今晚舊同學聚會,諗左好多地方,大家都傾得不合心意,最後有舊同學建議這間在樓上的私房菜,既然在時代廣場附近,一於試吓,他們的晚飯菜譜有幾款,我們點了私房菜譜二,先來三錦碟:梅子番石榴、脆皮春花肉卷、馬拉盞涼瓜件。再嚟一個鮮杏汁花膠筒燉白肺湯,瓦罉薑蔥蒜子大連鮮鮑魚,九層塔焗佢仲哈,欖角陳皮蒜子蒸龍躉脊,薑汁蘭薳炒美國肉眼粒,脆皮鹽香雞伴蝦片,蝦子薑蔥銀牙撈粗麵,甜品有椰汁馬豆糕馬蹄糕糖水我選了薑汁蕃薯糖水。樣樣都正!一定會再來的。

好餓 已經八點半,一坐底就叫左個豆腐魚豆湯底, 一碟龍躉片,一碟鱔,同唐生菜侍應好有禮,又知我地好肚餓,即刻上茶同俾個調味碟我地。好多料😍 狂落蔥粒,好香好脆,證明新鮮!唔洗十分鐘就黎左個湯底。原來魚頭炸過,難怪咁香,但湯更鮮甜,更惹味,連豆腐都好有魚香同甜品。我地兩個等唔切,即刻淨係空口食左個半個大魚頭同豆腐,基本上好味到骨都食埋(個骨係炸到脆再滾湯,所以好易咬)。食完之後,食物就岩岩好到。龍躉片得十片左右,唔理,即淥! 又爽又甜!!重點係個魚片好彈牙好爽口,d肉又脆又爽口,唔識用筆默形容!! 係我個frd話人地未熟囉,係咁話我太心急,明明爽爽地口先係精粹!鱔片,非常爽口,係好薄既,不過油脂分布平均又香口,好在唔會膩,仲越食越好食,越食越想食。雖然同龍躉一齊食會被比下去,不過仍不失吸引力,都幾好味。唐生菜好新鮮,爽脆,翠綠,一淥就起得,keep住又甜又脆;朋友鍾意食軟身d,更加係soak曬湯中既精華,魚既鮮甜。encore左龍躉,不過今次叫骨試下。真係好多骨,同時好少肉,件數都較少,但點解會貴d.... 都係叫片好d!最後送雪糕又有桂花糕! 點解可以咁好OMG 點解可以咁開心!念念不

好餓 已經八點半,一坐底就叫左個豆腐魚豆湯底, 一碟龍躉片,一碟鱔,同唐生菜

侍應好有禮,又知我地好肚餓,即刻上茶同俾個調味碟我地。好多料😍 狂落蔥粒,好香好脆,證明新鮮!

唐生菜好新鮮,爽脆,翠綠,一淥就起得,keep住又甜又脆;朋友鍾意食軟身d,更加係soak曬湯中既精華,魚既鮮甜。

encore左龍躉,不過今次叫骨試下。真係好多骨,同時好少肉,件數都較少,但點解會貴d.... 都係叫片好d!

最後送雪糕又有桂花糕! 點解可以咁好OMG 點解可以咁開心!

念念不忘,仲係好想再食龍躉片…

BTW環境夠靜夠企理,幾適合傾下計
另外有私房菜,好似幾正,不過要訂;邊爐是不用等位的

話說朋友聚會中,大家決定在銅鑼灣打邊爐,但係邊間呢?又用了大半日去決定。最後一間太貴,一間唔好食,一間無得訂位,一間限時,就揀了呢間唔多食評的漁一。一早book了頭,原本訂了六人,最後朋友唔舒服缺席。當初擔心會被轉細枱,但幸好店員理解,其實張枱似係4人枱加大。店舖唔大,眼見有兩間vip房。因為有選擇困難,揀了鴛鴦湯,好清既津白同好濃既沙嗲。又叫了蟶子,牛,羊,黑豚肉,蟮片,丸,墨魚滑,餃,生根,菜等等。食物不算特別,但都好味,夠大碟,最後仲有糖水及甜點。因為散叫,叫下叫下都食左每人三百幾!勝在服務好,店鋪細細唔趕頭趕命。

