等烤肉的時候,可以先吃些不用燒的小菜,餐廳最近也引入植物性「豬肉」 Omnipork,這個植物肉的好處是它本身沒甚麼味道,可以自由調味。如圖中三個新豬肉吃起來都不同味,帶甜的味噌新豬肉青瓜意料之外合得來,清新開胃。

上次都想食尖沙咀分店呢一間牛角,但因為要等太久所以冇食,今日七點半拎飛,最後都要等兩個鐘,九點半先安排入座,10點半係last order。雖然等左好耐,不過見證到waitress細心嘅一面。有個女仔拎住好多嘢,佢會幫佢拎埋入座,我一坐低嘅時候,佢又好細心咁問我需唔需要披肩,因為冷氣都有啲凍,要平衡返鐵板嘅熱力。今次係牛肉、豚肉雞肉入面,就覺得雞肉係最出色嘅,而最好食嘅永遠都係牛角飯!下次如果想食,真係要去其他分店或者在早啲攞定飛!

香港店都可以吃到日本正宗和牛。呢道既牛係佐賀和牛,係九州地區高品質既和牛,既然一場黎到,仲要等左咁耐,就一定要叫日本和牛,因為其他牛肉大部分地方都可以食到。和牛我揀左西冷和薄燒月見和牛,A5級既西冷雪花紋路好靚,油脂都好豐富,烤既時候一定要小心,油脂滴入爐中會有火花,燒大概7分熟,只需要加一點點海鹽和黑胡椒就可以最大程度發揮出牛肉既香,而且非常嫩,小朋友都食到。薄燒月見和牛,同樣係A5級別,切得好薄,輕輕一燒就熟,配上生雞蛋同甜豉油調,味道好有層次,好好食。生蠔,蠔肉好新鮮,用錫紙盒加黃油燒,得D蠔肉變得更鮮甜,更香口。黑胡椒蜜糖豚肉,揀左豬五花,用黑胡椒同蜜糖醃入味,將五花肉既油脂不斷燒,配上韓式辣醬,入口香而不膩,香甜可口。燒栗米同蘑菇都好好食,素菜必點呢兩樣。再叫左一份拉麵同韓式辣豆腐湯。拉麵係日式傳統豚骨拉麵,有水煮蛋同叉燒,叉燒半肥瘦,水煮蛋夠流心,都好好食,連湯都冇剩。韓式辣豆腐湯有D魚肉同蜆,令個豆腐湯增加左鮮味,再加一碗飯,辣辣地既湯配飯好開胃。

牛角的午市套餐質素相當不錯!備有不同種類的套餐可供選擇。其中的牛角飯更是一直以來的心水之選!溫熱的白飯淋滿了牛角自家的醬汁,飯面鋪滿了紫菜及芝麻,比跟餐的普通白飯美味得多。套餐的話更可無限添飯,非常貼心。而黃豆粉抹茶雪糕更令人感到喜出望外!抹茶雪糕上碟時仍處於低溫狀態,未見溶化,佳!黃豆粉中和了雪糕的甜味,卻不會搶走抹茶的香味。在品嚐過灼熱的烤肉後,來一口冰凍的雪糕,非常圓滿。套餐價位約在$100-$120 之間,視乎點的套餐內容,在海港城而言價錢算是中規中矩。

呢個拼盤基本上我都係每一次都會點的,拼盤內豬牛雞樣樣都有,包括牛肋肉、牛舌、豬頸肉、豚肉燒、雞腿肉同腹胸肉,每樣都有4塊,絕對足夠2個人。
