一道經典簡單的上海菜,採用了金華火腿,雞湯煮的小白菜,配上了小白菜和竹笙。濃濃的湯配菜,直接地呈現了上海風味,不過侍應把小白菜說成小棠菜,對於不愛小棠菜的我有點糾結,後來問了另一位侍應才弄清楚是小白菜。

金牌小籠包🥟
每人有兩顆小籠包,剛好填滿永遠一顆不會夠的慾望。皮簿餡靚,入面的湯和肉比例剛好,味道都鮮,當我吃了一半,想拍照片,高讚這道菜的時侯,竟然發現肉餡裏竟含有一條白色毛髮。

夠薑湯圓🫚
除了是媽媽的生日,也是元宵佳節,吃湯圓寓意團團圓圓,也同時為這餐晚餐畫上句號。

2320$的四人餐,這個價錢、地段、裝修我都把它視為中上,什至較為高檔一點的餐廳。對於食物質素、服務態度等都給予較高的要求,但往往就是小小的細節位影響整個觀感。

假如整頓飯可以留意多點擺盤,問一下要不要換餐具,主動一點加茶,衛生情況,我想我會滿意一點。另外,坐的包廂卡位位置完全收不到網絡及餐廳也沒有wifi。

-套餐包了紅酒,不喜歡喝酒的朋友也可以選擇果汁或汽水

糯米一字骨就係 糯米雞咁,裡面係一條煲完老火湯嘅排骨。

老媽挾了香煎南瓜餅,而我則第一時間試韮黃肉絲春卷。

吃了一口南瓜餅的老媽馬上點點頭,餅皮軟糯、配合豆沙餡,小朽小甜的份量和滋味來得愜意!

別以為吃過點心,下午茶就完結了,還有重頭戲的本地乳龍蝦湯麵待品嚐。

「个園」選料可謂非常認真,吃過本地乳龍蝦的朋友,當知其美味度絕不遜於入口的外國龍蝦。乳龍蝦一方面肉嫩、另一方面鮮甜彈牙,吃下這碗配上鮮湯的本地乳龍蝦湯麵,有著美滿的感覺!

唯一要挑剔是熱度不夠和麵條有點過軟!

朋友生日🎂她說想食呢間首先,餐廳位置好易位就係海港城入面食物方面想讚一下個臭豆腐炸得好脆味道依然有街邊食臭豆腐的臭味但唔會太濃要拎到好近個鼻先聞到。另外,叫咗肉蟹糯米飯肉蟹好好味🤤糯米飯係偏濕偏軟唔係平時我哋食好黐牙,好哽胃嗰一隻口感而且份量好多,呢個唔錯👍酸菜魚,原先餐廳餐牌係東星班但因為賣晒,所以轉了桂花魚呢份酸菜魚內有勁多勁多芽菜😂仲有少量薯粉鋪底味道就不過不失。但個炒豆皮&牛肉餅真係失望唔好食好彩最好份甜品(酒釀丸子🍡)好好味令到成餐飯有個完美嘅結尾
