今次去咗鰂魚涌食片皮鴨,呢間餐廳之前係銅鑼灣已經食過,見分店係鰂魚涌新開試業有八折,咁抵緊係要約埋朋友一齊去食。北京烤鴨片皮鴨即叫即烤,上枱時已經香氣樸鼻,鴨皮烤得好再酥脆,脂肪唔算多,鴨肉嫩滑,鴨味香濃,餅皮用爐蒸住,唔會咁易變凍。而配料方面有大蔥、青瓜同三款醬料,醬料分別有自家製嘅鴨醬、日本柚子醬同紅糖,可按自己口味配搭。雲南黑士豬叉燒叉燒份量十足,肉質軟腍,肥瘦適中,帶玫瑰露香氣,蜜汁味道略甜。荔枝山楂咕嚕肉咕嚕肉炸得外脆內軟,特別用咗荔枝肉代替菠蘿,味道清甜,醬汁酸酸甜甜,越食越開胃。海鮮鴨湯泡飯原個砂煲上枱,夠曬熱辣辣,材料有鴨肉、帶子、蝦肉等,湯底味道鮮甜,另配上脆米,令整個泡飯口感層次提升。
