下班後想找一間美味的燒肉店,推介這間叫好燒式的餐廳。上菜速度快,一道道菜配酸辣醬讓人感到開胃。牛吞肉感鬆軟嫩滑,「陰公豬」辣味適中。鵝肝配紅酒汁真是高級的菜式,脆炸的皮和多汁的肝真是最佳配搭。最令人驚喜是炸雞髀,整個雞皮都是脆炸,肉感十分嫩口,好吃之餘很飽肚的感覺。廚師廚藝真的不得不讚,絕不馬虎。帶子溫度剛好,不會太熱。吃完帶子還可以連湯汁喝,十分清甜。硯配粉絲收尾十分完美。份量十足,適合二至三人食用,很快就填飽肚子了!有時吃日式燒物是有點厭膩了,偶然來到一般的串燒店也別具風味呢,而且這間餐廳常常都會有不同推廣優惠,比如說今次是龍蝦$78/半隻,可以留意一下呢!

最令人驚喜是炸雞髀,整個雞皮都是脆炸,肉感十分嫩口,好吃之餘很飽肚的感覺。廚師廚藝真的不得不讚,絕不馬虎。

帶子溫度剛好,不會太熱。吃完帶子還可以連湯汁喝,十分清甜。


硯配粉絲收尾十分完美。份量十足,適合二至三人食用,很快就填飽肚子了!

有時吃日式燒物是有點厭膩了,偶然來到一般的串燒店也別具風味呢,而且這間餐廳常常都會有不同推廣優惠,比如說今次是龍蝦$78/半隻,可以留意一下呢!

今次朋友帶我去既餐廳位於砵蘭街,正正係朗豪坊附近,當日夜晚7點左右入座,坐滿一半人,食食下到8點左右都坐滿全場。餐廳門日有燒爐做串燒,裡面亦有廚房炒小菜,唔會一味食串燒咁DRY。當日分別試左串燒、炒小菜及飯,味道整體唔錯,幾有水準。串燒(由右至左排:厚燒玉子($20g、安格斯牛肋肉($30)、鹽燒牛舌($30)、豬頸肉($20)、雞胸軟骨(2串,$35)及魷魚鬚($18),串燒味道除左辣味之外可揀蜜糖、孜然、麻辣汁等等,當日全辣叫左小辣,火候控制得唔錯,全部串燒都保持到肉汁,而且味粉唔會過重手,食到辣味同時亦食到食材本身既味。牛油金菇包$40: 上菜一打開勁香牛油味,調味應該只左牛油及鹽,食落極重牛油香同時帶點蔬菜既甜。芝士雞肉墨西哥薄餅($52): 驚喜之作,用左紅椒、雞用及mozzarella cheese,外皮極香脆,同時帶拉絲,味道帶鹽及小小酸辣,開胃又飽肚。爆炸蟹($120): 餐廳哥哥話新出嘅菜式,即管試吓佢。軟殼蟹炸脆後用類似避風塘嘅方式炒,除咗炸蒜之外仲加左香茅檸檬葉等等偏泰式嘅香料一齊炒勻。軟殼蟹炸得開脆,食落除咗辣味同埋蒜味之外帶有香茅同檸檬葉嘅清新味道,雖然熱氣但
