成日見到呢間泰國菜lunch time都好多人排隊,所以今日同同事經過見有位就入去試吓。佢哋最出名係佢嘅泰式海南雞飯,我哋就每人叫咗一個試吓,。 佢哋嘅雞肉同埋油飯嘅份量都好多,而lunch time仲會送多杯飲品。講返佢哋嘅海南雞飯, 雞肉都尚算嫰滑, 但係我覺得脂肪就偏多,至於油飯方面,就好似多水咗少少唔夠乾身,但係總括嚟講性價比都幾高值得一試。

今日試左金坊既泰國菜,我地叫左兩味,咖哩炒蟹同海鮮濕炒河。D炒蟹略為炸得有D緊要,雖然味道其實唔錯,不過賣相就一般一般,而且用膠碟上,感覺唔得高貴,總的來說是中規中舉,唔算太差可以一試但唔係特別推薦。至於海鮮濕炒河就比較出色,好惹味,可以一試。價錢就三百幾,正常價錢。不過而家疫情之下都算做足抗疫措施,有消毒地毯比客人消毒一下,抵讚。

這晚來到黃埔站A出口後面的一間泰菜,地理位置方便容易找到。星期六的晚上大約七點,餐廳差不多全滿。我們一行四人幸好有最後一張空檯,要不是就要等位了。海南雞飯配油飯,份量都幾多。雞件的數量有不少,肉質都算滑,油飯幾香。同時這個飯跟配了一碗湯,裡面有兩隻鮮雞腳,所以比較硬難咬一點。有來過用餐的朋友推薦他們的豬頸肉,就點一碟來試試。豬頸肉有兩款,我們點了貴少許跟配青檸汁的那款。豬頸肉果然不錯,除了肉質軟淋,還有燒過的香味,沾點醬汁很是惹味,而件數都幾多,三、四個人分享也不是問題。其實底部有一些蔬菜讓這道菜更好看,不過餐廳使用的是芥蘭,有點奇怪😅食泰菜當然要點很有代表性的泰式炒金邊粉。若說海南雞飯的份量很大,那這碟炒金邊粉則是巨型顏色是應有的橙色,旁邊有芽菜、花生碎和青檸,撈好灑上後就可以食。味道合格有餘,濕度和調味適中,芽菜和青檸增加了清爽度,而花生碎有增加口感。裡面的配料還有韮菜和幾隻蝦,整碟味道是可以的,特別是份量特大幾抵食。串燒一碟有六串,豬、牛、雞各三。若只想要其中一或者兩款肉應該是可以的。上菜時覺得樣子可以,事實上有很大的期望落差。由於我們是分享的,便要把肉從竹籤弄出來,不過十分困難

串燒一碟有六串,豬、牛、雞各三。若只想要其中一或者兩款肉應該是可以的。上菜時覺得樣子可以,事實上有很大的期望落差。由於我們是分享的,便要把肉從竹籤弄出來,不過十分困難,因為黏得很實還有已經感覺到肉質的硬。三款肉都有同樣的問題,就是肉質硬得來沒有應有的肉味,食得出是雪藏了不知多久,也不太清楚自己吃了甚麼,這款不用試。

泰式炒通菜吸收了醬汁的味道幾惹味,不過就油膩了些。

整體來說,除了串燒比較失望,其他食物算是不錯,特別是份量很足很夠飽,消費過一定金額還會送飲品呢。服務以及環境正常,說真的廁所要比想像中的乾淨。想在紅磡黃埔附近找一間經濟一點的泰菜可以來這裡,聽說午餐的份量也很大啊!

今晚要坐得舒服食得好,所以跳入金坊,點了冬蔭功爐魚,鴨肉金邊粉及鐵板蠔。先上鴨肉金邊粉,湯底帶甜,有D傳統泰式船麵風味,但湯底唔夠熱同埋金邊粉未煮散。再來一條大爐魚,有好多配菜係面,超好食。再來的鐵板蠔,都係唔夠熱,但味道十分好,酸酸甜甜有啲似咕嘍肉,蠔十分肥厚,而配亦是亮點之一。三色彩椒加上洋葱,剩食彩配菜都飽,而最開心係食滿三百元送兩杯飲品,點了咸檸七及椰汁珍珠涼粉冰。好滿足的一餐,又有飲品送,又唔收加一。真心推介!
