假日中午路過試下有無位,只有bar枱有位,因我一人所以無所謂,只是想試下先,再同朋友來,因有不同的朋友,看到介紹給此處的環境吸引,都想前來試。我叫了刺身定食,幫襯第一次的店,多數都會試此款先。感覺良好會再去及試其他的。刺身一般份量偏細, 麵豉湯都可以,但飯就很爛下,雖然仍是一粒粒型態。😣明明☑️了叫才上,為什麼最早到的是咖啡???!之後留意到很多人都是叫熟食多。環境真的是很好,有足夠的空間,樓底又高,又光猛,厠所都有3格都算鬆動,可惜最重要都是食物質素應後上的

Founded by a barista and sake expert duo, Hare a newly opened izakaya located in Jordan, with a Japanese “zen” wooden decor and floor to ceiling windows, one can simply enjoy the whole evening starting from sake, skewers to dessert and coffee!

For starters, “Marinated Bonito Fish and Cream Cheese” 酒盗芝士 is a classic Japanese snack to pair with alcohol, the strong flavours were complimentary to a refreshing sip of beer; “Grilled Stingray Fin” was an interesting choice, with dried seafood flavours and a chewy texture.

Skewers include an array of selection, we had beef tongue, Tokachi pork collar, leek & chicken as well as portobello. Heard that they are equipped with an advanced grill that resembles charcoal grill.

For seafood, we had “Miso Crab Paste” served with mini toasts, and “Grilled Dried Fish 一夜干”, some must-have items for an izakaya that were on point.

The “lamb rack” was made to order, piping and juicy. They also make “Grilled Rice Balls” with soy sauce, mentaiko or miso, it’s like a Japanese styled sticky rice with a crispy surface.

Last but not least, they are the only place in Kowloon to serve cakes by @teakha, including their signature items: “Pandon Chiffon Cake” was simply delicious, fluffy and aromatic pandan sponge cake, with coconut cream and corn flakes, lovely. “Matcha Cheesecake” was amazing too, it stroke a perfect balance between the richness of matcha and creaminess of cheesecake. Do order early and you may enjoy them at the end of the meal.

All in all, impressed that they have an extensive menu from appetiser, sashimi, skewers, hot dishes, desserts and an ample selection of wine, sake and beer. Do arrive by 7pm so you may enjoy a buy-one-get-one happy hour offer like I did!

見到社交平台成日講呢間經過咁就去試吓啦,入去嘅時候啱啱好6:00,都冇乜人但佢就話full晒所以坐咗喺個門口位。晚飯時間冇set,只係得散叫:我打咗一個銀雪魚同埋燒茄子仲有一個烏冬。 夠銀鱈魚一想上我成個呆咗,舊銀鱈魚仲細個舊雞翼,有圖有真相嚟睇吓同構茄子對比你就知得幾緊要,佢夠膽死收78蚊。個烏冬仲恐怖,隻碟根本上冇抹乾淨,成餐飯咁就蝕咗二百幾$300啦,多謝社交平台洗腦。至於個味道呢茄子同銀雪魚都係用同一個醬汁煮㗎,係一樣味嘅!其實間餐廳外觀係好靚㗎好有日本feel,但係佢啲服務就真係唔似啦。 有幾個後生仔唔知係服務員啲朋友定係乜嘢,坐咗喺度大聲傾偈……其實二百幾$300一餐好多地方都要,但係咁嘅份量咁嘅質素咁嘅服務態度就真係性價比好低囉

這個teakha 茶。家的斑蘭戚風蛋糕在九龍區想吃只此一家,侍應端來插有蠟燭的生日蛋糕還未入口便已聞到幽幽的斑蘭香氣,吃一口蛋糕質感輕盈柔軟斑蘭香氣四溢更甜而不膩,蛋糕面鋪上了香口脆脆令口感更加特別,而蛋糕內的忌廉牛乳味極為香濃而且甜度恰好,坦白說這件斑蘭蛋糕價錢說不上便宜但味道真的很好絕對物有所值。

今次同妹一家人來慶祝生日。不過並唔係想像中的好,由其是沒有服務可言。一行四人黎到,服務員帶我地入坐,只說用手機點餐,什麼都沒有了。連一杯水都要自己問才會拿給你。點過餐後。先來串燒。明明點了和牛兩串、來了一串,心想可能自己點漏單,看一次點單紀錄,確定是兩串。但服務員什麼都無說。我們揮手問一下剛才放的是什麼,她才說是和牛。還有一串燒緊。心想連個爐一起燒兩串都不行嗎?古怪!!食到中段,滿檯都是碟,放不下新來的菜式。沒有位置放。服務員的態度是你們自己拿開才有位放的樣子。好吧,我幫忙拿起些吉碟等你放。誰知他們放完就想走了,忘記我還拿著些吉碟嗎?最後,我們是近窗邊、背後一檯應該是他們的自家客人吧,兩個員工又一起招呼一起飲酒。是什麼事呢。傾到大大聲,可能忘了有其他客人吧!還有,OpenRice 網頁寫明可以支付寶付款,但到最後又唔可以,但明明見到佢地有支付寶的卡機在。真奇怪。

1. 早到有枱不懂靈活調配,一定要坐bar枱(應該醒覺呢個係一個提示叫我閃)
2. 想叫餐時,位客服叫我自己scan QR code。我問如果自己唔識點會點,佢話可以叫佢哋!(不過再冇問咁需唔需要幫我)
3. Scan咗個code發現餐牌最尾兩項係一樣但係冇我想叫個餐,跟餐牌不符😠又叫位客服嚟幫我落單
4. 跟餐咖啡☕️上先⋯⋯跟住個烏冬餐+另叫咖啡上埋……………之後先後追問三次另一個餐,從來冇人主動跟進或回覆🔥🔥開始🔥🔥🔥起(第一日轉新餐牌是管理及廚房的問題而非客人的責任)
