To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 假日lunch set有4款燒肉套餐﹑1款石鍋海鮮湯或1款冷烏冬可選,我和朋友都是選燒肉套餐啊~~~極上四品燒肉盛合 ($189) 及特選牛五品燒肉盛合 ($159) 各一,可share來吃燒肉套餐的組合包括前菜﹑昆布湯﹑飯/麵一碗及小食一客!
牛油金菇是穩陣的小食,鹽味牛油帶子不會太鹹,略嫌帶子較為細隻,而且沒什麼香氣。
幸好朋友點選了極上四品燒肉盛合,感覺較為滿足啊!特選牛五品燒肉盛合的質素比較一般呢~~
所以我地可以提早12點3就換衫出去等位食牛角~
由於困左喺屋企好幾日, 冇啖好食
難得可以出去食下好野, 緊係盡量搵啲好耐未食過既好野啦~
但又好似唔係太餓 , 所以只係叫左一個set lunch.
個set lunch有一碗湯+一碗沙律+一碗飯+10塊牛+一杯餐飲.
碗湯其實冇咩特別, 味道非常淡🥲好似飲水咁
碗沙律就唔錯, 啲沙律既sauce都溝得唔錯 酸酸甜甜 食完係開胃左既, 份量適中~
10塊牛入面, 每款2塊. 咁牛既唔質一向都唔差
至於個飯🤩對我地黎講 先係重點!
因為個玉子飯係可以無限追加!
而且仲可以揀少飯多汁!
因為本身我食量比較細, 所以食碗玉子飯已經飽哂~ 靜低既就靠男朋友清枱喇😹😹

如果取餐時間精準小小更好……如果店鋪12點先開門……可以set取餐時間慢一點……可以節省等待時間
如果多d菜同找錢快啲,消費感覺會好d.
冇堂食,等咗二十分鐘。企係出面等。
最後發現外賣放係出面起碼五分鐘先叫號。

估唔到平日呢間鋪都好爆,好彩有會員遙控取票🤗
特登帶小朋友嚟食燒肉,睇左一輪見到lunch menu之肉只可揀兩款,價錢唔差少少。
點左下面呢個有6款口味,滿足我哋貪心試多幾種又唔係太多🤪
小朋友唔食牛舌,佢自己燒左嚟食都唔知;俾佢試咗先講就最好。
肉質整體來說都可以,好快就燒完食晒😔
不過又未去到好好食,不過不失😏
Lunch set 包沙律前菜、紫菜湯、餐飲(熱)
慳錢關係,唔另+$12叫溫泉♨️蛋飯。
牛角飯跟餐,白飯內有醬汁+紫菜=180g⋯⋯好大碗。
如果食唔晒,早點跟侍應講。
石鍋牛油粟米牛肉飯$85⋯⋯小朋友超like, 估唔到自己食晒
叫左個四品同六品盛合,啲肉都係一如以往咁高質。好香牛味、入口即溶。豬既質素都唔錯,肥瘦均勻,唔會好油膩。冬菇都好味,夾埋佢個汁真係好甜。
今次食普通牛角既另一個目的係用哂啲積分佢😂 個侍應姐姐好好人,幫我地諗點樣最善用啲積分。最後換左個極上一口和牛。原來貴野真係正啲,好香油香,同埋個口感好smooth. 下次可以再點呢個
不過大埔呢間上菜有啲慢,要進步下
