上星期無意中發現左一間正宗印度皇家餐廳。今晚約埋鍾意食辣既奶奶一齊去試下有幾正宗。一入去環境都好有異國情調。餐桌上既金屬杯上有一隻好特別既孔雀食物方面由於系南北印度集合,除左喀什米爾外仲帶孟買菜。很難得可以系香港見到孟買菜式我地點左個南印度小食拼盤,好得意既印度油條同埋有個類似蒸糕既野我點左個芝士咖哩比奶奶另外點左宮庭Naan 分別系多左洋蔥。Lassi飲過好多次。可能一般白香港人都唔系好接受咸lassi,而店員都有提醒口味可能碰不太適合 但飲慣左既會覺得咸味反而能夠帶出lassi中香濃既奶味。

Lassi飲過好多次。可能一般白
香港人都唔系好接受咸lassi,而店員都有提醒口味可能碰不太適合 但飲慣左既會覺得咸味反而能夠帶出lassi中香濃既奶味。

今日同朋友係天后覓食,見到一間好特別既印度齋菜,門口仲貼滿100%natural, farm fresh, nature food. 即刻入去了解一下先,啃大個食齋就食得多,但印度素菜真係第一次。其實佢本身有午餐的,但我哋想叫點特別的,所以只叫了一個set lunch.

Order 完之後,有脆黑椒餅送上!主角緊係果四色醬汁啦!
紅:有啲似泰國辣汁
青:係佢地當地印度既香草汁
黑色:有啲似我哋中式甜醬
啡色:我最愛,帶少少咖哩味既醬蓉
我哋都不停咁點、點、點😂😂

其實係咖喱加芝士粒,芝士粒個口感有啲似硬豆腐,屬硬身芝士,有少少少芝士味,無腥味
咖哩味調較得好好!點印度餅係完全perfect 的👍🏼
+$12 要杯 mango lassi :超好飲的!用新鮮芒果,係有啲酸但夾埋啲咖哩係好夾的😃

我哋本想叫咖哩角,睇到有「芝士咖哩角」paneer pakora,芝士控緊係轉軚,點知黎到係果隻硬芝士加粉漿炸埋一齊,原全失望左!但佢個粉漿係好味既,加埋啲醬汁係唔錯既,要陣熱食!

我地緊係要叫返個正常「咖哩角」,脹脹的立體三角形,入面包住煮得又淋又入味既薯仔,真係好好味❤️如果唔係太飽一定會叫多份😂

最後,係勁勁勁好味既「咖哩炒秋葵」(我覺得佢中文應該用呢個名),香香既咖哩包住每一粒既秋葵,好好送口,不停咁食食食!
好滿足!好飽既一餐!啲人成日問我點解晏晝食得咁豐富,因為晏晝食仲有時間消耗,同埋有set lunch 再散叫,點都抵食啲既😌😂

最後和朋友點了一個炒飯,雜菜炒飯竟然是辣的。因為朋友不吃辣,便叫他走辣,怎料上桌時還是有一點點辣呢!我想大概是香料是帶有辣的,所以辣味依然存在。

這個炒飯整體還不錯呢!配以青豆、番茄、芝士、還有多種不同的香料一起炒成,很香很美味!

朋友點的印度芒果奶昔味道真不錯哦!這是印度最有名的飲品,我在每間吃印度菜的餐廳都有這款飲品呢!

餐廳職員非常友善,雖然他們是印度人,但他們的服務真的不錯呢!下次一定會再來!

好久沒有食咖喱,天后這裏有幾間餐廳都挺合我眼緣,但唯獨是這家食素菜咖喱的引我注意大廈正在維修,搭棚架影響門面,不過綠色招牌都容易看到,不難找除了素菜餐單之外,令一樣吸引我的是餐廳內的環境,令人感覺10分舒服,剛剛下班的我很累很想休息一下,這裏適合我燈光柔和,播放輕柔音樂由於餐廳內的所有店員都不是香港人,所以餐牌亦有英文、印度文、中文幾個語言脆餅不是熱辣辣的,但仍然很香脆,點配旁邊幾種不同醬汁食,有不同感覺。即使不點配醬汁亦很好味這個層次感很豐富的,外層先用炸過的脆皮包裹住,裡面有白色的乳酪和甜甜的醬,味道有點像燒烤醬,面頭亦加上一些炸過的麵條碎。我以前從未食過這一種口感裡面有薯仔,外皮鬆脆,一咬下後,形成強烈對比而且 薯仔是有經過調味的,味道並不單純,越食越有印色風味因為朋友最近身體不適不能吃太辣的,便點了這個奶油芝士,想食咖喱又不想辣的,這個有點甜甜,感覺上如果很肚餓可以再叫一碗白飯來吃配上這個烤餅,我喜歡吃完美的什麼都不要加,吃麵粉的味道這個真的太好味了即使我們很飽吃不下了,都要把它吃光光位於港島的一間正宗印度餐廳,每人收費只需$100 ,吃到很飽坐得舒服,這個價錢非常實惠

Went here randomly as there were a few Indian restaurants on this street so picked this one.I didnt realized it was vegetarian but had this Indian pizza, soup and dosa.The pizza is like pizza with shave cheese that is not strong but full of spuces.The soup tastes like peppery vegetable noodle soup.The dosa was soft filled with spicy potatoes.The products pics and food come out very different so don refer to the pictures as i was not the only table querying the food.

I love Indian food but not many places on the HK side offers vegetarian food.At Haveli they have my favourite Idi and Vada so I got the platter which has both of them and the dosa.The Idi and Vada was as good as anticipated because I like starchy tastes.My next favourite was the Tandoori mushrooms which had strong flavours and they used quality button mushrooms which were juicy.For mains I had the paneer bhurji and lemon rice.Both were satisfying because I just love bhurji.

辣薄脆是印度的傳統餐前小食,如其名有點微辣,薄薄的脆脆的,要沾上醬汁才好吃!
