以經典蛇羹為藍本,用蛇骨、 雞肉、豬肉等熬煮而成,節瓜釀入帶子、蝦仁、瑤柱和薏仁等,營養豐富祛濕消暑,還有燕窩潤肺滋陰,更參考中醫師建議加入玫瑰花瓣,令燉湯更清香,喜歡喝湯水的我表示讚 🙌🏻

🥠太史蛇羹酥
外層酥脆可口,咬開多汁美味,原來是將蛇羹湯水凝固成為啫喱肉凍,保留蛇羹的原汁原味,再以酥皮包起並炸至金黃色,很好吃~

🍚拼紫椰菜臘味粒蟹肉蛋白炒飯
炒飯加上清爽的紫椰菜及陳皮絲,減低臘腸的油膩感,但吳先森表示不喜歡陳皮味😂

🥟四色點心
翡翠蘆筍餃、菊花蝦餃、紅菜頭素餃、太子參帶子餃,個人喜歡帶子餃,味道比較清爽

🍊橙皮蓉柑桔包
將橙皮蓉加入麵粉當中,豬肉與鹹柑桔混合作餡料,鹹柑桔消炎止痛、除痰止咳。造型超可愛😂😂吃上去有點像生煎包,如果鹹柑桔味道再特出點會更特別

🐥藥膳醉乳鴿王
乳鴿汆燙 25 分鐘,加入當歸和杞子浸泡在醬汁,當歸能補血活血,上碟時淋上紹興花雕酒,藥材跟酒香濃郁~

🥯黑芝麻豆沙包
餡料以黑芝麻、麻蓉和豆沙蓉混合,黑芝麻有豐富鐵質對頭髮很有益,膳食纖維更能預防便祕。滿滿的芝麻香,小可惜是不夠流沙QQ
