星期六日的午餐晚餐都比平常晏,最主要是唔願起身吧!一星期既辛勞,要好好咁補返!呢一日突然好想食燒肉,於是同吳生黎到九龍灣德福既牛角!記得當初牛角開時真的好味道,之後有段時間水準下降了,年初食過又好似回復返啲,所以決定食生不如食熟!下午4時許,店內冷清實屬正常,但店員在冷清既環境下並沒有對我倆更加熱情,反而感覺冷漠!平時會主動介紹枱上既三款醬,但今次就無啦!點左牛肋肉四品盛合($148),黑椒蜜糖豚肉($49),澳洲安格斯牛胸肉($49),石碢泡菜牛肉飯($69)!不用5分鐘就開始上菜啦!店員幫我地開爐,話1分鐘後可以開始燒啦!首先就食左牛角上肋肉,肉質有口感,不會太硬,也有牛味,加上燒肉汁,味道更佳!之後立刻燒個特上牛肋肉比較下!先係雪花既分佈已經大不同!明顯特上既雪花較多!入口就有融化既感覺,因為油脂較多,口感非常鬆軟,牛味也較濃!如果加兩滴檸檬汁應該更好味!可以均勻油脂帶來的膩!之後石碢飯也到了,加上辣椒醬,熱辣辣香噴噴!泡菜既份量較多,所以飯既味道較惹味!牛肉不會太硬,加上其他配料份量挺多!接住黎燒下蜜糖豚肉啦,豚肉往往都會燒得較un, 最主要係怕佢唔熟!加上蜜糖感覺有點衝突,但

點左牛肋肉四品盛合($148),黑椒蜜糖豚肉($49),澳洲安格斯牛胸肉($49),石碢泡菜牛肉飯($69)!

不用5分鐘就開始上菜啦!店員幫我地開爐,話1分鐘後可以開始燒啦!首先就食左牛角上肋肉,肉質有口感,不會太硬,也有牛味,加上燒肉汁,味道更佳!之後立刻燒個特上牛肋肉比較下!先係雪花既分佈已經大不同!明顯特上既雪花較多!入口就有融化既感覺,因為油脂較多,口感非常鬆軟,牛味也較濃!如果加兩滴檸檬汁應該更好味!可以均勻油脂帶來的膩!

之後石碢飯也到了,加上辣椒醬,熱辣辣香噴噴!泡菜既份量較多,所以飯既味道較惹味!牛肉不會太硬,加上其他配料份量挺多!

接住黎燒下蜜糖豚肉啦,豚肉往往都會燒得較un, 最主要係怕佢唔熟!加上蜜糖感覺有點衝突,但食第二塊時已經習慣了!肉同肥膏間隔著,肥肉既位置較爽口,因切得很薄,所以肉質也不會太硬!

相比於澳洲安格斯牛胸肉就比較遜色了,雖然牛味濃,但雪花較少,肉質偏有咬勁!而骨付牛肋肉就好似牛仔骨咁,近骨既肉都係比較爽口,同樣有牛味!

最後就係壺漬牛肋肉啦,可能之前已經食得太濃味,食唔出壺漬係咩味,但因壺內有少量既洋蔥,散發住陣陣既蔥味!肉質就同牛角牛肋肉差不多吧,沒有太大驚喜!

點既份量剛剛好,2人建議點個4品盛合,可以試下不同味道!食飽已經6點多,晚餐已經陸續開始啦!我同吳生已經hea夠可返歸了!

牛角不知道為什麼,我很喜歡看着食物被煮熟的感覺,所以我特別喜歡吃火鍋、燒肉、鐵板燒等等,一邊看着食物煮熟的過程,一邊吃着美味的食物。這次,我和家人到了牛角吃日式燒肉,我又可以看着食物被煮熟了,想起也興奮。一坐下,看看餐牌,選擇也不少,而且價錢不昂貴!我叫了幾款燒肉有雞有牛也有豬。所有的肉類也醃得很入味,我最愛吃牛,因為脂肪比例平均,有入口即溶的感覺!另外雞肉也燒得很香,外層烤到金黃香脆,肉質嫩滑,家人都很滿意呢!五花腩肉的脂肪比例也不錯,一層脂肪一層肉,燒得很香脆可口!整體來說,我覺得牛角的食物質素不錯,而且價錢便宜,可以再來食啊!

