油到不堪, 首先所有海鮮料都拎去炸, 重點係所有海鮮(其實得啲蝦乾仔同少少少少少少魷魚粒,因為切到好細好細粒)又要細粒, 細粒又要用撲勁厚粉拎去炸,所以搞到又乾又硬, 然後加上D海鮮料腥腥地, 要遮住啲腥味,又要落鹽, 所以又好咸。

同張圖係完全截然不同,雖然話圖片只供參考,但落差太大了,令我好失望

It’s my second time here, still remember their first restaurant @megabox_hk it was delicious and service was great. Came to their new chain today and was surprised my their attentive services! last but not least, their fried squid cakes were a great additional snack for the meal. The outer layer was nicely made with chinese roots which makes it really crunchy! Very detail minded indeed in creating this dish! Overall, we would definitely recommend this place if you’re craving for some different kind of chinese meal.

金光炸粉果 ($32):炸粉果是「鳳城」招牌點心,當然唔可以錯過。粉果炸至色澤金黃,略浸在上湯後品嘗,吃起來外皮微脆,內裡軟糯,加上入面嘅蝦肉同冬菇碎,咬下又腍又脆,口感非常豐富。


古法灌湯餃 ($32):灌湯餃一籠雖然只得一隻,不過 Size 非常巨型,大大隻,黃色的餃皮煙煙韌韌,餃內是用雞骨熬成的香甜雞湯,湯跟餃皮同食,入口皮薄湯甜,加埋浙醋,口感甚佳。


鳳城餃餃者 ($36):所謂鳳城餃餃者即係鳳城水餃,水餃一共有四大粒,隻隻餃皮都很通透,入面包住滿滿的木耳絲、筍絲和鮮蝦等,食落彈牙又有嚼勁,配上爽脆的生菜及濃淡得宜的湯底,美味。


壓尾的甜品點了西米焗布甸 ($28),呢個下午茶特價點心,比正價平 $8,十分抵食。個布甸上桌時仍熱騰騰,聞起來香噴噴,非常對辦,西米焗得非常香滑,蓮蓉起砂,入口甘香甜膩, 食完真係超滿足。

疫情之下,沒有特別理由就不想四處走,雖然綱上的評論不是太好,但這店近,就抱著試一試的心態去試一次,這天是週末,去得早人不多,待應招呼不差介紹了他們只有三款茶供選擇(又真係少了些)開了壺玄米茶都好香。攞位不會太密集,令人感覺十分闊落。品種款式走懷舊加創新路線,價錢也相宜。這天點了五個點心,懷舊灌湯餃,皮夠薄,拆開後湯濃,味鮮,蟹肉香甜,十分美味。三色炸作,春卷香脆可口,腐皮卷不油不膩,只是咸水角改良了之後略嫌黏口。安格斯霸王,即牛肉腸,絕非翻叮,肯定是即叫即蒸,腸粉皮薄而滑,牛肉香嫩有口感,豉油都經過精心調制,鮮甜而能帶出牛肉腸粉的美味。特搜蒸籠,即點心拼盤,臘腸卷是扣分的一樣,因為臘腸太瘦,其餘點心如彩虹蝦餃及兩款燒賣都不過不失,當中松露水晶波更是粉芳香濃,皮薄幼嫩,此點心拼盤勝在可一次試到多款。包羅萬有,即三式包,叉燒包鮮甜美味,可惜餡料略嫌少半點,兩個流沙包就真是絕頂貨色,囉然我們已放久一點,待它略為涼一點再食,但流沙仍然一湧而出,弄得我掛住食,也忘記了影相,奶皇包甜美香濃,而綠茶包味道清香甘甜更加可口。整體來說,這店還算不錯,結賬離開時,更發現他們在門口放一盆醋加熱,證明他們對客
