已經好一段時間沒有外出吃晚飯了,上星期和朋友在銅鑼灣吃了一家質素不錯的越南菜。而且環境舒適及座位寬敞,很適合和朋友一起來這邊談天聚會、吃吃飯。選擇太多,真的不知吃哪一樣好呢。最後點了小炒分享,各人則點了主打的越南湯粉。越式炒小椰菜絕對是惹味小炒,用料上簡單,只是蒜及調味。很多炸蒜一起炒,充滿香蒜味道,在油鑊輕微炸過,再下鑊炒,令椰菜保持鮮嫩翠綠。小椰菜有層次感,不會很鬆散,不過吃到底蠻油膩的。美國安格斯生牛肉湯粉越南湯粉最出名的都是以牛肉、牛骨各種香料長時間熬製而成的湯底,味道濃郁充滿牛味。牛肉方面,不是常見火鍋那些肥牛,而是採用高質的安格斯肥牛,薄片、快熟且鮮嫩。金邊粉很掛湯、吸味。整體味道蠻正宗,加上芽菜、生洋蔥、香葉、青檸等,更昇華。甜品餐牌也十分吸引,尤其是那澎湃的椰青雪糕冰照片,垂涎欲滴。椰青之寶整個椰青呈上,雪糕冰堆滿整個椰青,上面有些椰果及椰肉粒粒。吃到底,還可以刮起椰子肉吃,建議幾個朋友一起享用,不然吃過正餐再來這個的話真的蠻飽。

先試一口湯底,夠濃郁,但唔會好似日式豬骨湯咁漿口,可以講喺濃而不濁,而金邊粉非常滑溜,前前後後每人都可以分到成3-4碗,食到我哋捧住肚走
