通常係大澳食晚飯都是因為要等巴士等好長龍,人生第一次黎大澳,都要試下老式海鮮酒樓的味道啦!不過主打既蝦膏系列竟然唔夠蝦膏味,唉。。。西式小菜應該唔識煮,所以唔好味,例如沙拉骨。其他一般啦!

4个人黎大屿山,之后搭大巴到大澳,中午随便稳左间酒楼,见福满林甘多人就入左去。甘就点左4个餸,一个海蜇拼墨鱼饼98,一个虾干虾酱炒饭80,一个芥兰牛肉80,一个虾酱蒸腩肉80。首先个人认为最唔抵就是芥兰牛肉,但系味道居然仲ok,但系我认为淡口味者可能接受唔到,偏咸。炒饭味道就ok,但系炒的唔够干身。海蜇唔鲜,墨鱼饼没味。腩肉我就觉得好一般,虾酱味道浓烈,食落口就没咩味。粗略计算左一下就358左右,未计茶位。最后收左410。最后评价:60分。真系勉勉强强合格咋

繼續大澳食評分享。這次在大澳雖然只逗留了數小時,總不成只是吃墨魚餅和沙翁吧!午餐吃甚麼好?就來這間開在大路當眼處,雖然有點兒舊,但明顯地是大澳的大酒樓的「福滿林酒樓」吧!一場來到大澳這個「東方威尼斯」,要是不多嚐點地道特牽產煮出來的菜式,說不過去吧!見餐牌上有「廚師本地重點推介」的數款菜式,大部分都是以大澳水鄉的特產蝦膏、蝦乾、蝦醬、鹹魚做材料,便簡單地叫來「大澳蝦乾蝦膏炒飯」($78)和不在推介菜式之內的「蝦醬通菜牛肉」($78)做午餐。兩道菜式雖然價錢偏高,但都十分大碟,「大澳蝦乾蝦膏炒飯」甚有大澳特色,滿是蝦膏香,炒得乾身不油,味道都過得去。蝦醬與通菜一向都是絕配,加上牛肉,香濃惹味,是我從小到大都十分喜歡的中菜菜式,這兒的炒得鑊氣甚好,雖然這菜份量不少,最後仍被我掃得乾乾淨淨。

叨友人的光入大澳看戲和食野福滿林 好久前是“肥仔健”,現已轉手仍是大澳本地人開燒肉拼盤魚翅雞絲湯,魚翅好多現在遊客多生意興隆食物方面我會細心觀察燒肉冷而硬燒鴨也太冷凍都太粗60分龍蝦伊麵一定進口龍蝦,好高水平稍微咸,伊麵也好好吃吃光蒸海鮑魚當然香港全部”海水“養那也不錯調味和咸淡都好靚海鮮。雖然間中有些未全熟帶子和鮮花枝片炒西蘭花賣相比味道更佳帶子好花枝無味不鮮不爽反而蘭花夠爽脆,到位鮑片生菜蚝油鴨掌鮑即螺片好好林而好味生菜色香味都不夠上面西蘭花咁正隨便吃一口都算吃過大澳海鮮晚餐不過不失總之是貴了!!

Tai O is a lovely town on water which is themed as a Chinese Venetian with stilt houses on water.
They are also famous for fermented prawn paste.
I go to Tai O frequently because there are so many joints to eat with a good variety of snacks but I have never had a meal in these restaurants because I am usually full by then.
Thanks to the tour, we all had dinner here and I quite liked the food.

The fried rice was really good because it was cooked with dried prawns which give it a lovely salty prawn taste, and the steamed pork belly with prawn paste was not oily with a flavourful prawn paste infused in it.

整體來說,味道只屬中下,而且肉絲炒麵內的「鑊撈」也扣減不少分數。

今日參加左一日遊....第一站就係大澳,行左—d名勝的地方,之後就食飯....我地10個人一張桌...有幾樣送第1道 "白切雞"..我覺得呢道幾好....佢加左一d麻油..好香第2道 "蒸蝦"...可能白蒸...無咩味...第3道 "炒白菜" 都係無咩味..但又唔難食第4道 "烏頭魚" 因為我唔食..所以唔知...第5道 "粟米匙" 最好食呢道....粟米再加一d白色的野....好食第6道 "咸魚蒸豬肉" 呢道都好正..好有咸魚味..鐘意食咸魚就要食呢道..其他就唔係好記得...不過真係一般...可以的話去其他試試,,,但呢間服舒真係好...又幫你換野..羅野等等...

蝦膏蒸豬夏青的蝦膏的香味.同豬夏青好夾.反而呢個菜唔覺鹹.仲好惹味
义燒好油,的糖漿太多...肉是實實的...睇落去已覺染色體....
服務店員粗口掛口邊,食的期間...我其中一個家人只是望下個茶壺有無誰...店員行來教訓一頓.話...你知唔知.放低個茶壺.記著打開個蓋就得..好似當的客白痴咁的語氣
回到家細看大澳的食評...有間都幾好...我又選左間差的來食...
