To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. I walk around Yoho and I was wondering whether I should get Shanghaiese food or fusion cuisine. I then decided to dine in glasshouse since there are plenty of seats. I have ordered tuna salad, pizza and starters to share with my friend. I have been here before the quality of food is quite consistent. In fact, the food is kind of pricey and the portion of the food is quite small. The tuna is really salty and fishy so I won’t recommend anyone to order it. The pizza is very nice if you like thin

因為住附近嘅關係，呢間都比較食得多，因為地方寬躺舒服，仲有陽光曬入嚟，食lunch或者tea都係一個唔錯嘅選擇，嘢食本身係多國菜，所以選擇都好多，平時鍾意食呢度嘅意粉，因為面身比較爽口，而且係即做，唔會好似港式茶記扮西餐咁，嗰啲汁同面就咁撈埋，紙米卷又係即做，脆蝦配芒果同酸酸甜甜嘅醬汁，非常開胃😋😋。飲品嘅元素都好多，最鍾意就係椰子雪糕特濃咖啡，個雪糕非常有口感，配熱辣辣嘅特濃咖啡，味覺嘅享受。

    好耐之前已經想試Glasshouse，見未到晚市店內人唔多，就walk-in試試。我地只有2個人，唔大食，所以剩係叫左2個主菜share食。第一道係美國頂級肉眼扒，價錢$3xx，外表不太吸引，隻木盤太大，放一盤已經佔左半張枱。牛扒叫左medium rare，黎到已經切好晒，但絕對唔係medium rare，我諗起碼6-7成熟。牛扒都有肉味，但太熟口感唔太好，亦唔juicy。配菜好少，兩啖就食晒，唔值哩個價錢。第二道係酥炸「富貴鴨」伴森巴醬配黑松露炒飯。好失望，鴨烤到乾晒，冇水份，亦唔香口。黑松露炒飯聞到有黑松露味，但個飯唔知係咪冇乜調味，食落口完全冇味，同食白飯冇乜分別。

    來到Yoho附近工作，想吃西餐。在餐廳門口看上這間佈置環境優美，很有大自然風，於是選擇了Glasshouse.一進入去感覺很清新，因為餐廳掛著綠色草作佈置，令心情舒暢。今次吃Set Lunch. 有前菜、主菜及飲品。首先來了應該是南瓜湯。我覺得南瓜味可以更突出及湯多了一點水。味道一般。之後是主菜，點了Set Lunch最平宜的蕃茄羅勒芝士意粉。上菜是用熱盤上，我倒喜歡這個，味道香濃，芝士及蕃茄份量充足，蕃茄及芝士起初吃起來好像不太夾，但吃了數口又覺得還好，兩者味道平衡，不會互搶，整個意粉份量也剛好。起初都怕點這個好像好dry很普通，但吃來比預期好。飲品點了西柚汁，很酸。加上味道好像不是平日喝那種味道。如果在餐前飲應該很開胃。

    一家三口去Yoho Mall行街，因為有bb所以打算去間好坐啲又唔洗等位嘅餐廳食個午餐。一入門口有位外籍waiter帶位，個樣有點嚴肅，感覺上好似入左間高級法國餐廳咁😂。因為啲位比較窄，帶住bb有好多雜物冇位放，老公就放左啲野喺後面一張空櫈，之後有員工要拎返張櫈黎用，態度麻麻，已經由高級法國餐廳感覺變返普通餐廳😂。食完埋單走人，之前態度麻麻嘅員工啱啱喺門口，望住我地黑臉不可一世咁個樣。我真係忍唔住同老公講佢，我以後唔會再黎，我老公都答左一句，我都係咁覺得。流心蛋軟殼蟹沙律，蛋差唔多熟晒完全唔流心，軟殼蟹炸到好乾，街邊啲炸小食可能仲好味。。蕃茄芝士羅勒pizza，好鹹。。我都唔知點解可以咁鹹。。呢個pizza真係好難整得難食😂😂😂3百幾蚊，有好多其他選擇呢！

    I have been to the other Glasshouse branches and never have I been so disappointed, in both the service and the food. I asked for hot water, and was given cold water. I asked again, and was given a refill, of cold water. Both the waitress and myself are fluent in English, so I don't believe it was a language issue.When the food was served, it was place in the middle of the table. I was dining alone. This obviously does not make sense, unless I had asked to share with my invisible partner. Photo

    Lobster bisque - I understand it's common to have prawns instead of actual lobster meat in it, but the prawn was extremely bad. I could taste the ice. The toast that came with it was soggy in the soup before it even reached me.


    Clams and mussels - A lot of broken shells, and a lot of empty ones. I fished around in the sauce, but they hadn't fallen off into there. The toasts that came with it strangely chewy.


    I saw the chef wearing gloves, in which he used to shove rubbish right into the bin with, and then immediately goes onto touching food with those gloves


    Safe to say, will not be back here again

    由一到餐廳到走都很差1）人手嚴重不足餐廳內只有兩名員工，想做死人咩，果兩名員工只可講英文，英文差啲真係溝通到唔使食。2）在門口等了一段時間先有人處理訂座安排坐位3）叫了個五人套餐湯律，湯份量少很可憐，五花腩焗飯真係中晒伏，Puzza還可以4）甜品係成晚做得最好晚一環5）Wine list殘殘舊舊啲字都甩晒色字體超細，有老花既唔使指意會睇得到，年青既我都係睇一半估一半6）啲櫈污穢漬很恐怖，望落似M漬其實依間餐廳環境都很好唯獨是一些管理欠缺方向浪費晒食身及地利環境。
