看评论时发现大家提到餐厅现在提供early dinner set,对于8点钟便要赶去文化中心听音乐的我来说非常合适,便订台。酒店正门有代客泊车,用餐一千多便可免三个钟,之后80元一小时。到达餐厅后发现虽然是提前定位,不过并未被安排窗边位置,整个环境比较轻松,灯光昏暗,设有吧台。坐下后翻看菜单,居然没有early dinner,若是吃正餐我必然会迟到,只得厚着脸皮翻出大家的食评,询问有没有此菜单供应。侍应这才拿出来。三道式简餐自然份量不多,可惜味道也欠佳,没有一道值得夸奖。最后的美点和苹果汁都是超酸,苹果汁上面还有一层厚厚的浮沫,唉,一言难尽……环境是不错的,食物是普通的,价钱是较高的,应该不会再去了

如果真的要挑缺點的話,就是我們剛坐下時覺得椅子好像有點小,坐得不太舒服,不過很快食物美酒一上來我就完全忘了這件小事。另外就是六道菜六款酒,對我這種不太能喝的女生來說,有點太多了;下次我會選配三款酒就夠了。之前和老公試過Omakasa,價錢和這裏的Felix experience 差不多,但我覺得這裏好多了,美食、美酒、美景,又有美人(服務員們都是賞心悅目,對每道菜每杯酒的介紹都十分清𥇦)。這絶對是一場視、嗅、味覺的極緻之旅,下次慶祝還想再來﹗

其實依家先打返兩個月前嘅一餐飯可能有dd遲,不過我見餐廳依家都仲有做呢個early dining,我就share下我食後感呢次聚會係慶祝朋友升職,所以要求餐廳喺甜品上加祝賀字句呢d基本要求,5星酒店級數一定做得到訂枱以至用餐的職員,服務態度都很好有時一餐飯,真係會被不好的服務態度影響晒個心情架。不過食物就真係普普通通牛扒不夠香,要求5成熟,但over左d。甜品算合格。不過28樓嘅維多利亞港又真係一個賣點唔知係咪呢個menu嘅用料冇咁好⁉️我見其他食評嘅tasting menu都好評🤔所以都會再俾一次機會,下次試下呢度嘅dinner menu

Felix is definitely one of the best place to celebrate your birthday, enjoying our dinner with the mesmerizing view of Victoria Harbour. Having caviar on top of a scallop was a good way to begin the night. Botan Shrimp tartar alongside with a creamy crab mousse was so refreshing.Then a sea trout is well smoked and covered lentils is so appealing to our noses and mouths with its smell and taste.Not a fan of duck liver but the way they serve it with green apple sauce did change my thoughts on duck

很有趣,每次到訪半島酒店的Felix餐廳都是在中午,240度落地大玻璃,不單能欣賞維港兩岸景致,更讓自然光透入,倍感舒適,尤其是首次見識到把窗紗全部升起的氛圍,說不出的安寧謐靜。 能在優美絕倫的環境下,細意品嚐美饌固然無以尚之,更何況酒店方面邀請了日本金澤市米芝蓮二星級名店錢屋(Zeniya)大廚高木慎一郎,親自來港,示範其餐廳內的名物。 由於小時候跟父親在半島酒店經歷了溫馨時光,今日重臨故地,就更具意義。 對於順應季節食材的懷石料理,菜色有部份出入毫不出奇,是日午宴的菜色,可能與24、25號的有些微不同。 Mibuna, Carrot, Radish, Prawn, Dashi Sesame Tofu, Caviar Sautéed Monkfish Liver with Soy Sauce 壬生菜、紅蘿蔔、大根配蝦高湯 芝麻豆腐配魚子醬 醬油炒鮟魚肝 賣相簡單而亮麗,味道當然是由淡漸濃,就由清新爽朗的大蝦喚醒了味蕾,然後是芳香馥郁、質感細滑的豆腐,加上了魚子醬就倍覺矜貴,最後是口感豐腴的魚肝

牛肉山葵治部煮

店方自2008起的名物,輕輕切開,呈現了嫣紅的肉質,牛肉味在舌尖徘徊的感覺,對牛魔王而言是一種無以尚之的享受,山葵的香氣,平衡了油香,伴碟的直菇天婦羅,薄薄的一層脆漿,絲毫不覺油膩,在每個細節上都照顧到,這兩星得來殊不容易。

望見千日純已經興,不單是整個系列中最高規格的一款酒,而且由農民精挑細選的優質山田錦米釀造,成品後更要儲存達千日在酒窖成熟,好讓酒質去到最佳狀態先出廠,入口圓滑醇香,辛口,令人回味無窮,配合牛排等菜餚,實是無以尚之,而有若織錦的賣相,更是送禮祝賀的上佳選擇。

謎團解開,黃鰭吞拿魚、海膽、龍蝦配辣醋汁 除了用上新鮮頂級的刺生,又配搭了不少紫蘇花,上檯後再加上辣醋汁,所以味道十分豐富,五味紛陳、層次繽紛,絕非單純的鮮甜味。配以山廢酒也很適合。

而相配的第四道菜式是 牛肉山葵治部煮,是銭屋自2008年起至今的首本名菜呢,還用上豐腴柔嫩的和牛來炮製,我們真的口福不淺!和牛的肉香脂香,配搭醬汁及山葵,果然非常美妙帶來濃濃幸福感;而伴碟的直菇天婦羅,也好吃不客錯過。

從日本回來的第一正式晚餐原來是先生提前預訂好的。紀念日總不能隨手選一個地方也是他的philosophy之一。在尖沙嘴擁有精緻夜景的餐廳並不少、但這裡身處28樓、鄰近窗口的位置將五光十色的夜景一覽無餘地呈現、確實不錯哦。那大凡餐廳、大概我都太重視人的因素、所以從頭到尾都非常感嘆felix家貼心的服務、訓練有素恰到好處。總之呢在香港來講真的就很難得了、當然價格也是與之匹配的咯。食物方面要說完全滿意會很難、畢竟眾口難調。只是個人觀點認為presentation和搭配上可以再多下下功夫、食材的新鮮感也稍欠缺。可以有所改進。因為是紀念日的關係心情都好好、氣氛覺得很舒服才是key咯、食物反倒是沒有成為重頭戲的機會啦。
