掛住食唔記得影相,雞泡魚乾唔係外面一般好硬嘅口感,而係軟身又甜嘅味道,配啤酒一流。

整體而言,晚餐人均大約$350,但食物非常高質素(聽老闆講食材係由日本每日新鮮運到),餐廳環境好好,大部分都係日本人,呢間餐廳好似係日本人嘅圈中非常有名,可能因為非常貼近日本嘅味道,老闆好nice,好有耐心介紹菜式同埋分享資訊,誠意推介比去唔到日本又掛念日本味道嘅您!

在港食日式炒飯往往是小編最難滿意的一環,
因為唔係太咸/太淡,就係比楊洲炒飯更少料,
意想不到呢個日式家常炒飯令我改觀~
飯底用了秋田小町米粒,
是"越光"及"奥羽292號"兩種著名的日本米配種研發,
擁有亮麗的透明感及光澤,
豐富的雪菜絲加入拌入沙律醬的白飯魚仔混合炒熟,
米香咸味都飄香特出,軟糯有咬口。
讓人回憶日旅途中返酒店前的飯氣攻心嘅感覺😆

作為香港人,如果只剩下丁點的自由,

整體來講,餐廳嘅食物質素水準非常之高,餐廳嘅服務員亦非常用心殷勤款待每位客人,亦會不斷為客人加上熱茶,加上主要的食客為日本人,有點像居酒屋的風格,氣氛感覺開心,加上價格合理,非常適合和朋友來慶祝聚會或者聚餐。

雞肉鮮嫩有肉汁。不過面頭的醬汁太多,蓋過了南蠻雞肉的美味。而沙律菜的醋汁又滲入到某些雞肉裏而變得有點咸。

吃了才記得影相,份量其實更多。選用秋田米,飯粒分明有嚼勁。配上雪菜和日本魚仔,越嚼越吃出了味道和質感。很飽肚,吃不完最後打包了,第二天番熱吃仍然好好味。

話說平時以往去居酒屋都係晚餐時間,今次想早小小去,早去早散先發現原來大部份居酒屋係6點先開門,今次又發現新大陸,長知識了由於我同友人一踏正6點鐘就入店,我地係第一台客,一坐低先叫清酒,爽吓先點咗,清酒,梅酒,刺身沙津乾杯梅酒不錯燒明太子,我覺得有d煋仲有個泡菜炒䐁肉,枝豆,泡菜鍋,牛肉鍋冇影相整體來說叫咗甘多野食,叫咗2枝酒,又五會被人騷擾到你傾計,都幾好,價錢又親民,埋單1700蚊左右,算係幾抵食居酒,下次如果想同朋友傾計坐耐啲,黎呢到都係一個五错選擇
