知道最近銅鑼灣開了新分店,於是立即通知吃貨好友一起去吃吃。這店環境非常舒適寬敞,裝修優雅潔淨,感覺非常舒服。特選刺身盛-時令鮮魚附今日特選刺身盛有生八爪魚、池魚王、赤海蝦、吞拿魚,油甘魚等,各款刺身都非常新鮮,最喜愛是生八爪魚,又脆又香,色澤潔白無瑕,鮮甜味十足。池魚王其油脂非常厚,但卻不膩口,魚肉爽脆清甜,富有層次感。赤海蝦新鮮美味,肉質彈牙。海膽龍珠卷有海膽•本鮪魚腩蓉•醬油漬蛋黃等,面頭還放上金箔增添貴氣,口感味道都超豐富,讓人印象十分深刻!鹽燒金目鯛魚鮫金目鯛出名魚油豐潤,肉質Q嫩,口感肥而不膩。鹽燒方式呈上,是以能突出魚皮的油潤,魚肉的細滑,酥脆口感這三方面揉合得非常好。汁燒免治雞軟骨棒免治雞肉加拌入軟骨攪拌至起膠,再小心包成長條狀在竹籤上燒,燒至金黃,口感爽脆,沾上蛋液醬汁,更滑溜。原味乳酸梳打氣泡感十足,非常消暑解渴。

最近突然間又好想食日本嘢,於是約埋朋友一齊喺公眾假期之前食餐勁嘅,朋友問我有冇去過銅鑼灣呢間家賀屋,我話冇,佢即刻好驚嚇,話咁我哋一定要去食呢間,結果食完之後我真係明白點解佢咁推介呢一間。首先呢度裝修好有日本風,而且坐得好舒服,啱晒約埋朋友一齊嚟傾偈飲嘢同食嘢。當然啦,呢度嘅服務態度都幾好,店員全部都好友善。嘢食方面都十分之高質。鹽燒仙台熟成牛舌芯係我食過最好食嘅,可能就係因為係熟成,所以分外嫩,口感超正!之後就叫左海膽龍珠卷,又有海膽又有toro,不過最好食都係個蛋黃,一口食落去個口感超complex,難怪係網上有超高人氣!餐廳依家做緊會員優惠,免費登記之後可以優惠價食原隻北海道象拔蚌刺身。佢檸檬同柚子人食,特別清新爽口!sushi我地要左我地最鍾意嘅深海池魚同油甘魚,兩款都好肥美好新鮮!三文魚頭湯都好濃郁。之後要埋個生薑燒安格斯牛肉丼定食,平時都係生薑燒豚肉,今次安格斯牛肉,所以更加昇華!套餐都有配海帶味噌湯、胡蔴田園沙律同曰式燉蛋。飲品方面,我哋就叫咗一杯超大杯嘅巨峰提子乳酸梳打酒,真係一杯都夠兩個人飲!

最近突然間又好想食日本嘢,於是約埋朋友一齊喺公眾假期之前食餐勁嘅,朋友問我有冇去過銅鑼灣呢間家賀屋,我話冇,佢即刻好驚嚇,話咁我哋一定要去食呢間,結果食完之後我真係明白點解佢咁推介呢一間。首先呢度裝修好有日本風,而且坐得好舒服,啱晒約埋朋友一齊嚟傾偈飲嘢同食嘢。當然啦,呢度嘅服務態度都幾好,店員全部都好友善。嘢食方面都十分之高質。

鹽燒仙台熟成牛舌芯係我食過最好食嘅,可能就係因為係熟成,所以分外嫩,口感超正!

之後就叫左海膽龍珠卷,又有海膽又有toro,不過最好食都係個蛋黃,一口食落去個口感超complex,難怪係網上有超高人氣!

餐廳依家做緊會員優惠,免費登記之後可以優惠價食原隻北海道象拔蚌刺身。佢檸檬同柚子人食,特別清新爽口!sushi我地要左我地最鍾意嘅深海池魚同油甘魚,兩款都好肥美好新鮮!三文魚頭湯都好濃郁。

之後要埋個生薑燒安格斯牛肉丼定食,平時都係生薑燒豚肉,今次安格斯牛肉,所以更加昇華!套餐都有配海帶味噌湯、胡蔴田園沙律同曰式燉蛋。

飲品方面,我哋就叫咗一杯超大杯嘅巨峰提子乳酸梳打酒,真係一杯都夠兩個人飲!

刺生定食係冰底座住,刺生凍d,而且係厚切得,口感十足,二個定食都有沙律,燉蛋同埋湯,十分豐富。
