Egg tart cocktail had very strong rum taste. Very interesting flavour!

The restaurant overall had a very great ambiance, great if you want to chat with your friends in a quiet restaurant. You can also ask the restaurant for today’s special which is off-menu 😏 on the day I went the special was pork neck which was delicious!!

尖沙咀漆咸道南及赫德道一向是酒吧林立的地方,今晚和老公想來一次light dinner,決定到Hans bar chill吓。老公選了Porm Star Martini(兩杯上),一杯是以熱情果配搭Vodka,另一杯便是Prosecco。一啖vodka,一啖Prosecco,交替來喝,酸酸甜甜,口感特別。而我便選了Oolong Cooler,烏龍茶和梳打水配合得天衣無縫,冰涼而具茶香,絕對是消暑佳品。飲酒怎可以沒有佐酒小吃?我們分別點了四款小食,包括:麻婆豆腐、單骨雞翼拼一口芝士、明太子忌廉松葉蟹肉烏冬及燒厚切牛舌。麻婆豆腐其實是炸腐皮配四川麻婆醬,炸腐皮脆卜卜,配上特有醬汁,新鮮感十足。雞翼先滷後炸,非常入味。牛舌厚切有嚼勁,最令我欣賞的是明太子忌廉松葉蟹肉烏冬,蟹肉份量足料,烏冬creamy得來又不會過鹹,味道不俗。

放工想搵地方傾偈,又唔想飲咖啡,上嚟睇完食評幾好,就揀咗呢間試吓。店員見我哋認真研究Menu,主動埋嚟介紹。朋友表示想飲類似Mojito 口味的cocktail, 店員便推介了一杯Eastside, 用 gin做底,有青瓜及薄荷,飲落好fresh 好消暑。由於今晚仲要開會,唔敢飲酒,就點了一杯mocktail 叫 Blueblood, 顧名思義是藍色的,青瓜柚子味都幾重,幾fresh幾好飲。我們先點了日式前菜拼盤,枝豆同燒雞泡魚干都唔錯,而酒盗芝士配餅乾食,平衡到個咸味,配酒一流。另外燒明太子配青瓜,亦是很好的配搭。由於前菜太驚艷,我哋加點了蒜蓉花椒凍蝦仁,單骨雞翼拼芝士及燒厚切牛舌,爽性試多幾款小食,唔轉場食飯了。蒜蓉花椒凍蝦仁幾爽口,花椒微辣,凍凍地幾好食。單骨雞翼甜甜地,加檸檬汁好食啲。而燒牛舌很高質,有咬口但唔韌, 調味亦很好👍🏻呢度地點幾方便,小食類唔算多但食得出用心配搭,職員好好傾亦會主動介紹,連無酒精飲品都好出色,下次要嚟試吓「楊枝甘露」先。
