蠔係由淡味到濃味而食,所以就由左至右食啦!

落左檸檬,再加埋茄醬,其實對於初學者的我,好難分得出淡濃味!

不過,材料新鮮呢一點真係無可置疑,初頭既味道的確會被醬料蓋過,但到食底卻係蠔既鮮甜味!

呢間野一直都以海謄出名而吸引不少粉絲,估唔到佢地仲有另一招,生蠔都同樣出色!

墨魚咀都好正! 之前起內地沿海城市就食過墨魚咀,不過佢地係用炒既方式,真得很好食非常爽口!

返到香港就無見過墨魚咀呢個菜式了! 所以起餐廳見到都滿心歡喜!

雖然用左炸既方法,有點不太喜歡,不過點左個沙律醬,還是可以卸下那份油膩感 !

平時食開串燒都去開同一間食,諗住試下新野啦,之前經過門口見到有點心郁郁想試,結果試完後,後悔黎試...首先第一樣,舖頭冇廁所、要去公廁,呢樣已經扣左分,繼而睇menu,發現選擇唔算多,而且價錢亦算貴,食左幾樣、其中一樣、流心巨菇,味道係唔差既,但$48一個我覺得超級唔值,亦唔覺得佢有幾巨。海膽多士,我完全食唔到有海膽味。燒茄子,細到完全冇野食。燒韮菜,得個咸字,除左咸,都係咸..總然之...食完完全都唔覺得自己有食過野,嬲嬲地再殺過去食開果間再食過!真心覺得呢間野完全唔抵食,除非你果期好有錢,又或者你係純粹口痕想搵野咬下,否則都可以唔洗黎,極之失望,從來未寫過食評,但呢間令我食完忍唔住要寫食評!因為真係好唔值!

成程飯講真這個炒飯是最好食的。整個飯都炒得金黃食,可能是海膽把飯都染上了黃色。飯面頭上有一堆好吸引人的海膽呀,半生熟狀態令成件事更完美,因為生的海膽最能食出本身的味道。搭門海膽鮮甜,和馬糞海膽不同之處在於它顏色比較深,味甜。馬糞海膽則以甘味取勝,各有好食的地方。我本身比較喜歡甘味的馬糞海膽,但原來甜味的搭門海膽也不錯。

一上枱第一 個感覺是好貴,得三隻,跟平時在街市$50蚊一蘿5-6隻的大細差不多。上面舖滿蒜蓉是一大敗筆,因為蒜蓉味酸,令成隻鮑魚味道變得酸酸的。我完垡食不出是鹽燒的,食落似清蒸,好令人失望,又貴又唔好食。

薯蓉應該是用攪拌機打的,所以可以做到好creamy,但機打有個唔好處,就是會令薯蓉變得水水的,上面有好多海膽,令成件事加了不少分數,因為海膽味甜,配以淡淡的薯蓉,更能突出海膽味。但芝士都是沒有做到拉絲的效果,比較失色。

我們好有期望的去,但實在太失望,份量太少,那海膽是主打,海膽汁焗扇貝,3只,連加一經已250元,老實說一般,似有D 沙律汁燒,沒有想像中的驚喜,OH MY GOD,那鱔一串,只有3小粒,燒茄子份量較少,只有單一邊,LIKE完之後話送個小食,龍蝦丸,嘩...出奇的驚訝,2粒開邊,4面加了炸粉,我們完全地食完好像沒有食,都已是7百元,我們很快走了,只有出去再搵食。我真的唔明,海鮮可以有噤貴咩,份量可唔可以正常些。

友人介紹我去聽見海胆又是燒已經心郁看一下blog不能自拔因為好多fans 拍攝其燒扇貝照我只有一個選擇1 或2只1隻78元老實的我看過圖片非吃不可2只稍平148元下次我會要2只比較大開2半仍然濃郁肉厚有很大效應因為多肉多汁味甜新鮮扇貝大而不致老來貨好一等品抵真好吃也好看色香味都一級99分跟隨來的燒金蚌就比下去貝比蚌人比人皆無好結果因為扇貝本身太大太鮮金蚌失色但58蚊2只也是甜美富海鮮風味的只是海胆海鮮醬混合廚師調味燒焗的工藝在廚子耐性烹製下一分錢一分貨其實金蚌也十分滋味雖然略微硬年輕人才易咬開但味道奇鮮我把汁都喝完85分点都有。把金蚌2隻的肉堆成一齊可見蚌肉較削不夠頂肚看來自己太精明極為推薦若你光顧應該試一試海胆燒扇貝拍一張馳名塔門仔麻辣汁真夠麻痺辣到出汁好麻辣必食

脆炸墨魚咀大大粒,起初以為好似平常食到個D細粒墨魚咀,點知黎到係呢個樣,又可以試到新野!

佢外身炸到好脆,而且好香口,應該有落到五香粉呢D調味,味道好出,就連同入面墨魚咀都一樣惹味,唔會只得外層有味內層啖茂茂,搞到食唔停口。

海鮮炒烏冬入面有幾種海鮮:青口、帶子、蜆等等,面頭上仲有木魚絲,蔬菜當然少不了,有雜菜同雞脾菇!

雞脾菇厚切,冇草青味,唔會太乾亦不太濕,再加埋雜菜好清新健康。青口兩隻冇沙,帶子軟林,蜆肉食到鮮甜味,到現在仍感回味❤️
