同一位食件cake，呢家轉左得pizza，都試下啦，最後叫左杯mocha坐低飲左第一啖差d吐返出黎，好澀，以為係咪d泡有事，開蓋再試，個底好似淨水加少少味咁，又唔夠熱朱古力味又無，咖啡味又無唔知係咪個咖啡底出事就算唔想浪費，再試多啖都飮唔落去以前間the petit cafe就算係紙杯都有pattern有design ，又多選擇，一到weekend內外坐滿人氣氛好好呢家杯又似茶餐廳外賣杯，味又唔得，中午呢d tea time無野食真係無下次

Definitely a gem in PP. I hope they open up more shops in different areas.Unexpectedly big portion for the salad, and the taste is unbeatable, especially for the eggplant salad. The tomato one is also great, which include like 5-6 different types of tomatoes. Fantastic.The main dish mushroom pizza is easily one of the best I have tried. I really live the crunchy and chewy crust. Can have it as dinner everyday. Service is good too. Nothing to complain and will definitely come back.
