今日約左一個上水朋友喺佢屋企附近消磨時間因為到咗下午茶嘅時間大家都覺得肚餓所以就去咗我朋友口中話上水好出名嘅冰室試試一入門口係覺得呢間冰室幾懷舊幾有香港風情一坐低就叫咗一個茶餐因為我唔食牛肉既關係我就叫左個火腿通粉同埋雞蛋三文治以我嘅朋友就叫咗牛肉通粉當啲嘢食嚟到嘅時候因為真係有好多人都話呢間好出名所以我對啲嘢食都非常期待不過有幾期待就有幾失望其實只係普普通通嘅雞蛋三文治食落仲有啲蛋殼碎非常失望原本以為啲蛋會好滑點知。。。。我覺得佐敦著名態度差嗰間更好食另外雞蛋三文治有少少後悔冇叫烘底火腿通粉平平無奇根據我個friend所講牛肉通粉都係一般般,冇乜特別我哋仲叫咗個菠蘿油就係牛油加菠蘿包,正常味道如果大家想去一間懷舊冰室體驗下舊時香港嘅冰室文化嘅話都可以去下嘅不過對食物質素方面就唔好要求咁高對於職員態度方面都唔好要求咁高我估佢哋已經做響左個朵,完全唔憂做如果你係M底嘅話歡迎去呢間餐廳try try

因為我唔食牛肉既關係
我就叫左個火腿通粉同埋雞蛋三文治
以我嘅朋友就叫咗牛肉通粉

當啲嘢食嚟到嘅時候
因為真係有好多人都話呢間好出名
所以我對啲嘢食都非常期待
不過有幾期待就有幾失望
其實只係普普通通嘅雞蛋三文治
食落仲有啲蛋殼碎
非常失望
原本以為啲蛋會好滑
點知。。。。
我覺得佐敦著名態度差嗰間更好食
另外雞蛋三文治有少少後悔冇叫烘底
火腿通粉平平無奇
根據我個friend所講
牛肉通粉都係一般般,冇乜特別
我哋仲叫咗個菠蘿油
就係牛油加菠蘿包,正常味道

如果大家想去一間懷舊冰室體驗下舊時香港嘅冰室文化嘅話都可以去下嘅
不過對食物質素方面就唔好要求咁高
對於職員態度方面都唔好要求咁高
我估佢哋已經做響左個朵,完全唔憂做

据知呢間冰室在上水有幾十年歷史,睇下格局和食品選擇,就知“真”冰室係點🤔,和坊間的“新”冰室真係好唔同。早上8點幾來到,有位直入。叫左全日茶餐,滑牛通,蛋治和茶走。都要等下至送到,滑牛通味道並不複雜,簡單的牛味和薑絲,作為早餐個人覺得較沙嗲牛肉通更合適🤭。蛋治就真係好,又滑又厚無得輸😌。茶走呢。。。無乜茶味,奶有點多🙄未到9點門口已經有人群聚集要等位。姐姐們都好禮貌好好人,也許這就是街坊店的人情味。😆👍

牛肉通湯底好重胡椒味同薑絲香味,牛肉片喺鮮牛肉,所以好嫩,仲好重牛肉味。雖然無咩太特別,不過出面都已經難搵到。

Loved how they serve their 常餐 with an egg Sando, which reminded me of Gala cafe in Tsuen Wan😆 don’t know why but such simple ingredients taste so good in such a traditional setting. Their beef macaroni was alright, though surprised at their generous portion of beef 😝 and of course, almost every table ordered a 菠蘿油 so I had FOMO and tried it too. Nothing special, I would have liked it much more if they reheated the bun 😝

Will come back next time as the table next to us mentioned that their 紅豆冰is “the best in Hong Kong” 😮

