因疫情已無來此間酒家飲茶,昨日太太要食灌湯餃便到來飲茶,叫了灌湯餃但裹面不是湯而是有片片的湯膠,最差的是碟雞扎,衹得一片雞,一片竽頭,一片豬肚和今豬皮,賣到三十九元大點,又難食簡直性價不成正比。並且酒家服務極差,無伙記沖水,灌湯餃又無跟碟醋,最後要自己去取。雞包仔的皮太甜而雞肉落了太多胡椒粉,糯米雞的料又太咸。整體是一次失望的飲茶,什麽老字號的酒家,相信是這樣的水準下去必被淘汰,遲早執笠。

之前四個餸食得七七八八,向經理追咗條魚兩次,最終上枱啦。
新鮮魚油炸出來,侍應幫手開魚,感覺有少少炸得過乾,不過不失。


果然係隔離飯香,隔離枱嘅荷葉飯、脆皮炸子雞,飯又香,雞皮顏色炸得好誘人,好似好食過我哋枱面啲嘢。

坦白講,有覺得呢餐有一啲偏貴。
始終係懷舊酒家,每一碟都係手工出品,唯有這樣諗會好過啲 😥

20/9/21下午2:00生日飲茶,開心地選擇了北角鳳城酒家,四個人點了十一款點心,大約吃了一半,當吃义燒包時,搣開包底紙時發現一隻約1.5cm大的曱甴🪳黏在包底🤢,立即叫了一位著黑色西裝的男部長給他看,他立即收走籠點心及說會取消此點心錢😧算!雖然已經沒有胃口了!不過都小心哋吃其他點心,點知竟然在另一碟黑椒豬肚發現另一隻曱甴🪳🤮咩事呀?此時有位着白衫類似cashier立即走埋嚟收走曬全部點心,她解釋可能是之前滅蟲引到啲曱甴🪳走晒出嚟!吓!咁個廚房咪好多小強,我哋一枱都中咗二隻了!當時大家都好掃興、冇晒胃口,又失望又好嬲!😓😓真係未試過咁黑仔同嘔心嘅經歷!😡😡

這趟是要到 北角 海逸酒店 Staycation 在家中出發時 仍未吃午餐 就先到了 離酒店不遠的 鳳城酒家 🫖🫖大約二個月前 曾來嚐過這裡的 上湯炸粉果 非常美味 這天同樣點了這款 🥟🥟還有店家巧手的 傳統正宗 鳳城灌湯餃 沒泡湯那種 老媽從未吃過這款 以為是隻大餃 就用筷子去挾來吃 結果弄穿了外皮 湯汁都流到枱上 😅😅還點了以往舊社會 婚宴時 機乎都有的 精緻菜餚 百花釀蟹鉗 🦀🦀 八十元壹隻 兩隻百六元 即叫即做 可以相同價格 點一份炸蝦丸 不過 還是想 回憶以往飲宴 必吃手工菜 當吃過後回味 以後到這裡飲茶 必定會想再吃 這款名菜的 🦐🦐

大約二個月前 曾來嚐過這裡的 上湯炸粉果 非常美味 這天同樣點了這款 🥟🥟

還有店家巧手的 傳統正宗 鳳城灌湯餃 沒泡湯那種 老媽從未吃過這款 以為是隻大餃 就用筷子去挾來吃 結果弄穿了外皮 湯汁都流到枱上 😅😅

還點了以往舊社會 婚宴時 機乎都有的 精緻菜餚 百花釀蟹鉗 🦀🦀 八十元壹隻 兩隻百六元 即叫即做 可以相同價格 點一份炸蝦丸 不過 還是想 回憶以往飲宴 必吃手工菜 當吃過後回味 以後到這裡飲茶 必定會想再吃 這款名菜的 🦐🦐

Really tasty dim sum here. It was my third visit. I particularly liked the steam squid in shrimp paste. The squid was thick and the sauce was just right and not too salty. The deep fried chive dumplings was my favorite as it was stuffed with chives. The fried dough is a rare offering (at most restaurants) and I was only able to have it because my table was close the the kitchen entrance. Outside was a bit crispy and inside was soft and chewy ….. 👍The bill only came to about $300+ for two. 👍

第一次來鳳城飲茶,雖然無點心車仔,但係一入到去已經感受到陣懷舊氣息。燒味檔設喺酒樓入面,同新式酒家不同。本來地方已經唔大,疫情下加了隔板就更加逼窄。先試兩款懷舊點心,喺出面都好少地方有得食。其實味道平平無奇,只是這兩款在其他酒樓都比較少見,有點新鮮感。兩款點心的餡料都唔太多,貪得意試了一次,下次應該不會再點。灌湯餃就真係好出色。將啲湯包埋入皮呢種做法已經好少見,亦好考師傅的手藝。好似食緊巨大版的小籠包咁,足料又多湯,推薦乳豬好香脆 叉燒無咩肥肉,但肉質出奇地淋,蜜汁味濃,有驚喜入面嘅鮮蝦大大粒,腸粉亦夠滑。反而蒸排骨同魷魚就好一般,蒸太耐好韌口。總括嚟講,當食吓風味,感受吓環境就好。食物質素其實都唔太出色

朋友生日慕名而來試試炸子雞,果然好味道,一上枱大家都互相拍照,外皮香脆,肉質鮮嫩。家鄉煎藕餅口感爽脆,瑤柱雜菜煲,鳳城炒飯相當有水準,尤其是椒鹽鱔球,師傅刀功一流,炸出來爽口彈牙,值得推介!