好好好姊妹經常去,極力推薦漁一私房菜,因為識人所以份量有別於其他食客,好姊妹嘅家姐一早已安排菜單,先來兩個前菜小食,看似簡單嘅皮蛋薑,子薑無論食或吐⋯真係連渣都無,自家醃製,心思超讚,炸白飯魚除炸蒜同蔥之外,仲有火腿粒,而且魚仔細細居然有魚春,香口之餘仲有魚春卜卜聲,好驚喜,四個人居然點了十樣菜⋯大誇張🐦,雖然好味但都打包收場,多謝好姊妹家姐請客,大滿足🙏

又嚟打邊爐啦, 今次食午餐, 可以食到三點的, 安排左一間房俾我地, 湯底蕃茄牛尾湯加沙嗲, 然後就混醬, 今次我只加左D豉油,蒜及辣椒, 唔想太濃味. 不停咁叫, 牛肩脊, 雪花肥牛, 魚皮鮫, 雲吞, 響玲, 蝦滑, 墨魚滑, 蝦丸, 鮮蝦腐皮卷, 珊瑚蚌, 鱔片, 竹苼, 淮山, 蘿白, 皇帝菜, 西洋菜, 粟米等等....牛肉真的好好味, 薄薄的一片, 好快就熟, 肥牛及牛肩脊都係一樣咁好味, 淮山好粉, 正. 蝦滑, 墨魚滑都好爽口, 好好味. 鮮蝦腐皮卷及響玲又係加熱幾秒就食得, 仲脆脆地又熱熱地咁. 腐皮卷香脆, 蝦肉又爽口, 珊瑚蚌都好爽身, 又係好快就熟.菜都新鮮的, 其它的食物都好有水準的. 我們食足兩小時, 食到餐廳走淨我們一枱, 因要落場. 最後都有甜品, 桂花糕及馬豆糕, 桂花糕好清香的.

是晚想吃龍躉,跟大家商議過後,也整碟翡翠炒龍躉。大大件的龍躉,魚肉從來爽彈,尤其是魚皮,口感更佳。這裡的,亦炒得惹味。配角的西芹,多吃有益。

循例要有碟菜,中和一下。蝦乾把味道提升,令呢碟油墨菜,沒那麼單調。

原來有甜品贈送,涼粉雪糕與蕃薯糖水,二揀一。重申,筆者並不是「梁粉」,但都吃了涼粉雪糕。菠蘿味的雪糕配涼粉,幾好味。

倒抽一口涼氣後,以為可以起身走人,再覓甜品下場。萬料不及,還再有甜點送贈,馬蹄糕拼芒果卷,前者甜度適中,至於軟糯的外皮包裹著芒果,我必喜歡。

多謝老友的心意。

呢度還有甜品送,係菠蘿雪糕涼粉同埋蕃薯湯水,我食涼粉,菠蘿雪糕入面真係有一粒粒菠蘿架. 好味.
仲有馬碲糕同埋芒果糯米磁,都係免費的,馬碲糕係用蕉糖做的,好香唔甜入面都有粒粒馬碲架,芒果糯米磁都唔甜架,好味.

朋友話呢度的紅豆糕好好味,我地好厚面皮問仕應仲有冇, 之後佢就攞左一碟俾我地,每人一件,都幾好味呀,唔係好甜,不過我鍾意紅色全件都係紅豆的紅豆糕呀.

下次可以嚟試下私房菜呀.

