所有食物都只能用一般來形容,沒有很驚艷,也沒有特別難以入口的。
坐下來第一樣就送上了這小杯的西柚汁,作為開胃飲料,
味道正常,可見酒店的細心之處。

本來滿心期待其牛角酥,但太令人失望,她所有的酥皮包類,雖然仍有少許酥脆,但咬下去,已經韌的,完全咬不開,牛油味也不足。
至於法包,第一輪上的,還有微溫,也有外脆內軟熟的感覺。所以再叫了一份,但第二份,卻只是一個咬不開的韌橡皮。

雖然網上對它的評價不高,但這些有難度的菜式,也想點來一試,這才可看到廚師功架,可能因為沒很高的期望,所以覺得這道菜表現其實不遜

第一層的乳酪杯沒有特色,水果杯,水果及果汁也淡而無味,沒有任何果香,也不鮮甜。
第二層的Basque Burnt Cheesecake芝士蛋糕基底芝士味不突出,只有膩的口感;蛋糕卷,口感太實,實在吃不下
第三層的朱古力比較十

最後的芝士餅乾,對芝士興趣不大,所以沒有特別喜好,但芝士味也濃的

總括而言,
服務欠妥,不能做到主動察覺到客人的需要之餘,在客人主動要求協助時也不能及時照料客人需要,可能人手問題,但作為一間星級酒店餐廳,表現令人大失所望。
食物方面,大部分都是中上水平,除了包類。
環境,氣氛,衛生都很好。

Having requested to sit by the window, I am right to do so on this perfect Sunny day!

So owing to the pandemic, it is no longer a semi-buffet but it is served by the waiters dish after dish.

I felt like it has defeated the original purpose of being a semi-buffet when we dont have our chance to choose what we wanna eat but the dishes were brought to us.

Again, nothing out of this world but it is definitely photogenic and instagrammable.
But the lemon tart was probably one of the worst desserts I have ever tasted in my life.

Okay, so to my obnoxious husband, said it was not up to its name and I might have to disagree no matter how reluctant I am...

1. i was freezing cold after all the cold cuts and cold food... was definitely craving for some warm/ hot food but the only hot dishes were the main and the soup/ tea served after the desserts.
2. we didnt have all the food listed/ offered as the portion was definitely too much for two.... should have given the customers a bit more freedom and the pace should definitely be improved!!! We dont want to be synchronised with other diners.

We have been to Peninsula to dine for different occasions and to be honest, this was probably one of the most disappointing experience among all.

The view was absolutely stunning, the service was okay(but not super attentive/ heart-warming) but the food was definitely catastrophic.
True, the price says it all — around $1000 per person. But we could’ve better choice during these days.

So, after all, not an egg-cellent brunch on this Easter holiday.

Christmas dinner 決定去半島Felix 晚餐分兩段時間,第一段是晚上六時至八時$1488,而令一段則是從晚上八時開始(band show) $1988Felix 位於酒店28樓餐廳分上下兩層我們被安排到坐在窗邊看着海景進餐餐前麵包軟熟配上芝士醬/oliveStarter: 鴨肝燉蛋,配上jelly,上面鋪上一片片黑松露,味道濃郁,燉蛋嫩滑牛油煮藍龍蝦,配上微澡飯,龍蝦鮮甜爽口彈牙炭澳洲牛柳配焗南瓜,牛肉既香又嫩,medium rare 煮得剛剛好Dessert: Felix Christmas Pudding 倒上cream sauce,但各種材料: 焗蘋果、肉桂、丁香蛋糕、焦糖乾果及提子果乾都很散,味道普通。最後herbal tea ,tangerine tea 感覺本身帶小小甜,味道不錯,再配上小點,更是絕配。Snowman 是marine, 雖然略甜,但是snowman眼睛細心地點上朱古力,令人有驚喜。聖誕樹造型曲奇,香濃牛油味。但朱古力和jelly candy就過甜。

