聞名已久嘅牛角宵夜放題, 放工後我同朋友2人八點半去到 攞飛 ,店員細心地提醒我哋八點45分會開始叫飛。我哋等到大概九點二就可入去啦。放題有3個價位,最平無牛,中間價有牛,最貴有靚牛,厚牛舌及更多前菜我地決定食中間價228。一坐落枱侍應就會放低兩盤肉,有雞有牛有豬。 之後我哋就用ipad 瘋狂地點肉。 等咗幾分鐘就開始 上肉喇肉嘅質素同平時散叫一樣咁好, 大部分肉都好好味。 仲有多款飲品可以揀。 最正就係有我最愛嘅牛角飯, 仲有麻油椰菜! 堅係食足90分鐘, 最後送上 豆腐雪糕, 為今餐飯畫上一個完美嘅句號。

把肉燒好後放在熱騰騰的白飯上,肉汁流落白飯上,再把肉捲起飯,放入口一刻簡直令人動容😋😋😋😋

所有燒肉套餐的白飯都是可以免費任續,我和男友都吃了兩碗😳(大家不要做大哂鬼,要量力而為😌)白飯是珍珠米,煮得粒粒分明,配落燒肉食十分相襯😆略嫌過於乾身,我們澆燒肉汁配食。

去完信和買野,經過瓊華,又想食肉,就上左黎!見到午市套餐有好多選擇,最後揀左商務套餐e餐,因為有和牛睇清楚餐牌先知原來得兩舊係特上和牛牛肋肉,其餘八舊都係普通牛。一大盒木盒上枱時已經好吸引,唔理啦,全部都要細味品嘗,因為都幾貴。餐牌寫有和牛牛肋肉、牛肋肉、牛舌、腹胸肉、肩脊肉,我完全分唔出乜打乜!但每舊都真係好好味,一入口啲牛油就滲晒出黎,好香既燒牛肉味!掂!個餐配埋前菜、湯、飯、雪糕同飲品,我食完就啱啱好夠飽,只係嫌啲牛肉太少,唔多夠喉!

百食不厭嘅牛角, 比起其他同類, 本人覺得牛角比較抵食又有水準!!芝麻椰菜, starter每次必點, 好似話可以幫助減少脂肪/油份吸收~牛角飯, 每次都必點一人一碗, 紫菜加飯配烤肉汁好正~今次餐牌有新嘅美國和牛板腱肉$78同澳洲安格斯牛胸肉$49, 牛角常客有新菜式當然要試下~ 兩個都質素好好, 好味好有咬口~之後再叫牛肋肉同牛胸腹肉, 每次必點, 我地平時都係叫開燒肉汁, 切嘅厚度啱啱好, 好好味~ 最後甜品每次必點銅鑼燒, 燒到外脆入面雪糕溶緊, 冷熱一齊呢個口感太正了!!

晚上回家前陪熊朋友在旺角吃宵夜,本來想說我一定能控制住只看不吃(因為晚上吃宵夜真的會非常胖!),結果還是忍不住因為牛角的牛肉真的好好吃!餐廳在瓊華中心,裡面還蠻大,晚上9點來還是很有人氣但不用等位!因為是吃宵夜,所以我們只點了兩份肉類。第一個我們點了人氣壺漬牛肋肉。牛肉裝在一壺裡,最底下裝了洋蔥和醬汁,牛肉充分吸收了醬汁的味道。放在烤爐大概烤1分鐘就可以吃了。裡面大概8成熟,肉質很軟,肥瘦分佈均勻,非常鮮嫩多汁!!味道不會太鹹,點上中間的燒烤醬好好吃喔!!另外我們點了黑胡椒蜜糖豚肉。豚肉上塗滿了蜜糖,烤熟了吃甜甜的,但肉質有點硬(豬肉要烤全熟才吃,所以我們烤的時間應該剛好)。但味道還是不錯的!

因為是吃宵夜,所以我們只點了兩份肉類。第一個我們點了人氣壺漬牛肋肉。牛肉裝在一壺裡,最底下裝了洋蔥和醬汁,牛肉充分吸收了醬汁的味道。放在烤爐大概烤1分鐘就可以吃了。裡面大概8成熟,肉質很軟,肥瘦分佈均勻,非常鮮嫩多汁!!味道不會太鹹,點上中間的燒烤醬好好吃喔!!

另外我們點了黑胡椒蜜糖豚肉。豚肉上塗滿了蜜糖,烤熟了吃甜甜的,但肉質有點硬(豬肉要烤全熟才吃,所以我們烤的時間應該剛好)。但味道還是不錯的!