鮮杏汁花膠筒燉白肺湯 ~ 雖然沒有濃濃的杏汁味, 但勝在清甜, 可能有花膠筒的原因, 有喝出微微膠質, 豬肺湯料另上, 尚算足料!
主菜 -
瓦罉薑蔥蒜子大連鮮鮑魚煲 ~ 爽嫩香口夠入味! 本人一向對鮮鲍/罐頭鮑不大感興趣., 這道大連鮮鮑魚卻令我改觀. 至今仍念念不忘!
香蔥煙肉焗美國生蠔 ~ 又是一道令我改觀的菜色, 本人只好生蠔, 對於熟蠔真的不大感興趣. 可能因為生蠔炸得酥脆, 配上我喜愛的蒜香和蔥, 搭配得恰當! 正!
欖角陳皮蒜子蒸龍躉脊 ~ 肉質嫩滑, 配上欖角,陳皮和蒜子的綜合味道, 有講不出的感覺, 好…..惹味!
脆皮鹽香雞拌蝦片 ~ 皮脆肉嫩, 鹽香滲透入雞內, 不愧為招牌菜之一!
濃湯肉碎魚肚大芥菜 ~ 清甜!
荷葉籠仔金銀蒜香生中蝦焗飯 ~ 海鮮不是我至愛, 但這道以蝦和金銀蒜蒸焗的籠仔飯, 每顆飯都蒸焗得透徹, 香噴噴的蒜香加上蝦的鮮味,我個人可以吃上兩大碗!
甜品 -
馬蹄糕/芒果椰絲卷 ~ 不過不失!
享受了一頓飲飽食醉的佳餚, 也不忘和讀者們分享! 真要多謝女友的好介紹!

有朋友从美国回来,一大伙人订了这里饭聚. 虽然这家店火锅出名,我们点了8位的鲍鱼套餐. 绝对明智,味道很好,性价比很高. 大连鲍鱼煲: 很实在的一道菜,至少有10几个大连鲍鱼,虽然个头不大,胜在很新鲜, 肉质弹牙,而且很入味.酱烧小排骨:我其实对肉很一般,但这道小排骨令我欲罢不能,排骨炸过后再烧,既有炸猪排的香口,又有烧排骨的入味. 杏汁白肺汤: 虽然杏仁味道不算太浓,但是汤还是很润喉.生中虾炬饭,虾很大很新鲜,鲜味完全渗透到炬饭里面,饭特别好吃. 盐香鸡: 味道还可以,不过鸡因该是冰鲜的,肉质不够鲜蒸龙簦: 很肥美 腐竹菜远: 清谈的一道菜,可以中和一下,腐竹很好吃芒果糯米糍: 里面的芒果偏酸椰汁红豆糕:不错,不太甜饭后送了甜品,挑了菠萝雪糕凉粉:菠萝雪糕味道不错而且比较少见.环境一般,地方不太大.服务很好很殷勤细心. 以后应该会再来.

中菜通常要人多才能多嚐不同的菜色,因為人多才有條件多點幾碟菜。而漁一也是其中一間人少少都能吃上幾碟菜的中式餐廳。每次都吃的是鹽酥雞和豬肺湯。鹽酥雞皮脆肉軟,豬肺湯也一改普遍杏湯給人的印象,咸咸的杏味令人耳目一新。另外這一款湯也很值得試試。南瓜的甜跟蟹肉很配,通常是西湯的配搭竟然能做成中湯的風味,有驚喜!

一啖喝下有香香的杏汁味,清甜潤喉,湯底亦喝出有膠質,相信是花膠的功勞了,同枱大都不太好豬肺,我卻喜歡嗰種軟軟彈彈的口感,清洗豬肺是功夫菜,一般館子都不做這味,咁難得,當然要連吃數件才罷休

甜品 - 送的,蕃薯糖水很香薑味,蕃薯夠腍身,正。菠蘿雪糕涼粉就是菠蘿雪糕加涼粉,nothing special. Eric 哥加送了杞子桂花糕及芒菓糯米卷,芒果很甜,配上軟而煙韌的糯米卷,口感、味道都好正,杞子桂花糕亦清甜,好!
環境、食物及服務都不錯,will encore, 下次會試 $88 一位的午市套餐。

This is a place that we usually go to for our family gatherings. Good food, good service. Thou one thing I am not quite please with is the environment...small place and dangerous when they're bringing out dishes. Food wise, it's fantastic. Always leave with a full tummy! Especially with the amount of dessert they supply! Highly recommend to save some tummy room for the free desserts. Personally love their crispy chicken, soup and the guava appetizer.

It is just a OK restaurant.They want to do fusion chinese dish, but not successful. The dish become in the middle of no where. The soup was very home made, taste good. The Pork has a mixed favour of pepper, honey, chinese herbs. Too many favour in one dish, no go !!! The pork was not tender The fish celery was too oilly.The desert is ok because it is free of charges, otherwise No, thanks.So far this is just a ordinary chinese restaurant, nothing specail.
