聖誕節太多好友回港,今晚相約兒時玩伴去居酒屋吃飯,她說太掛住日本美食,今晚一定要盡情大吃一番。牡丹蝦刺身蝦肉甜美,豐腴甘香的蝦膏,入口細綿帶爽的口感,令人食不停口。玉子燒入口軟綿多汁,高湯的鮮味帶出雞蛋的清香,味道可口。唐揚炸雞鹹酥香脆的外皮包著充滿香氣的鮮嫩雞肉,醃得入味之餘鹹香滋味更是讓人一口接一口的美味秘密。鹽燒大白鱔白鱔燒至金黃色,外脆內嫩,爽口彈牙,非常肥美肉嫩。燒冲繩豬手豬手預先炆到軟腍嫩滑,再炙燒外皮增加焦香,每一口都充滿濃濃的骨膠原,鮮味十足。鹽燒油甘魚鮫鹽燒油甘魚鮫配以甘橘汁、蘿蔔蓉同吃,魚皮燒得香脆配上嫩滑甘香的魚肉,配酒一流配飯可口。
