今日上完堂就同朋友去咗呢間大排檔,每個星期上完堂都想過去食,但係因為太多人就放棄掙扎今次堅持去食,點咗四個菜,椒鹽魷魚,豉椒炒蜆,啫啫雞煲,豉油王鵝腸,椒鹽魷魚外皮嗰層粉漿超薄,魷魚好新鮮,超軟彈牙,鮮味十足,好juicy又唔會太乾,豉椒炒蜆,冇乜沙,好有鑊,氣啫啫雞煲啲雞都好大舊,啲皮有少少爽脆,啲肉好嫩好滑,隻雞都比較新鮮,仲有啫得好入味豉油王鵝腸都唔會太鹹,配埋芽菜韭黃食脆脆地,甜甜地,成個環境都好接地氣,大排檔啲嘢真係冇得輸就係有鑊氣。 continue reading

用餐時間(8:27pm dinner)follow@wojengyea/@wo!正嘢 for more food info🐒 支持我哋發掘更多美食 😋住荃灣朋友話呢間大排檔喺荃灣數一數二,三佬約埋試吓。叫咗三樣嘢;招牌香辣雞煲🐔、菠蘿咕嚕肉同椒鹽鮮魷。菠蘿咕嚕肉🐽🍍唔容易整得好食,首先個醬汁唔可以太稀,先至可以掛上去每嚿肉,豬肉要用梅頭(豬肩)肉,啖啖肉口感一流。有啲大排檔會混入左燒肉,竟然會食到骨🦴,同埋燒肉本身好鹹,一食落口就知,紅綠椒菠蘿粒同紅洋蔥🧅都落足。椒鹽鮮魷🦑有驚喜,多炸蒜蓉🧄喺面,鮮魷切得好薄,加簿一簿一層炸粉,咬落去唔會韌,兩三個回合已經清晒。三個人雞煲叫半隻雞,紅青辣椒、乾蔥頭、大量老姜起鑊,個人鍾意佢放大量芫荽🍀鋪面(走荽人要注意)。睇張相顏色都知道偏濃味,食完要隊多支啤酒🍺,雞件細少大件雞,冇得啖啖肉唔過癮,但整體還好。打邊邊配料不值一提,油麥菜份量少,而且冇洗乾淨,有啲已經老黃咗。丸類餃類未解晒凍,連埋冰都夠膽上枱🧊 ,明明叫水餃又上咗韭菜餃,如果唔食韭菜嘅人就中伏。響鈴炸枝竹紅薯粉正常發揮。 continue reading

幾個朋友諗住搵個地方吹水食下野啤啤佢,好自然會諗起大排檔假期諗住出街食要等好耐位點知原來好多人趁假期離港位都唔使點等就有位啦👍1️⃣黑椒薯仔牛仔粒$148👍超惹味,送酒一流薯仔似油泡過,比牛仔粒更吸味,正呀🌟牛仔粒都唔差架,唔韌,剛剛好2️⃣椒鹽墨魚🦑嘴$98🙄本身係嗌椒鹽鮮魷⋯點知7點幾去都已經冇哂☹️⋯唯有轉墨魚嘴嘩⋯椒鹽唔夠味,墨魚嘴好似冇調味咁,加上食埋濃味既牛仔粒,更加覺得佢冇味,得個咬口3️⃣豉椒炒蜆$108👎唔覺得係豉椒炒蜆因為豉椒還豉椒,蜆還蜆好似兩樣野分開整,最後先撈埋一齊咁蜆又唔算鮮甜其實本身想食東風螺(因為見隔離枱食緊)⋯但又係冇哂啦4️⃣啫啫芥蘭煲$98呢個唔錯喎👌一上枱,咋咋聲咸香夠,有肉碎同蝦乾芥蘭脆身嫩口,唔錯5️⃣豉油王龍鬚炒麵$80👌穩陣之作,普普通通但炒得未算好均勻,有幾啖好咸❗️第一次食呢間,但我諗可能因為假期伙記廚師放假既關係因為樓面好唔夠人,而且好明顯唔係熟手同埋見到有個肥仔熟手既,塊面勁黑,好似殺人咁款⋯ 所以唔知呢d 係咪佢地平時既水準⁉️😬冇理由大排檔咁comment 既菜色都整得唔好⋯ ⋯咁佢都有好既地方,就係唔使等好耐位,同埋有室內位坐,又唔會太大冷氣! continue reading

這街坊小廚原來在街口轉角處多租了一間舖,這晚很容易找到位置,便坐下醫個肚。娘娘至愛的豬手,這晚點了一客“沙薑豬手”,凍食,豬皮Q彈,豬腳筋充滿沙薑鮮味,但把豬手切小件一些會更好,娘娘和格格那些櫻桃小咀,實在是咬不下。“古嚕肉”,整體做得不錯,用了五花肉,爽口彈牙,酸甜芡剛掛著豬肉,唯獨是配菜比較單調。“啫啫通菜”,熱辣辣,又香,上菜時已知道不得了。關鍵是,肉碎及蝦乾夠多,爆得香,加上薑、蒜、辣椒這些料頭,不好吃才怪。 continue reading
