今晚同朋去了間好日式風嘅居酒屋,位置都算方便在寶勒巷10號嘅9樓,當然都係要識飲識食嘅朋友先可以搵到,內裡裝修以日式居酒屋格局,有兩邊,一邊是房間,夠晒私隱度,另一邊就係普通嘅枱椅組合,這主打串燒,當然還有其他選擇,而同朋友一齊當要先點杯Sappro生啤先似在居酒屋內吹水,生啤口感清爽,入口不苦!先點份佐酒佳品燒鱈魚乾,燒得十分香脆,配埋個沙律醬入口味道更佳!另一個就係唐揚魷魚鬚,這裡炸得十分香脆,入口完全唔會覺得油膩,魷魚鬚十分彈牙爽口,同樣都係佐酒佳品!邊食邊吹串燒都不能少,我就點了燒牛小排同鹽燒大白鱔,燒牛小排肉質綿密,有咬勁且多汁,這使得每一口都帶來豐富的口感享受,點埋旁邊嘅芥末醬,味道更佳!而串鹽燒大白鱔,燒得皮脆肉香,師傅控制得剛好,見到塊皮燒得剛好,反轉金黃色嘅白鱔肉,入口鱔肉的爽甜,口感豐富!最後加埋個汁煮牛肉飯,在碗內放滿了汁煮嘅肥牛,加埋啲汁滲到彈牙煙靭嘅米飯上,一齊入口感覺飽滿。唔覺唔覺咁又一餐,另一個個人喜歡嘅地方就係這裡不停播放日本電視節目,邊食邊聽住電視嘅日本節目就好似身在日本嘅感覺!

尖沙咀居酒屋真係何其多,今日朋友介紹間比較特色啲嘅居酒屋,喺寶勒巷上樓位置。餐廳一貫日式居酒屋嘅裝修,坐低見到個前菜顏色醃得個豐富,仲有個好得意嘅筷子座,感覺有啲似日式家庭料理。呢度是日推介都幾有特色菜,好多平時少見菜式。沖繩味噌豬手$38,上枱賣相已經好精緻,有啲日式小店嘅感覺,木魚絲及蔥花,入口又香又淋,非常之入味。大根味噌牛根$78,日式居酒屋必食菜式,入口味道香濃,牛筋份量非常之豐富,入口黏口又彈牙,加上蘿蔔嘅清甜,個汁仲有少少花椒八角香料,所以味道很有層次。玉子燒$68,餐廳即叫即做,所以等嘅時間會長一點,但一口即是食到外皮充滿蛋香,再加上高湯嘅甜味,味道出色。串燒有燒雞翼$42,這裏大部份雞嘅材料都係日本進口,有一夜干嘅處理,所以外皮特別香脆焦香,一咬開裏面肉汁即刻滲晒出嚟!燒雞心$32,入口沒有內臟燥味,處理得好好,爽身又香口。燒雞頸肉$30,入口非常彈牙,雞肉部份有肉啲甜味。原隻燒茄子,充滿蒜香及木魚絲,慢火由生燒到熟,醬汁味道深入茄子,肉身清甜又不肥膩。最後叫咗個牛肉烏冬68,出奇地牛肉用料好多,個烏冬仲係日本烏冬,非常彈牙。餐廳的確非一般居酒屋,所以上枱賣相都精緻啲

餐廳的確非一般居酒屋,所以上枱賣相都精緻啲,時間相對地會等耐啲,而大部份食物都即叫即造,用心製造,絕對唔Hea你,價錢仲要好合理,為咗食好嘢,值得等待!
