Dishes are nothing spectacular for the price they charge, the only one worth trying is the 鮑魚燒賣. Service is terrible, considering they charge a mandatory 10% service fee + appetizer nuts, they need to step up their quality. We had to ask them to add hot water even though the server walked by many times and chose to ignore the open pot lid. Asking them for anything (water, taking the bill, and even paying, felt like we were asking a favour)👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

做完運動,上了一間不起眼的酒樓午膳,但我所知這字號屹立很久,還記得二十多年前朋友結婚已在這品牌酒樓擺婚宴。坐下選了芋絲餅,很香脆但有少少乾。另外點了上湯鮮竹卷,不過不失還可以接受。XO醬炒蘿蔔糕又香又滑亦惹味。最後相公再選了銀牙肉絲煎麵很香口,雖然銀牙肉絲連芡汁也放在麵上,但卻沒有阻礙麵的脆樂樂,反而顯得很香脆可囗。但今天我卻去了尖沙咀分店,也有當年的回憶。

千層脆蓮藕餅
師傅使用荷葉做底,頂層加入砌作心形的蓮藕餅,並添加白果於中間位置,外觀甚至精美。蓮藕餅使用植物肉和蓮藕混合製成,而植物肉也就是素肉,是指用植物為原料製作,以模仿動物肉的食物製品,特點是比較少油少脂肪,整體有更健康的效果。其色澤製至金黃,口感結實爽脆,富有蓮藕香氣。白果則是用作去除蓮藕苦澀,入口清爽軟綿,鮮香回甘。

好耐冇去過尖東食嘢,今日嚟到位於好時中心一樓嘅馥苑海鮮酒家飲杯茶食個包。我第一次嚟呢間酒樓,地方闊落,擺位有一定嘅距離,食得好安心。見有中午廚師套餐推介,除了前菜、手工點心、主食和甜品之外,還有滋補靚湯,但價錢只需百零蚊一位,覺得都幾抵食,於是就叫了嚟試吓。陳村醋貓耳朵雖說是前莱,但吾細碟,雲耳爽口,酸酸地好醒胃。西洋菜陳腎煲生魚湯呢款滋補靚湯一上枱已經聞到好香,煲得好夠火喉,味道濃郁,飲落好香陳腎味,最鍾意就係有埋湯料上枱可以食番。至尊蝦餃王即蒸即上,熱辣辣,蝦餃皮不算厚,蝦肉爽口。斑蘭梅菜包顧名思義,不出我所料,個包係綠色嘅,夠特別。外包好鬆軟,裏面包着滿滿嘅梅菜肉碎粒,味道比起傳統嘅叉燒包毫不遜色。我反而仲鍾意呢個班蘭梅菜包冇咁漏。花膠蠔豉炆伊麵百零蚊一個餐有花膠蠔豉食,真係意料之外,而且份量比想像中多。味道恰到好處,不會太鹹。滋潤紅豆沙呢碗甜品用料非常足,有好多紅豆和蓮子,還有陣陣果皮香,非常滋潤。雖然已經食到好飽,但係都忍唔住食晒成碗紅豆沙。

在尖東午飯時間路過這商埸内樓上的不顯眼食店。外面簡潔清雅吸引了我的注意决定坐下一試,侍應服務態度專業有禮胡亂挑了數個點心,先嘗xo醬炒蘿蔔糕,辣度適中而太油,上菜速度快令糕粒熱度足夠👍芋絲餅中規中矩,最讚上湯鮮竹卷,湯鮮饀正。銀芽肉絲煎麵麵脆料味恰到好處。

一坐低女侍應放低前菜(花生),本人說不需要了,喉嚨痛,個女侍應亦即時攞走了前菜,到埋單時我見到收了前菜費,我說我沒有吃你唔收得錢,她竟說她放低過就要收錢。不想為了少少錢爭拗,只好照畀,我說我想要這張單,她說這張單(印有點心前菜details)唔攞得走,只可畀手寫單寫總數給我,真係好奇怪,單也不可印一張給客。嘢食係正常嘅,但服務真的不太好,沒有下次。

尖沙咀東好時中心稪苑剛重開試下飲茶一碟琥珀合桃20$大點38中32小28义燒酥3只38$用西式牛油酥皮不似其他酒家豬油酥皮小籠包反而不算太貴定價42$叫特點也挺熱辣皮幾薄餡料豬肉都多汁雞飽仔是小點餡中肉類很硬怪怪地是最不能推介的一種點心义燒酥內的义燒就好些有活魚缸裝修幾奢華感覺上這裏,還未準備好做大眾茶市冷氣不夠茶錢18$未食野先打18$加20$(合桃)😅如果係普通飲餐午茶就不會選擇黎因為收費一級(今時今日香港)但出品不過如此而消毒程序也不算特別講究!都幾失望。

瑤柱帶子菜苗腸粉(特)$25.20, 腸粉皮ok, 帶子肉有點蒸過了頭但勝在菜苗夠多, 下次會叫其他餡料腸粉,

點心類係穩打穩紥嗰種, 淨係睇個腸粉就知道忠於原著啦, 所以呢度一定唔會出現依家追捧的公仔點心!

乾炒排骨河$82.60味道剛剛好唔太濃味, 排骨足亦唔肥, 芽菜亦好足,不過呢碟野就折後都属於有點貴囉,因為最後還會有加一嘛!

店內環境已經頗為過時, 而且面積感覺到好似縮細咗, 講裝潢排場現在的他不復當年勇了,

服務員年紀真的是上左年紀嘅多, 只能慨歎香港地請人難吧!
現在沒有後生嘅肯做這些工種!
