我第一次食雞頸肉係係牛角,當時已經覺得好好食。今日難得見到,叫左串黎試下。呢到既雞頸肉比起牛角更加好食,肉嫩爽口,配埋胡椒柚子醬真係好夾!

大蔥雞腿肉
大蔥同雞腿肉配上燒汁,一向係天衣無縫既組合。呢個都絕對係必點。
雞皮
雞皮亦都係得合性價比,串燒黎講手勢真係好重要,稍一失手就會又乾又燶,呢到對雞顃串燒真係有一手。

燒小牛排
燒小牛排肉質夠嫩,肉汁鎖得好,雖賒未到入口即溶,但都嫩口有牛味,呢款簡單加小小鹽已經好好食。

第二驚喜是來自那甜品 - 焦糖菠蘿。加了糖來燒的菠蘿,原先想到會甜上加甜這個感覺,但驚喜的是這店所選的菠蘿並不太甜,加點糖來燒就剛剛好了,焦糖脆脆,令菠蘿加重香味,值得一讚。

這店是一間居酒屋料理店,除了串燒外,還有其他的,下次來再試試他們其他的出品。

最後結帳還有更大的驚喜,就是於星期日至四吃滿五佰元還有八五折找數。今天晚上帶來三重驚喜給我,你們無理由會錯過吧。
