Decided to choose a beef cut from the butchers counter. Ordered the wagyu beef tenderloin for around $250/100g which was a lot cheaper than I thought!Taste was ANAZING✨ the most tender meat I’ve ever had. Beef was not too oily despite a wagyu cut. Whole grain mustard also goes super well with the beef. Taste was ANAZING✨ the most tender meat I’ve ever had. Beef was not too oily despite a wagyu cut. Whole grain mustard also goes super well with the beef. Paired broccolini with the dish which also tasted really good (especially the sauce)!

Staff were really friendly, interior also looks really nice and clean. Overall super pleasant experience!! Very satisfied💕

有誰想到在Feather & Bone可以$200以下落樓,仲要食得好飽。在銅鑼灣利園二期的地庫,地理位置上實在是十分方面,可以說是無障礙餐廳,有扶手電梯、也有電梯直達。外邊有的士站,行人路也闊落。現在餐廳有推廣優惠,星期二全日叫T骨扒也有半價優惠,無論是外賣或者堂食也能享用優惠。我們今日一行四人,在櫥櫃選了T骨扒之後,原本額外點了雞肉凱撒沙律,但侍應姐姐提議我們每人加$58 upgrade,因為upgrade可以選湯或者雞肉凱撒沙律連飲品,抵食啲。我們除了叫T-bone steak外,也加了一個side dish - portobello mushroom。結果每人一個沙律、一杯飲品、幾片牛扒和配菜,飽得剛剛好。沙律來到的時候,一點都不hea,完全是原裝半份的凱撒雞肉沙律,十分認真、美味。T-bone steak也是煮得剛剛好,不會太生,也不會太熟,完全是我們叫的medium cook。結帳時才嚇死我們,吃了這麼豐富的一餐,結果每人$170 ,真係超抵食,而且餐廳不算多人,坐得舒服。下次一定要再嚟!

牛肉產地來自阿根廷、澳洲及日本宮崎A4和牛;以澳洲產牛肉款式最多,除了多種部位之外,還有草飼、穀飼、熟成(dry-aged)等。奇怪不見有香港最流行的美國產 USDA牛肉,係市場定位原因?抑或老闆係澳洲人,要推廣本國出品,放棄入口 USDA牛肉?餐廳網站亦講明進口肉類較其他零售店貴,標榜優質食材 - 天然飼料,不含荷爾蒙、生長激素及抗生素;而且全部冰鮮進口、小批量進貨,以求新鮮美味。

聽就聽得多,第一次見到餐牌有牛骨髓,一定要試試。【烤草飼牛骨髓 Roasted Grass-Fed Bone Marrow $168】將開邊牛腳筒骨(連牛骨髓)加入少許牛油及香料烤香,之後再在上面鋪滿煙肉醬。骨髓本身膠質濃厚,一般配搭蒜蓉焗法式麵包。塗一些牛骨髓在麵包,入口黏滑、帶有少許膠質,滿口都是油脂,有點似食動物脂肪;唔怪得要用麵包及鹹香的煙肉醬調和油膩感。

【自家製和牛風乾牛肉House-made Wagyu Jerky $68】似乎係用手撕成一條條,外型不規則,加上啡啡黑黑,好似乾身口味的台灣牛肉乾,賣相唔吸引。入口軟硬適中,乾身、但仍然保留天然肉汁。同意大利 Parma ham 或者西班牙 jamon iberico 不同,風乾牛肉沒有殘留脂肪油香;又由於加入香料醃製,味道鹹香以外,有點似中式臘肉,感覺怪怪地,不太喜歡這種口味。

牛扒揀了兩款澳洲穀飼和牛,普通冰鮮及 Dry-aged 各一,分別是【澳洲穀飼和牛肉眼  Australia Wagyu Ribeye Grain-Fed $139.8 / 100g (外賣);$173.8 / 100g (堂食)】【澳洲穀飼和牛西冷   Australia Dry-aged Wagyu Sirloin Grain-Fed $238.8 / 100g (堂食)】,每塊牛扒大約重 300~400g。之前食牛扒,一係普通牛扒、一係就熟成;好少機會同一時間試齊兩款,今次終於可以做個比較。肉眼(Ribeye) 脂肪較少,肉味濃郁,纖維較多、有咬口。西冷(Sirloin) 有較多脂肪,肉味略淡,肉質較鬆軟;但經過乾式熟成處理後,味道變得更濃郁,口感也較為結實。始終是澳洲穀飼和牛,油花較多、肉汁豐富,兩款牛扒各有特色,但同樣美味!

OVERALL: 
The Lee Garden Feather & Bone is spacious with ample seating, making it great for dining. The decor is also fitting with ski-resort/ steakhouse vibes. 

DISHES:
🥩 Beef Wellington: The star of the show does not disappoint. Literally 9/10 of the tables were eating this. The pastry almost outshined the dish with it’s flakey texture and buttery flavor. The beef was also incredibly tender. The dish actually wasn’t as heavy as it seems as it wasn’t a particular fat cut of meat. 

🦀 Spicy Crab Linguine: Spicy pasta is so refreshing! There were also a lot of crab in the dish. Leaning on the oily side tho :/