週年紀念特意來半島慶祝直接order兩個set dinner到這裡吃飯不是吃食物質素而是吃環境氣氛可以透過落地玻璃看維港景色原來現在還有幻彩詠香江席間,遠處一台客有男士送花給女朋友而我身旁的一台更是直接求婚 然後全場掌聲雷動相信這家餐廳每天都會有這些浪漫情境上演男士們如果想有驚喜給女朋友或老婆可以選擇這家餐廳相信他們已經充滿經驗眼看他們會親趁女士去洗手間的時候就會詢問男士驚喜的出現時間並配合安排食物方面 以這個價錢來說還可以main course的牛肉十分美味我本來是不吃macaroon的最後的macaroon沒有太甜裏面有清新青檸解除甜膩十分驚喜

今次來半島酒店felix,是第一次去,預訂窗口位,可能不是太多人,感覺良好,望住香港夜景食飯一流。再講回食物,食物好精緻好靚,味道都不錯,甜品影相最好看,因為用火燒過,但甜品味道一般,主菜和牛都不錯,其實整體是不錯,有機會會再去多一次。

海鮮有帶子、龍蝦、鮑魚、長腳蟹、煙三文魚等等,款式都算多,而且幾新鮮,介要幫你剪好哂殻😂熟食方面比較特別既就有三種唔同既egg benedict,可以隨便食到飽。

見到半島咁幫兄弟姐妹手,就去幫襯下,揀咗去felix,因為佢有一個early dinner, 細細個portion啱啱好。個view當然好靚呀,D wine 當然好貴啦,就飲咗個cocktail,我覺得alibi好飲D。講番D食物,個steak幾好味,肉質好就已經咩都唔駛講。另外個appetizer嘅octopus就ok; dessert and chocolate are nice too。食完換埸alibi 再飲cocktails

Not impressed at all. Any 3 star would have the same quality of food. Buffet spread was no surprise, main dishes were good. Guess $ went to the name “Peninsula” and nothing else. Got seated by the windows, though as requested, it was too hot and bright too put guests there. (Other window seatings were in shaded area) Being seated in that “added area”, we got little to no service. Business must not be good and they tried to squeeze as many guests in the dinning area. Not worth the 3 months ahead

星期六約了朋友 想找一間餐廳不是太貴但又有靚景,食得舒服,就揀左felix early dining今次係第二次黎,上一次係食normal menuearly dining性價比都幾高,係半島食晚飯用呢個價錢,就算吾係慶祝特別節日都ok晚餐既時間係6-8pm 由未日落既時候 慢慢睇住日落直到天黑比8pm後黎食個景仲靚😊early dining menu由於同朋友都喜歡喝酒聊天所以加左任飲 如果每人飲到幾杯都好底$618dinnr+ $340任飲 per person再加10% service charge 大約人頭一千炭燒地中海八爪魚🐙味道普通,但不會太硬咬不到。任飲 飲左幾杯紅酒,非常chill🍷海鮮濃湯 幾好飲黑市安格斯🥩,肉質一般。普羅旺斯式海鱸,味道普普通通。甜品草莓忌廉杏仁脆餅脆餅幾好食 但有少少甜對我來說總括嚟講,雖然主菜唔係話特別好食但係可以喺半島用呢個價錢食晚餐 望到咁靚既景 飲下酒chill性價比都係好高,會再來的。

半島酒店餐廳一向水準高,這天又去Felix食它們的Seasonal Menu. Felix裝修一向都走玩味、新潮路線,予人感覺較年輕,不似傳統Fine Dine. 食物方面也是不甘於傳統的歐派菜。熱湯己經忘了是什麼了,熱前菜是龍蝦的西式炸物,用脆皮包裹著龍蝦,再以龍蝦湯加以配搭。之後便是煎鵝肝,一貫水準的好吃。主菜是碳燒和牛,底座更做了一個像網燒的燒架盛著和牛擺盤,有趣。這天也開了一支Half bottle的Pinot Noir配搭。最後便是甜點,一如以往的選了cheese platter作甜點。值得一季一次的Fine Dine.
