久違了的味道!鳳城!

開始生酮飲食,都煩住唔知去邊食好。好似好多野都唔食得。但其實都仲好多選擇。

見放假就同媽咪去鳳城飲茶,一入去已經同d職員講兩位,兩個經過都無人理,咁好啦行入d,個女職員見到後面個個講三位帶佢入去,以為我地係一齊,我話唔係一齊,我地兩位,跟住好惡死咁同我講兩位等陣,其實係我地黎先,都算,有個男部長就好禮貌d,安排左我地入座,不過個位好窄,都唔緊要,媽咪話上次見人地叫既炸子雞好似好好食,就叫左半隻試下,($140)黎既時候係幾香,雖然望落好似好靚,但其實係角度問題,如果另一邊影,雞翼同件肉個位有一段距離,唔係放埋一齊,擺到好似無左幾件咁,賣相係唔美觀,肉係算嫩,但皮一d都唔脆,食落仲有d膩,連對面搭檯食客都細細聲話好彩無叫,味道雖然唔過鹹,不過皮唔脆既炸子雞,不吃也罷,上湯炸粉果就ok,幾好食又鬆化,蝦腸正常,薑蔥蒸爽肚,好鹹!!豬膶燒賣,一般,燒腩卷,呢個唔錯南乳味唔會過鹹,而且有淡淡陳皮味,加上芋頭同豬腩肉,幾好食,呢間鳳城既水準唔太穩定,有時好食,有時就麻麻,就以炸粉果為例,有次食過係好油,而且係個男部長比較殷勤,會主動過黎換碟,其他就麻麻地,坦白講呢個價錢好多選擇,以今次既體驗呢講,唔試無損失。

光顧咗北角鳳城酒家差不多三十年!今晚再去真的令人失望!要點菜只可以從一張A4紙的二十幾款的單子𥚃挑選,內裡包括了湯羹、燒味、魚等!難以置信一問歷史悠久的食肆改到比不上普通的茶餐廳。幾經辛苦選了鷄鮑翅,蝦多士,炒桂花魚肚,豉椒炒鱔、小炒皇及介蘭炒牛肉!十分失望的蝦多士,多士一點都不脆;桂花魚肚粗糙;炒牛肉焦黑硬;其它的菜式都大不如前。失望!真的不敢想象,又一間老牌食肆變成這樣不堪!不會再去光顧的鳳城。

牆上的 龍鳳呈祥(中式婚禮 用)好七十年代,正!而食物方面不錯,服務也不錯,在香港中價市場,也有如此好的服務很難得(例如不斷加水呀執碟呀⋯)!

It’s my first time to visit Fung Shing’s flagship Shunde restaurant in North Point, and I m impressed by the “dragon and phoenix” decor (for Chinese Wedding) on the wall, which is so 1970s!

Another surprise is the service: the waitresses were so eager in offering new hot tea and everything. Seldom would you find such intensive service in HKG.

我家老闆有親戚在澳洲返來,又係時候一大班親朋戚友聚一聚,一行13人大部分是上左年紀既長輩,一定是食中菜,選擇了鳳城是因為長輩們喜歡這裡的乳豬及其他餸菜碟頭分量大,人多最好不過,預約了7:30pm,現場差不多全埸滿坐,非常熱鬧,我們總共預定了11個餸菜,大部分是鳳城的傳統菜,上菜速度很快,質素保持一貫水準,全部吃光光,仍然保持飯後送糖水👍👍👍埋單才$3700,好抵食

📌賽螃蟹-雖然明知要用大量的油才做到此名菜,但美味背後總要犧牲🤤,蟹肉好多,炒得鮮嫩,配上松子增加口感,此名菜確實有點膩,所以我們多人吃才能分享此道菜😎
