結婚係人生大事,要同親戚朋友分享,又要有體面,喺坐擁無敵海景嘅酒店擺酒,就威威都冇咁威啦。四季酒店極具氣派,宴會廳四四正正,枱與枱之間位置充足。 🍖 食物嘅分配,喺每人一碟,但係都擺設精美,比如鮑魚配襯嘅小唐菜,切去部份綠葉,變成兩朵鮮花。海螺肉撈埋豬肉,再讓反入海螺個殼,美觀好睇。其他器皿亦都相當漂亮,無論裝燕窩既碗碟,定係甜點既小盤,都非常優雅。相得益彰。 客人感受到主家嘅細心選菜同款待,相信新郎新娘亦都因為咁,有一個難忘既婚禮。

回想對上一次吃這麽豐富的早餐可能是多年前在星加玻聖淘沙的香格里拉或烏節路的文華,但以往出外旅遊吃早餐的地方從來沒有試過在這麼有氣派的宴會廳內(去日本當然要留彈藥,歐洲則只是吃面包,泰國吃早餐也豐富但沒這裡豪華)。

而且所有餐廳侍應都非常欣勤的招待每位客人,對於客人的任何要求都一一滿足,其實我覺得全四季酒店的員工都一樣有禮,從沒有感覺被冷待,只有感到賓至如歸,六星級有余,非常值得推介。

龍蝦汁焗海鮮盞,用上了原隻鮑魚殼來盛裝這一個充滿鮮香味的美食。吃到了鮑魚,吃到了龍蝦肉,魚肉等等,啖啖都充滿著新鮮水產的味道,焗出來的,更令香味充份地散發出來,是一個非常美妙的席珍。

Attended an event  at the Four Seasons Ballroom, out of my expection, all the canopies and snacks are just so healthy.  The ingredients used, the combination of each snack and they way the prepare them are just so healthy and nutritious, the display are simply artistic.  Sometimes when the canopies look really good, they might be fried or too sweet. Everything is just right.  Awesome!

I was very looking forward to this soup when I saw the menu, but it turned out to be much less exciting.  It was rich in flavours with bite size bits of clams/ prawns, but it was overly salty and I couldn't really taste any fresh seafood flavour.  May be it was overwhelmed by the so called XO sauce in the soup?  (another example of east meets west failure)

Again this dish sounded really interesting on the menu, yet again I was disappointed. The black crust didn't have the squid ink taste I was expecting. Instead it tasted burnt so I was doubting if the blackened crust was the squid ink sauce or the burnt crust. The salmon itself was bland and overdone as the flesh was on the tough side.

The profiteroles turned out as one huge muffin like pie, which was quite difficult to eat. Ended up just tasting the icecream which went well with the warm grilled apple slices.  The chocolate sacue on the side was nice too with the rasberries.
