好耐冇去打邊爐,今晚就去咗同撈同煲~ 呢度啲裝修扮懷舊,周圍都掛住啲舊式郵箱,小朋友見到覺得好特別。今晚要做東甫美人鍋,個湯底好多料,有雞、冬瓜、桃膠、蟲草花等等。一開始先飲湯再打邊爐,感覺好滋潤。呢度火鍋料嘅選擇好多,大路嘢當然有,亦都有啲特色野同埋小食。即炸響鈴係必食推介,就咁食或者浸湯都好好味。安格斯牛肉好高質,我哋要再大碟,真係分量十足!牛肉新鮮,色澤好靚,油脂分布均勻,肉質軟淋而牛味香濃,正!叫咗個椒鹽豆腐小食,送啤酒一流。呢度會比隻碗你飲啤酒,幾有feel 🍻 最後仲有懷舊啫喱杯,細路仔食得好開心!

今晚約了乾女兒慶祝生日,因為她和她的媽媽都是素食者,不過湯底可以有肉類,同時在這裏慶祝生日,店員會在適當時候播出生日歌,非常有氣氛,便來到九龍城這間火鍋專門店。胡椒豬肚少爺雞湯$258,採用了半隻無激素雞,胡椒味道濃郁,豬肚鮮甜可口,湯滾之後放將雞放在湯內6分鐘,便可進食。即炸響鈴 $58 ,這個即點即炸的響鈴,非常有豆香味。放在湯內很快拿起,都會保持香脆可口。墨魚丸$63,這個自家製的手打墨魚丸,爽口彈牙,墨魚味道濃郁。銀針粉$38,很少地方有用銀針粉來打邊爐,所以便點了一個來吃。銀針粉放在湯裏一會,仍然可以保持爽口彈牙。滑豆腐$28,軟淋可口,入口溶化。蓮藕片$38,喜歡吃爽甜的,放在湯裏很短時間便可以撈起,喜歡軟淋的,便需放在湯裏滾長一點時間。脆鯇骨腩$88,這個非常值得推薦👍👍👍👍👍,因為在外面大部份都會有魚頭、魚骨墊底,不過這裏的脆肉鯇魚腩,全是魚腩部份,沒有太多其他部份墊底。脆肉鯇魚腩鮮甜美味,彈性十足。梅花黑豚肉$108,黑豚肉味道濃郁,沒有太多脂肪。啫喱、懷舊糖不甩,這兩個飯後甜品都是免費贈送的,不過質素一樣很出色。

上網見到呢間餐廳,已經比呢到既懷舊裝潢吸引,決定同朋友泥朝聖一下~入座後即刻有醬料供大家調味。🌸胡椒豬肚少爺雞湯鍋底好足料,大量豬肚,已煮到軟淋易入口。半隻雞另上,水滾後湯五分鐘後可食。胡椒味香濃帶勁,超滋補又暖胃既湯底開餐前食兩碗湯絕不過分。🌸桂花蚌桂花蚌非常新鮮,口感煙韌,爽脆彈牙。🌸安格斯牛肉手切牛頸脊,肥瘦均勻,半厚身的程度,吃下去充滿牛味及口感豐富。🌸鴛鴦滑鴛鴦滑即是蟹籽蝦滑加黑松露墨魚滑。裏面更有墨魚肉,爽口彈牙。🌸蓮藕蓮藕是屬於爽口派而不是粉粉的,咬下去爽爽聲,正😄🌸山楂紫背天葵 店內自家製飲品,酸酸甜甜,非常解腻。餐廳最後會贈送啫喱及糖不甩作甜品。糖不甩需放入火鍋內煮熱,再加上花生粒,熱辣辣加軟儒的口感,非常滋味😋
