To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友話荃灣有間新野👉🏻Fleur Hong Kong👈🏻 d 野食好正既，我就梗係去試下💁🏻‍♀️..點左個”Burger Lover”🍔 一上台已經好精緻，麵包用左竹炭所以係黑色既，食落夠熱又脆口，而中間夾左A4和牛，味道入口甘香鬆化，正呀😍.另外點左🐟“Fish lover” 係煎三文魚伴羽衣甘藍，首先要讚下個三文魚煮得岩岩好👍🏻 肉質鮮嫩，加埋檸檬汁香味更濃郁，好食呀👅..🗣“燒春雞”皮香肉滑，整穿中間個蛋有蛋黃流落薯仔同菜，係無得輸👏🏻 食完飯就要飲返杯咖啡”Flat White”☕️ 呢到既咖啡豆係專門由澳洲買返香港，飲落咖啡味濃，奶泡夠幼又薄，飲到杯底拉花都仲係到🙈

    今日第一次黎南豐紗廠參觀，入到黎俾這間以白色主題裝潢嘅新餐廳吸引住，環境舒適，坐位闊落，有sofa位，有高枱座位，適合一家大细，亦適合情侶或三五知己，飲吓野，食件cake過個優閒下午。推介signature cake，佢地同royal garden合作，配合Latte，仲有自家制作既cookie簡直perfect match。我們還試左自家制作嘅scone。聽店員介紹，他們有brunch同dinner,下次值得再試。p.s.全男班店員，殷勤有禮

    今晚同朋友一齊到南豐紗廠，被一間裝潢設計高雅嘅餐廳吸引，便與朋友坐低一試，大家一坐低，就被眼前嘅精美甜品吸引，叫了幾道菜後，便叫了幾款甜品。幾道菜都很特別，每款菜都伴有沙津菜，感覺清新，主菜亦很美味，個人很喜歡SEAFOOD LOVER,八爪魚很juicy，而另一摯愛係春雞肉，很嫩滑入味。而期待已久的甜品真係好令人滿足，甜品設計係一個毛球款式，好可愛！整體而言，環境舒適，菜色美味健康，價格合理，服務周到。
