今日同朋友行完銅鑼灣,看見遠處有幢大廈掛了幾間餐廳的招牌,於是決定試試一間叫Fuhn的越南餐廳由於我地剛好在晚飯時間到達餐廳,人流很多,幸好等了15分鐘左右就有位了。由於我同朋友都非常肚餓,所以我地二話不說就點了生牛肉粉,越式春卷,香茅牛油雞翼同豬頸肉串燒。而等待食物時,我地看到menu上提供了吃fuhn的四部曲,決定跟著它的做法來吃!約5分鐘左右,生牛肉粉送到了,餐廳員工還提供了魚露,說進食前記得滴上三滴魚露,不能多不能少,於是我地亦乖乖跟著做。跟足一切程序後,我就立刻試一試它的湯底,嘩!果然與別不同!由於生牛肉粉上灑上了葱花,再配上魚露,湯底非常濃郁入味,至於生牛肉是薄薄的一片,吃上去是充滿牛肉味,而且入口即溶,我相信餐廳選用的牛肉一定比出面的更優質,我甚至覺得比越南正式的更好吃至於春卷同牛油雞翼亦炸得非常香脆可口,雞翼亦加入了一些蒜作調味,好吃到我同朋友讚不絕口!飲品方面,我同朋友分別點了牛油果奶昔同菠蘿沙冰,夏天飲簡直是透心涼,為我地今晚既越南晚餐作一個完美既點綴。

終於有機會試下啦!
晚市來到頗為冷清 只有數檯客人
環境舒適乾淨 有告示顯示完全消毒過👍🏻
點了火車牛魔粉 生牛肉粉
和一杯牛油果Latte🥑
如果不是帶著期望來食 其實兩碗粉都不錯
但如果抱著想來食美食的心態

湯底不夠濃郁 但飲了半碗湯也不會口乾
不是味精湯✨✨

但火車牛魔粉的牛柏葉和牛肉牛味略淡
不過不失的味道 但值得再回來

太久沒有吃越南野了,今次來銅纙灣一間Fuhn 的越南餐廳。老闆剛剛在舖內裝了滅菌燈,所以今次都吃得頗安心。聽到安格式生牛粉這個名時,食指大為一陣。嗯, 份量都頗多,口感佳,可以一試。menu 有一個粉為「牛魔王」,有牛的不同部位吃,喜歡吃牛的朋友,不要錯過啦。雞排粉,一樣都出色的。店主把食物分開上,份量也足夠的。今次我們沒有點飲品,但menu 有不少啤酒和其他飲品可以選的,適合晚上一群好友來吃頓大的。午市來說,似乎侍應不足夠,因為等結帳也等了一段時間,而且午市都有加一的,所以服務質素應該可以再好一點。但整體來說,是不錯的。
