早前由日本回港,特別掛念居酒屋的滿足感。回到香港便致力找尋像樣的居酒屋。就在銅鑼灣找到這家海鮮居酒屋。居酒屋創立於平成二十二年,都頗有年資,出品有保證。居酒屋提供的菜式,可謂包羅萬有,有助酒一流的串燒、炸物,也有新鮮的時令海鮮、刺身、丼飯等等。一向喜歡刺身的我,今次就選擇了本鮪三昧丼,有三款不同的鮪魚,魚腩可謂油脂豐富,配合香甜的飯香,近鮮美。另外,我又想試多點不同的時令海鮮,於是選擇了廚師特選壽司8貫,當中有海膽、大拖羅、油甘魚等等,視覺和味覺都感到豐富和幸福。兩款食物均有定食,有配菜、湯,十分豐富。至於佐酒呢?一番一會套餐,就很有驚喜。除了有兩杯大大杯的啤酒,還有華美雞。分別有鮮味軟嫩的煙燻生華美雞肉、肉味濃郁的慢煮雞腎肉、惹味的烤半熟雞肝,打開對雞肉煮法和味道的認知。喜歡吃牛肉的,可以選擇鹽燒仙台熟成牛舌心,富肉香和油香,口感爽口。

我們又點了🍣🍣彩虹壽司卷,彩虹壽司卷顏色鮮豔,米飯與刺身三文魚、帶子等食材融合,極具口感層次。

而在其他菜式小品方面,我們點了鹽燒魚頭、煙燻生華味雞🐥🐣阿波尾酢橘雞腎串🍡🍢所有食材都非常新鮮,製作出來都質素都不俗。例如家賀屋的雞肉確實細嫩,魚頭肉質鮮甜,串燒都別具特色。

最後,清酒煮蜆🥘🥘和生薑燒黑豚肉丼🐷🐷份量都好豐富,食落具飽足感,特別是清蜆湯汁鮮美,黑豚肉鮮嫩有咬口,下次都好想再食!

麒麟生啤有半價優惠,冰爽順口;而清爽的中野梳打梅酒🍺🍻又是一絕,可以叫杯飲飲!

星期五happy Friday三人飯局搵間好坐好食嘅日本居酒屋,大家都在銅鑼灣等,有個朋友揀咗依間,去食之前都睇咗食評都見佢未有負評喎,應該唔錯。之前已經book咗位,今日星期五晚上都幾多人,今次叫嘢食朋友叫,我冇乜主意。食物質素真係唔差,尤其是個雞刺身,我都未食過又幾好食😂👍,其他食物質素都好高好新鮮,而且好多選擇,唔同出面啲居酒屋都係千篇一律冇變化,朋友果然冇介紹錯…..入邊啲員工服務亦唔錯👍依間居酒屋值得推介,埋單3個人大約$1300左右

食物質素真係唔差,尤其是個雞刺身,我都未食過又幾好食😂👍,其他食物質素都好高好新鮮,而且好多選擇,唔同出面啲居酒屋都係千篇一律冇變化,朋友果然冇介紹錯…..入邊啲員工服務亦唔錯👍
