香港人外遊熱點日本的料理是很多人的喜愛。我尤其喜愛烏冬。在銅鑼灣鬧市中有一間低調又味的十足的日式餐廳,散發著香濃的美味吸引我去到品嚐它的味道。日本料理選擇眾多。店內裝潢別緻。水杯亦印有餐廳名字。波子汽水,日本人的最愛。巨峰特飲,一流。招牌忌廉烏冬,有海鮮同黑松露。海鮮有三文魚,帶子,非常美味,與黑松露搭配得天衣無縫。烏冬亦相當出眾,嫩滑彈牙,一試難忘。雙重芝士豬扒飯,同樣有招牌忌廉汁,淡淡的,不會太膩。最後還有一個串燒雞軟骨,風味十足。

我朋友食嘅就係黑蒜黑豚肉拉麵。個拉麵係放喺個煲咁樣上菜,所以個面都keep住好熱,唔會好快就變到凍冰冰。而且,黑豚肉嘅份量都好足夠,拉麵亦都好彈牙,食到呢度真係對餐廳其餘嘅餸都好有信心。

最後嚟嘅就係兩支串燒。雞軟骨上到枱嘅時候係熱熱辣辣,仲有煙出,好明顯係即叫即燒,超級新鮮。白鱔亦都好彈牙,果皮笑得好脆好爽,真係好好味。

今日去左Time Square附近搵食, 行行下見到小巷入面有呢間日本餐廳, 似係食拉麵既, 我同同事就入左去試下。Lunch hour都唔算多人, 唔洗等位直接就入得! 因為行到好熱, 所以田點左個冷烏冬, 而同事就試左個店員推薦的忌廉烏冬。芥末果醋帶子冷烏冬 ($88)店員好好, 落單時會confirm一次我點既係冷烏冬, 可能擔心我睇錯?! 上碟時, 見到成個碗都佈滿左配菜, 有3隻超大隻既扇貝, 1隻糖心蛋, 3大塊蕃茄, 1堆紫菜絲, 同埋沙律菜, 而烏冬就係最底部。果醋係另外用一隻碟仔上的, 中間有一條綠色的芥末條, 我撈均左佢地就一次過倒哂入去大碗, 然後再將所有野撈埋一齊食! 芥末比我想像中辣,( 可能我未撈均) 第一啖食到我流哂眼水 😂 果醋雖然酸, 但配冷烏冬都幾夾。至於烏冬方面則較為扁身, 但好彈牙好有咬口。不得不提既係果3隻超大隻既扇貝, 好正, 好似食緊sashimi咁樣。黑松露忌廉海鮮烏冬 ($98)我試左幾啖, 本身以為會好漏, 但可能因為個忌廉海鮮湯底唔會太稠, 而且飲落鮮甜可口, 所以好OK。黑松露無事先撈落湯入面, 反而係放係湯碗中間, 等你見到佢係

店員好好, 落單時會confirm一次我點既係冷烏冬, 可能擔心我睇錯?! 上碟時, 見到成個碗都佈滿左配菜, 有3隻超大隻既扇貝, 1隻糖心蛋, 3大塊蕃茄, 1堆紫菜絲, 同埋沙律菜, 而烏冬就係最底部。果醋係另外用一隻碟仔上的, 中間有一條綠色的芥末條, 我撈均左佢地就一次過倒哂入去大碗, 然後再將所有野撈埋一齊食! 芥末比我想像中辣,( 可能我未撈均) 第一啖食到我流哂眼水 😂 果醋雖然酸, 但配冷烏冬都幾夾。至於烏冬方面則較為扁身, 但好彈牙好有咬口。不得不提既係果3隻超大隻既扇貝, 好正, 好似食緊sashimi咁樣。

我試左幾啖, 本身以為會好漏, 但可能因為個忌廉海鮮湯底唔會太稠, 而且飲落鮮甜可口, 所以好OK。黑松露無事先撈落湯入面, 反而係放係湯碗中間, 等你見到佢係真材實料! 撈完之後黑松露既味道令到個湯好香, 之後每一啖都會食到, 好正! 最後同事食哂D烏冬之餘, 仲差唔多飲哂D湯! 至於配料方面, 有三文魚同埋帶子, 同事話都好食既, 但個湯底實在太出色, 令其他配料被比下去。😆

去sogo 血拼, 就係附近食飯。搵黎搵去,又食番呢間。

The first dish is the creamy salmon udon. I had my first bite and was very impressed! The pictures definitely do not do it justice. Although it has a creamy base, it is not too heavy. Overall, the different flavours were very balanced and the truffle was not overpowering (as it can be sometimes). There was a generous portion of salmon belly and the scallops were big and juicy.  The udon was also cooked to perfection - it is slightly springy. No wonder this is such a highly recommended dish in this restaurant!

Next we had the udon in the bamboo fungus broth. This bowl smelled amazing as well. Again, portions were generous. There were big pieces of chicken meat and many pieces of bamboo fungus. Again, the udon was cooked to perfection. I absolutely loved the bamboo fungus broth, which is so yummy and unique (I haven't had it before). It is slightly sweet and light. We finished the broth to the last drop. This seemed to be a healthier option than the creamy based udons.

The dry pufferfish arrived around the same time too (everything was served around the same time). It was crisp yet chewy. The sauce and mayo went very well with the pufferfish. I can't say anything negative about this dish because I love dried pufferfish and I order it every chance I get

I am very glad that I finally stopped by this restaurant. The quality of the food was really high. The atmosphere was great too and it was almost like you were transported to a little udon shop in Japan. The staff was also friendly and service was quick and good.  I would come back again!
