是日父親大人生日,我特登book左銅鑼灣最愛既fuhn食晚飯,對上一次食已經係半年前,見佢轉左menu多左好多以前冇既菜同野飲幾有驚喜!主菜湯粉甜品等都保持一貫水準^_^首先牛油果奶昔,奶味香濃,絕對係每次必點! 而隨意點既小食-燒和牛牛丸比想象中更好食,味道同一般牛丸唔同,平時和牛有食過,和牛丸真係第一次;見到menu有新加既三層芝士安格斯pho,身為芝士控當然要試下,不過屋企人唔係特別好芝士擔心食多兩啖會膩,但又唔會wor,反而個pho因為加左芝士口感更豐富,而用上安格斯牛當然比一般生牛肉更有保證 ;另外越式金邊粉同泰式略有不同但同樣有水準,唔會話太油 signature 椰子雪糕配上曲奇碎,非常清新兼具椰子香氣;而mango coconut ice cream 芒果酸酸甜甜配上爽口椰果就唔太膩