所有的肉類也醃得很入味,我最愛吃牛,因為脂肪比例平均,有入口即溶的感覺!另外雞肉也燒得很香,外層烤到金黃香脆,肉質嫩滑,家人都很滿意呢!

我們食和牛定食套餐, 有和牛, 紫菜蛋飯, 飲品及雪糕. 好豐富的呀, 和牛有幾個部位的, 不過都唔知點分了, 還有茄子, 菇及粟米的, 其實食了那碗紫菜飯, 都有點飽了, 飯加了雞蛋及紫菜又幾好味喎, 和牛燒到唔係好熟, 入口都好淋的, 肉汁都算多, 唔會好鞋的, 好味道, 有些部位比較有咬口, 有些則入口即溶, 好有層次的, 有同事食豬肉定飯, 佢都話好好味, 都有飲品但就沒有雪糕.

我們套餐的雪糕可以選擇抹菜及雲妮拿, 我食雲妮拿, 上面有些焦糖, 但又OK, 唔會好甜, 雪糕都CREAMY的, 好實. 抹茶上面加了一些豆粉, 他們說好味. 隔離張枱係不停的叫牛肉, 仲有魷魚, 帶子, 鮑魚等等, 我都有試牛舌, 魷魚, 帶子, 帶子係成個盤放落去燒的, 入面有一塊牛油, 睇住牛油一溶即刻可以食, 帶子唔算好大隻, 牛油入晒味, 好香.

我們食了兩小時的午餐, 實在太誇張了.

3种酱料,最喜欢miso和蒜蓉酱料。而腌制过的肉因为入味也很棒。可能是点的Salted味,咸得其实不需要任何酱料都可以了,配上白米饭比较合适。最后的牛角雪糕也很好吃 解腻。

一路都幾中意去牛角燒肉不過佢又唔係好平因此通常end up去左韓燒……但佢下午茶時段其實是有折的咁無可能唔食架喎XDDD牛舌+牛肋肉套餐牛肋肉油花平均,燒完之後仲可以好嫩另外佢油膩感唔高,牛味又重牛舌薄但均勻,烤過後邊位有點脆度肉質係幾爽既,唔會好韌:^)麻醬豆腐都係幾正既前菜麻醬芝麻味十分濃郁,仲有少少杰身豆腐豆味清香,配上濃味既麻醬唔會太膩:^)話說點呢個餐佢可以加錢轉牛角飯以前食過牛角飯,紫菜加上醬汁真係幾惹味飯粒好飽滿,粒粒分明,帶有彈粒,越嚼越香甜仲有佢係可以再添飯架!!!!!!!!!!!!喜訊我真係食哂左兩碗,一粒飯粒都冇淨XDDD

牛肋肉油花平均,燒完之後仲可以好嫩
另外佢油膩感唔高,牛味又重
牛舌薄但均勻,烤過後邊位有點脆度
肉質係幾爽既,唔會好韌:^)
麻醬豆腐都係幾正既前菜
麻醬芝麻味十分濃郁,仲有少少杰身
豆腐豆味清香,配上濃味既麻醬唔會太膩:^)
話說點呢個餐佢可以加錢轉牛角飯
以前食過牛角飯,紫菜加上醬汁真係幾惹味
飯粒好飽滿,粒粒分明,帶有彈粒,越嚼越香甜

平時行街見到牛角,真係一定排哂隊,好似間間分店都係咁,今日真係好好彩,竟然無人排,可能時間比較早既關係,所以當然要入去試下喇,依間分店既環境都幾舒適,唔錯嫁, 座位夠哂寛,坐得好舒服,最緊要係抽風做得好好,無咩油煙味,唔錯首先叫左小食先,就係牛角沙律同埋一個辣油豆腐,沙律個味道都唔錯,配料都夠哂新鮮,依個豆腐唔錯嫁,雖然成個好似比辣油浸哂,但食落唔算太辣, 辣油係香多過辣,食落非常惹味,好開胃, 之後就係一個石鍋辛味牛肉湯同埋依個牛角飯,牛肉湯食落有少少辣味,唔錯,飯方面都幾好,食落口感幾特別嫁,之後就係主角特上和牛牛肋骨肉, 豚肉,仲有雞翼,材料睇落都好新鮮,燒起上黎食都幾好味,飲品就推介依個柚子燒酌梳打,因為有得飲又有得玩,幾得意既。