首先,一定要講下個牛肉通粉,牛肉明顯係新鮮既,冇落鬆肉粉,所以食落口好滑身 同埋好有牛肉味。而個湯底只係用簡單既油鹽去煮,但已經好好味😋。

而個雞蛋三文治🥪,一上枱就嘩一聲😮, 真係好大塊蛋呀,果然好足料🙈,不過個包冇烘底, 我覺得烘左底會好食好多😂。

以為老字號冰室有一定水平。。。 菠蘿油似隔夜。其他(牛肉通丶奶茶)一般。 。。最令人深刻是數隻小蚊子🦗在旁飛,正伴你吃。 還有牢固的cockroach🪳 標本在側又伴你吃。 現在疫情下真是令人汗顏😓。環境衛生也是一個關注罷?還有幾位不停催促你落單快(報以不禮貌的嘴臉)、起身速(杯奶茶☕️仍未趕及倒入口),還不時叮囑客人「你阻住我丶我要收工」的員工。 我們比吃速食還要快。其實真心覺得他們貴冰室要成立吞冰室真心覺得伏了。 忍不住手第一次負評😮‍💨

食左牛肉通 菠蘿油 首先牛肉通 味道認真好唔ok 牛肉係完全冇味 成碗湯底好似清水咁 仲有陣牛雜臭味 完全唔開胃其實調下味好難咩 真心好難食 完全放唔落口之後到菠蘿油 都唔係好新鮮… 冇得烘熱菠蘿包 亦都唔可以要求烘熱食落成件事感覺超差…另外服務態度係完全冇可言既9秒9收走你既野 唔好阻住晒 下一台要入真心唔明點解會有人仲想拎飛仔等位…不過食人情味可以黎既 黎搵好西 可以唔洗黎 真心好難食 第一次食碗冇味既牛肉通…真心好失望….. 呢個價格 茶記好佢一萬倍

其實調下味好難咩 真心好難食 完全放唔落口

之後到菠蘿油 都唔係好新鮮…
冇得烘熱菠蘿包 亦都唔可以要求烘熱
食落成件事感覺超差…

另外服務態度係完全冇可言既
9秒9收走你既野 唔好阻住晒 下一台要入
真心唔明點解會有人仲想拎飛仔等位…


不過食人情味可以黎既 黎搵好西 可以唔洗黎 真心好難食 第一次食碗冇味既牛肉通…
真心好失望….. 呢個價格 茶記好佢一萬倍

身為上水人應該知道,廣成冰室有幾耐歷史,又有幾多media曾經報道過大家都知,小妹亦親眼👀見證一位住西營盤嘅夫婦,專程🚗揸車過嚟幫襯!係media 嘅影響力,定真係咁好食?🤔餐廳餐牌上嘢食唔多,一眼睇曬,都係馳名🥣牛肉通粉,🥪蛋治,🍜雙拼公仔麵,🍧紅豆冰同其他嘢飲咁啦!今次就試咗個🍜叉燒餐肉公仔麵,叉燒同出面食嘅唔同色,比較橙色d,可能係自家制嘢,塊嘢仲係全瘦,但唔柴。餐肉真係比好厚嘅係,不過哩個價錢唔包嘢飲,都正常啦河~🥣牛肉通粉餐包埋一份🥪蛋治同嘢飲,🐮牛肉係新鮮手切牛肉🥓,湯底🍲都係牛肉淆成嘅,所以先會見到d 沉澱物浮起面,哩個通粉,真係完全吸收緊鈣質呀!🥪蛋治都無揸流灘,真係好多🍳滑蛋係裡面。到出名🍧紅豆冰,一睇外型個🗻舊冰山都幾震撼,紅豆多,唔太甜,係唯獨條飲筒太幼,chu D水飲時會塞住。其實哩間野我好日都唔會幫襯,一黎出面太多野食,二黎好隔涉,係好耐無食唔記得咩味先番去食下,因為總係覺得哩D 咁有歷史價值嘅餐廳會有朝一日消失呀!

難得周末外出吃個早餐,特意選了這間上水評價很好的。兩個人點了兩個套餐。蛋治:現做的,雞蛋不是特別不熟的那種,仍可以吃到蛋白,十分嫩滑。菠蘿油:在櫥窗里就可以看到,個人覺得如果是熱的就更好了,這個比較普通。牛肉通粉:牛肉很多,湯味個人覺得一般。熱咖啡:有很香的苦味。常餐全日供應,42元,份量很大,算很抵了。阿姨不算熱情但也算有求必應了。離地鐵站略遠了一點。環境:很老式的裝修,層高很高,都是街坊來吃的感覺。
