To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 與家人外出食飯,選擇了牛角日本燒肉專門店,因為原來九點後入座,有優惠套餐以及指定食品半價或者七折😬😬😬。 我們選擇了四人餐,再追加一點食品,丹麥雞胸肉、黑椒蜜糖豚肉、牛油本菇、羽衣甘藍沙律等等😍😋 黑色碟便是四人餐的份量,其他都是追加的。
另外我們叫了牛角飯,是這裏最出名的😋😋😋很好味。 這是羽衣甘藍沙律,原來羽衣甘藍沙律係好好食😍😍😍,因為之前從來未食過沙律,好多時都是食 火鍋是放落湯的。
四人餐還有四杯飲料,在餐牌上$32的都可以點選。 牛油本菇放在燒烤爐上烤煮後,超級入味👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿 這個單點,這個是黑松露粘麵,但味道一般不是太香,而且麵質比較鹼水味。。這個本人不太喜歡😅
星期五黎食7點鐘已經好多人排隊,唔記得左用app排住先,唯有等啦,最後8點先入得。vcity分店不大,檯同檯都唔算逼,坐得舒服。
四個人嗌左帶子、雞翼、蜜糖豬肉、辛辣豬肉、牛肋肉、肩脊肉、辣油雞肉溫泉玉子飯,仲用左coupon換牛肋肉四品盛合。
蜜糖豬肉同辛辣豬肉雖然油左少少,但好淋好味反而雞翼同雞腿肉就一般。肩脊牛叫左原味同燒肉,自己覺得原肉好食啲,燒耐左都好淋。而牛肋肉就叫左3隻味,超多蒜同蔥,肉就冇肩脊咁淋就味道就重啲,正!
最後野飲叫左抹茶啤酒同白桃燒酌活乳酸梳打。兩款都唔錯,最後仲叫多左杯白桃,四個人埋單都係$750,好快變飯堂

羽衣甘藍沙律 用呢期最紅既超級食物羽衣甘藍做沙律無得輸喇!蔬菜新鮮翠綠,店家只加上小小沙律醬汁吊味,再配埋燒肉一齊食感覺無咁膩,不錯不錯
極上和牛大皿盛 (和牛牛肋肉、牛肋肉、骨付牛肋肉、牛舌、豬頸肉、雞胸肉 -各4片)
主菜到色澤新鮮紅卜卜,牛肉辣2野食得 肉質嫩唔韌,但有咬口 雞肉雖然用上雞胸肉但都ok喎 燒完唔會鞋十十
塩味牛油帶子 雖然size唔大粒但都好新鮮肉質唔梅 好香牛油味
總括黎講,呢間分店店員好有熱誠好有禮貌。呢個餐亦都ok既,最緊要食材新鮮。但胃口大既朋友們。。自己諗下喇~~~

個肉呢我㨂左肩脊肉,老實說呢個牛味真係唔重,有d 遜色,但係都有優點,就係好鬆化,一咬就咬得開,燒幾耐都唔un
呢個餐仲包左菜同埋d 前菜俾你夾住肉黎食,食肉加d 生菜真係好正~
個烏冬我就嫌佢麻油味濃,個湯底好似好多味精咁,所以就算碗烏冬得個少少都食剩左
呢個係友人既牛角嚴選六品燒肉,呢個餐係岩大食人士食既,因為個牛角飯有無料追加,可以食飯食飽
有條腸真係要特別講一講!
要講一講既唔止條腸,仲有個add-on 既廣島蠔($22/2隻)
講左個跟餐條腸先!個皮好脆,d 肉好香香草味,好好食呀!!而且腸仔真係一種好適合拎黎燒既食物,好好味呀!
同埋個廣島蠔真係好值得加錢,因為蠔味真係好濃,唔係金屬味黎,又唔會苦,真係好香又好食呀!
而且因為d 蠔係伴埋牛油落去燒,咁牛油燒完個香味加埋蠔既鮮味同蠔味,好正

來這裡吃飯都是第一次,因家人說午餐抵過晚餐。
先來一個有信用卡優惠的套餐,原來好像我們只想叫那主餐又不用一定要選和牛,是散叫抵過套餐價的。因落了單發覺,改已不能夠了。
要了兩杯有酒精的飲品。
一杯桃味,一杯波蘿味。
先來兩個凍前菜, 銀魚凍豆腐+溫泉玉子凱撒沙律,我喜歡豆腐,而她喜歡沙律,一人一份剛好。
那主餐 的牛及豬都令人失望的,由其是牛脷,"勒"到無辦法咬到。
而沒祈望的雞,就出奇的好,不"嚡"、不"勒",肉質很滑。
叫了一個"極辛味噌拉麵", 你真的估佢唔到,很少的辣外,還有甜味的。
丹麥皇冠豚排, 你怎樣燒都好好吃,很滑。
壼漬味噌大腸, 其實來是已經熟了的,不過是凍的,所以當你再燒它時,便很快可以吃到,而又軟滑可口的大腸。(不過如果不是偏甜,便好很多。)
整體上來說:每樣東西都偏甜,而主力的牛郤是給我印象很差。
