本身同朋友都係好鍾意食野😋😋之前試過食好多間鐵板燒,出面好多都大同小異,但今次呢間竟然有驚喜🤩!除了員工服務態度好好之外,亦感覺到鐵板師傅有心做好每一道菜式,而性價比亦好高!途中我有個少少請求,希望可以在碟上畫上我鍾意既卡通人物,員工亦即場可以做到👍🏻晚餐整體感覺非常滿意,值得推介‼️ continue reading

先來前菜有野菜沙律同南瓜蟹肉蓉。湯品我揀左龍蝦湯,好濃滑,龍蝦味好突出。鱈場蟹 - 兩款食法,第一款係品嚐原本嘅鮮味;另一款係蟹肉上塗上蟹膏同牛油,兩者各有吸引之處。甘鯛魚配忌廉豬骨汁 - 魚肉則非常嫩滑,鱗片一層則炸至非常脆身,口感一流,非常美味。鵝肝漢堡 - 以荷葉包包住鵝肝。鵝肝非常甘香,加上黑醋減輕油膩感。荷葉包底煎先至金黃香脆,整體味道不錯。神戶黑豚厚燒/ 豚肉薄燒配蘋果蓉 - 黑豚厚燒肉嫩多汁;薄燒豚肉包住泡菜,口感爽脆,而且少少辣幾惹味。怕膩可以配上清新蘋果蓉。櫻花蝦高菜漬炒飯 - 本身已經好飽,但呢度炒飯平凡卻美味,不禁令我食清光。甜品揀咗開心果雪糕配焦糖脆多士,冷熱交融,非常滿足。 continue reading
