一定要叫火車牛魔粉,香蔥配菜都係分上,食材有手打牛丸,牛栢葉,牛坑腩,牛筋片,仲有安格斯牛,牛腩邊,身為牛精的我超超愛,牛肉片在滾湯之下浸熟,很滑口,牛筋片都有充夠的膠原,牛坑腩的脂肪分佈均勻,湯底充滿牛味,清甜,加少少青檸汁提鮮,河粉幼滑,條條分明,一大碗夠飽。

同事叫了素菜肉湯粉,素肉很像真,勁似豬腩,但其實都係麵筋類,另外亦有素叉燒,豆味香濃,菜類很新鮮,蕃茄仔好清甜,生菜夠翠綠,湯底很清甜。

我對越南菜一向以來都是情有獨鍾,當時去芽莊的時候就愛上他們的食物。所以最近就去翻之前食個呢間越南餐廳,上到去發現餐廳氛圍不錯比之前好 又有防疫措施提供酒精同膠袋放下口罩,服務態度還好,好快就有位了。軟殼蟹米紙捲/大蝦柚子沙拉我點左軟殼蟹米紙捲同大蝦柚子沙拉當作開胃菜。推薦朋友們一定要點大蝦沙拉,因為非常開胃。大蝦再加上有少少柚子肉,吃蝦的時候可以同柚子肉一起吃鮮中帶酸,超開胃。軟殼蟹脆卜卜,食量小的朋友就可以在兩道菜裡面選一道。特色牛湯粉 (安格斯牛肉湯粉配牛筒骨)講到越南菜就一定吃湯粉,招牌菜之一。這間的特色是他們的牛肉是選用安格斯牛肉,味道上就同其他少左地生牛肉腥味。湯底是長小時用牛骨熬制,上菜的時候可以要吃到少少牛骨髓,對敢吃的朋友一定好滿足。士多碑梨羅望子醬豬扒這道菜是整頓飯裡面最有驚喜的,士多碑梨羅望子醬,看起來就覺得會好酸但是吃的時候完全不同。應該是燉士多碑梨的時候加左地糖。豬扒又不會柴,肉醬汁被鎖在裡面因為有炸過。非常推薦朋友們試下這道菜。牛油果奶昔/白桃蘇打飲料方面就一般,推薦奶昔,不會太甜,牛油果下手重,還可以吃到椰汁味。

軟殼蟹米紙捲/大蝦柚子沙拉
我點左軟殼蟹米紙捲同大蝦柚子沙拉當作開胃菜。推薦朋友們一定要點大蝦沙拉,因為非常開胃。大蝦再加上有少少柚子肉,吃蝦的時候可以同柚子肉一起吃鮮中帶酸,超開胃。軟殼蟹脆卜卜,食量小的朋友就可以在兩道菜裡面選一道。

蝦餅有三隻味 -黑松露 芝士 原味,擺碟十分吸睛,影相一流既!蝦餅果然係手打,肉質彈牙又香脆,小食必叫。但黑松露味唔係好出,重味d會更加好。   

越式蝦堡 配咸蛋黃薯條 
蝦堡大大個,一個人食哂就實飽飽,蝦餅一樣好食彈牙可口,呢個包配搭埋生菜同夾埋裡面有少少辣既醬,相當惹味。仲有咸蛋黃薯條,一樣香脆好味,呢set好邪惡呀~   

自家濃湯雞絲粉
 越南嘢唔少得既越南粉,見周圍每枱都會叫返個粉食,我地緊係都叫返個啦。我要大讚個湯底,超好飲~超香濃~個粉都係好好食,加埋雞絲一齊更滿足,有埋雞絲雞味個湯都香濃d。個湯太正,最後飲到見碗底,下次唔叫小食都要黎食呢到既越南粉。

呢杯夏天飲覺得好正,係奶味比較重的奶昔,都唔錯,牛油果味都加多d就好。

今日行經銅鑼灣,見到呢個大廈好多野食,膽粗粗上去一試。當時7:30人流唔算好多,但一到8點就人流不斷。兩個人叫左碗素肉撈檬,份量好夠,2人share都夠食。素肉質地模仿得好似,上枱既時候好香~^ ^同一個軟殼蟹米紙卷,個蟹炸得好香脆,唔會好油,唔錯另外再叫左小食拼盤,咩都有少少,咩都可以試下~入口爽脆,上台所有食物都熱辣辣,特別好食😋另外叫左白桃梳打,好清新,一路食熱野一路飲好爽,味道唔會好化學~係一個炸野必飲既飲品黎。唯一唔好就係座位唔夠闊~坐得唔算好舒服

今日行過銅鑼灣見到呢間一直好鐘意食嘅越南菜,決定同朋友一齊黎食。一上到黎見到佢地有新裝修,簡單整潔嘅風格。全程播住輕柔嘅法國jazz風格音樂,坐得好舒服同好放鬆。除左裝修有新意思之外,佢地嘅餐牌都畀人唔少驚喜。越南粉面、法包、春卷,當然唔少得。佢地仲加左好多款扒類、串燒同飲品種類。雖然我地黎果時係午餐時間,但飲一杯精製cocktail同冰滴咖啡,即時覺得地道puhn都有咁高級嘅享受,好難得。士多啤梨羅望子醬豬扒,味道清新,酸酸甜甜,岩晒夏天食。難得嘅係佢地係真係有新鮮士多啤梨伴碟,豬扒又焾又香口, 抵讚。仲叫左一碟羊架,羊架好嫩滑,食落仲有淡淡香茅、蒜頭味道,層次好分明。會強烈推薦畀朋友,唔食粉都可以happy hour黎飲一杯,價錢合理,又唔會嘈住人傾偈!

總括而言,餐廳食物的水準十分高,我常說在香港食到的越南菜比在越南吃到的更好食,可能是因為迎合了香港人的口味,這間餐廳就做到這一點,同時保留了越南菜的特色。新裝修亦都令人坐得很舒適,非常之適合與朋友聚會
