檸檬鳳爪
爽脆彈牙嘅無骨鳳爪,配上檸檬嘅酸甜汁🍋,仲有啲辣味。


口水彈蛋(鵪鶉蛋)
鵪鶉蛋晶瑩剔透🥚,蛋黃有溏心既感覺,配咗辣椒油,一入口就覺得超級辣🥵,但質感幾好食。


拉絲啤梨(芝士)
啤梨外層質感似鹹水角🍐,脆脆地同有啲煙韌感,入面係芝士拉絲🧀,有芝士嘅鹹香。上面啤梨定係用朱古力百力滋,造型可愛😆!


火雲叉燒
上枱時店員會用火槍點着叉燒底盤,營造火焰效果🔥,再自行淋上甜豉油。叉燒頭尾位脂肪較瘦,中間既叉燒肥瘦相隔,配上甜甜嘅豉油汁。

其實食前無咩期望,知道係創意中菜,擺盤亦有特色,但點知味道意外地好食,絕對唔係100分,唔好有過高期望,但以呢個價錢,我覺得合理,性價比算好,差唔多每樣菜式都有落心機做plating,雖然係gimmick嘢,但幾有驚喜,最重要係味道唔錯,唔會得個樣

某啲菜式係比較濃味同偏鹹,例如避風塘軟殼蟹, 炒花青苗就有啲油,但我覺得呢個花青苗幾特別,之前冇食過, 亦都幾好食, 至於鴛鴦薯酥就內外兼備,可能因為我自己鍾意食薯類食品, 所以覺得呢道菜幾有創意,同時味道都幾好,如果要講啲我下次唔會叫嘅係佢哋個甜品,係靚,但都只有靚

我鍾意佢嘅原因係因為佢嘅食物除咗適合打卡之外味道仲好唔錯,每次都比到驚喜我乳鴿必食,每兩位就會送一隻,每次嚟到都一定食佢,因為真係好好味,有肉食多汁夠味蒜蓉香辣鳳爪第一次食有蒜蓉味嘅鳳爪,蒜蓉味比較香,唔算好辣口水彈蛋鵪鶉蛋做凍盤好特別,而且佢嘅蛋黃唔會過熟做到晶瑩通透,配合左涼拌嘅辣香,香得黎又唔會好辣,好味孜然手揸骨估佢唔到好香孜然味,而且多肉又肉嫩氣鍋雞嚟到必飲既一樣,除咗賣相特色,佢嘅椰子雞味都超香,飲完好舒服漁公火箭桶超特色嘅魷魚筒,食落去有啲辣辣地感覺幾唔錯,魷魚裏面仲釀左蟹肉,味道香,但記得食嘅時候要整走裏面塊膠😂求其芥蘭絕對唔求其,朋友三兩下就食晒農仔荷葉飯超級超級好食嘅荷葉飯,份量好多,足足有四碗飯入面嘅配料都好足料,裝住喺荷葉裏面,真係色香味俱全牛榛仔超級驚喜,黎到放咗一陣佢仲係可以做到裏面有流心嘅感覺,朱古力流心同個包好夾,一咬就爆醬,好好食😋柚子花精凍好特別第一次食,賣相幾靚食落去係有碌柚肉同柚子,似係柚子大菜糕,好睇又好食當天仲比我飲到去嘅自家製冷泡茶白桃烏龍同瑰麗堂皇個人比較鍾意玫瑰味,因為飲落去玫瑰好香而且唔會太甜,但白桃烏龍味道香,但飲落去就比較清整體來
